The operation of the distribution system has major problems in overcoming interference. In its development, electric power systems increasingly large currents cause electrical interference that may occur the greater. Therefore, they invented a system called neutral grounding.There is no ideal grounding neutral earthing throughout the distribution network Semarang cause neutral grounding resistance value. Neutral resistance values may cause a decrease in current flowing to ground disturbance that affects the sensitivity GFR (Ground Foult Relay) installed. Because of that, necessary to analyze the GFR setting the main feeder neutral earthing systems JTM 20 kV feeders Semarang bytaking samples Pandealamper 06 to determine the condition of setting GFR installed in accordance with the neutral earthing systems.Results of the calculation of the noise current by entering the value of resistance neutral earthing exiting GFR values obtained ideal setting on the feeder Pandeanlamper06 is not much different from the existing GFR setting value. Values of 0.27 ? neutral earthing (existing) did not significantly influence the sensitivity GFR of the feeder PDL 06.GFR remaineddetect interference and work in accordance with the characteristic curve GFR.Based on the analysis, GFR mounted setting was appropriate and able to provide security in Pandeanlamper feeder 06.Keywords: Neutral Grounding, GFR, Main Feeder

Internet of Things (IoT) adalah hubungan objek fisik yang terhubung dengan elektronik, software, sensor, dan hubungan jaringan yang menjadikan objek–objek tersebut dapat saling mengumpulkan dan mengirim data. IoT memperbaharui sistem industri dengan sangat signifikan, konsep pengendalian dan pemonitoran yang disediakan oleh IoT sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dunia monitoring, salah satunya adalah dalam pemonitoran dan pengendalian kondisi temperatur dan kelembaban udara ruang kontrol panel. Pengontrolan udara sangat penting untuk menjaga komponen – komponen kontrol panel. Mesin akan bekerja secara maksimal dan komponen–komponen kontrol akan lebih optimal saat mesin beroprasi juga saat mencapai beban yang sangat tinggi. Dengan konsep IoT, menggunakan perangkat monitoring dan kontrol temperature dapat memonitoring secara langsung dan dapat di akses dari perangkat lain. Data – data hasil pengukuran akan tersimpan pada data base yang dapat di gunakan untuk analisa udara di ruang kontrol panel. Data analisa digunakan untuk perawatan sistem pendingin juga memperbaharui sistem pendinginan ruang kontrol panel.

Telah disadari bahwa saluran udara sering mengalami gangguan terutama disebabkan oleh petir, ayunan penghantar, maupun karena tersentuh pohon. Ini terbukti bahwa pada Penyulang Bringin I yang menggunakan saluran udara dipasang 3 buah Recloser dan PMT (Pemutus Tenaga) sebagai pengaman arus lebih. Faktor-faktor tersebut diperlukan untuk menghasilkan setting peralatan pengaman yang baik. Koordinasi pengamanarus lebih ini berpedoman pada data-data hasil perhitungan impedansi, arus hubung singkat, dan setting pengaman arus lebih serta disesuaikan dengan teori koordinasi. Koordinasi ini meliputi: koordinasi Recloser dengan Pengaman lebur (Fuse), koordinasi Recloser dengan PMT (Pemutus Tenaga), dan koordinasi Recloser dengan Recloser. Untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah proses koordinasi pengaman arus lebih dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan koordinasinya, maka digunakan suatu bentuk simulasi koordinasi pengaman arus lebih tegangan menengah 20 KV khususnya untuk Penyulang Bringin 1 dengan bantuan salah satu program komputer yakni program Delphi.Kata kunci: Setting, koordinasi, dan pemrograman

Distribution of electricity to consumers through some process that begins from power plants to substations supplied (sub-station), then lowered into the substation -a low-voltage distribution substations. Problems arise when the tap changer to operate too much will lead to the over-excitation of the distribution transformer. The side effects of the over-excitation also trigger an increase in temperature of the thermal transformer, so the effect on the components within it, is no exception to the isolation of paper inthe process of thermal temperature rise is accelerating aging insulating paper it self. The exixtence of aging insulating paper must be accompanied by the estimated number of clear that the replacement of aging insulating paper on time, so it requires the calculation of accurate data on the thermal temperature kenaiakan to aging transformer paper insulation.Keywords: electricity distribution process, reduced secondary voltage, over-excitation, aging insulating paper, the estimated value.

Penyearah Tak-terkendali (penyearah) merupakan rangkaian yang mengubah sumber tegangan arus bolak-balik (AC) menjadi sumber tegangan arus searah (DC) tetap. Penyearah terkendali (konverter) merupakan rangkaian yang mengubah sumber tegangan AC menjadi sumber tegangan DC yang dapat dikendalikan/diatur. Dalam perancangan rangkaian penyearah terkendali dapat dilakukan dengan umpan balik tegangan menggunakan pengendali PI (Proporsional Integral). Pemakaian pengendali proporsional integral (PI) pada penyearah terkendali satu fasa dan tiga fasa tanpa umpan balik tidak berpengaruh terhadap besarnya amplitudo tegangan dan arus beban, sehingga amplitudo tegangan dan arus beban tidak dapat dikendalikan. Pemasangan beban R, beban R-L, beban R-C pada penyearah terkendali umpan balik satu fasa dan tiga fasa, amplitudo tegangan dan arus beban dapat dikendalikan dengan mengatur harga proporsional integral. Semakin besar nilai proporsional integral (PI) maka amplitudo tegangan dan arus beban juga bertambah besar. Pada penyearah setengah gelombang tiga fasa, penggunaan beban R-L mengakibatkan perubahan tegangan dan arus beban yang lambat jika dibandingkan menggunakan beban R. Penyearah terkendali satu fasa dengan beban R-L-C menghasilkan amplitudo tegangan dan beban yang tetap, sehingga penggunaan pengendali proporsional integral kurang begitu berpengaruh terhadap keluaran pada beban.Kata Kunci : Penyearah Terkendali, Thyristor, Pengendali PI

Tembakau merupakan produk pertanian semusim yang masuk dalam komoditas perkebunan. Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara penghasil tembakau terbanyak di dunia, bahkan memiliki daerah penghasil tembakau terbaik dunia. Terlepas dari semuanya tumbuhan tidak selamanya dapat terlepas dari serangan hama dan penyakit. Pengetahuan yang minim dan kurangnya informasi tentang hama dan penyakit yang menyerang tanaman tembakau seringkali membuat petani gagal panen dan mengalami kerugian. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan seorang pakar yang ahli tentang hama dan penyakit tembakau. Berdasarkan fakta diatas, penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit tanaman tembakau serta pencegahan dini dari serangan penyakit. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP. Pada sistem pakar ini akan terdapat beberapa diagnosa, setelah semua diagnosa yang sesuai sudah terdaftar, maka akan tampak hasil diagnose beserta solusi yang dapat mengantisipasi hama dan penyakit tembakau tersebut.

Insulation of transformer oil has a role as an insulating material of voltage equipment in electrical equipments, but has other uses such as cooling media or extinguish the arc. Purity insulating oil will determine the strength of the dielectric material. On the condition of purity used oil will be contaminated by other subtances mixed in the oil, the result of oil will become impure and degraded dielectric strength that will ultimately reduce the level of insulation failure, isolation and purification of used oil (no pure oil) was able to significantly increase the insulation failure rate of new oil approach.

Platform Web 2.0 utilities are websites that are colaburative, interactive, allowing users not only to read information but also to post information and interact with others. These tools offer new opportunities for designing instruction for heightened student engagement, particularly inlearning. This paper is a very practical introduction to using common Web 2.0 tools including wikis, blogs, social media, and social bookmarking sites etc. Sample assignments developed and used by the author or described in the literature are described. These assignments are adaptable for use in a variety of disciplines. Wikis are very useful for group work. Blogs can be used effectively for journals and independent studies. Social bookmarking can enhance organization and sharing of professional web resources. Specific tips for setting up and working with the sites are given as well as recommended resources including handouts and videos that introduce the sites. Other types of Web 2.0/social networking sites with promise for use in higher education, such as multimedia production sites, are briefly described and specific sites recommended.Keywords: Web 2.0 Technologies, Higher Education Teaching, Interactive Websites

Position control using a motor is important at this time, especially in the industry. This control is used to move the conveyor so that it will stop at a designated place. Another application is to move the robot arm to a certain position. The development of control technology is so rapid now allow control is done digitally. The resulting simulation can be used to design a PID controller algorithm. Root locus design results in a PID controller generates 13.6% overshoot and settling time of 0.0386 seconds. With the interference of external PID controller is still able to cope with disturbances. To improve the quality of DC motor position controller is recommended to use logic controller Fuzi (fuzzy logic). Keywords: control position, Motor DC, Root Locus

The problem of telecommunication device in BTS shelter typically hot, up and drop voltage. The damage of telecommunication device will interrupt communication between receiver and transmitter. This final project proposes a benefit for telecommunication device in order to maintain the temperature of telecommunication device appropriate with the function. This dc cooler for telecommunication device can work automatically using Arduino Uno.This tool utilizes work princip of a peltier element which has the side absorb heat and removing heat and can be supplied by direct current as voltage source. The normal temperature of telecommunication device ranged from 22oC until 26oC. When the temperature of the telecommunication device exceeds normal temperature thenthis tool will be active and when the temperature of the telecommunication device is back to normal then this tool will be automatically off. The temperature of the telecommunication device also can monitored by LCD and smartphone with Bluetooth as media. DHT11 sensor in this tool can work well with error 2,71%. The LCD can display characters letters and numbers when given input voltage 3.9volt and Bluetooth can connected at distance less than 15 metres without the obstacle and at distance less than 4 meters when there are obstacle.
