Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of Group 15 from Panca Bhakti University in Sungai Nipah Village was designed to foster village independence through a holistic and participatory approach. The program addressed key challenges, including limited digitalization among local MSMEs, farmers' reliance on conventional agricultural methods, low legal literacy, and insufficient awareness of environmental preservation. Implementation was carried out in collaboration with the village government and community, focusing on education, infrastructure, and agriculture. Key outcomes included enhanced legal awareness through the "law-conscious village" campaign, improved digital economy skills via training on e-commerce platforms and non-cash transactions, as well as anti-bullying initiatives. In agriculture, productivity was supported through the introduction of bird pest repellent tools and the establishment of farmer group signboards. Environmental awareness was strengthened with educational signboards promoting waste management. The program's success was marked by strong community and government participation. Overall, this KKN initiative contributed not only to tangible improvements in the village's physical and non-physical development but also to the establishment of sustainable partnerships for long-term progress

Abstract

Digitalization has transformed the way individuals build their professional identity, where personal branding has become a crucial factor in enhancing career competitiveness. However, students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Panca Bhakti still lack a comprehensive understanding of this concept, which may lead to challenges in entering the workforce. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to provide relevant knowledge aligned with career development in management. The method involved material preparation, coordination with partners, and the implementation of an interactive seminar combined with self-reflection sessions. The solution offered was to equip students with knowledge of the fundamentals of personal branding, strategies for building it in the digital era, and reflective practices to help them identify their unique values and competencies. The results revealed an improvement in students’ understanding of the importance of personal branding, active participation in discussions, and new awareness of presenting an authentic and consistent professional image. Therefore, this program successfully bridged theory and practice while also providing recommendations for students and institutions to continue developing advanced initiatives to strengthen personal branding.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the Community Service Program (KKN) carried out by students of Universitas Panca Bakti in Mekar Sari Village over a period of 30 days in August 2025. The main objective of this activity was to empower the local community through education in the areas of agriculture, child protection, environmental management, and rural infrastructure development. In the agricultural sector, awareness campaigns were conducted on the importance of commodity data collection and production volume. Field visits were carried out to identify challenges faced by farmers, such as the limited use of agricultural technology. Proposed solutions included training in the use of organic fertilizers and drip irrigation systems. To address the high rate of child marriage in the village, educational sessions were held regarding the Child Protection Law and the crucial role of parents in supervision and character education. In terms of environmental issues, low public awareness led to the initiation of community clean-up programs and training on waste management. Infrastructure development funded through the Village Fund was also encouraged to improve residents' quality of life. Furthermore, education was provided on the negative impacts of juvenile delinquency, including drug abuse and fighting. Overall, the KKN program had a positive impact, although challenges remain, such as limited agricultural technology, low environmental awareness, and a high rate of child marriage. Recommendations for the village government include strengthening agricultural outreach programs, integrating environmental initiatives, and supporting children's education. The report also recommends that parents, schools, and village authorities continue and expand the implemented programs to ensure sustainable village development.
