Abstract

This research investigates the impact of optimizing time management on students' learning productivity. The focus of this research is to analyze efficient time allocation strategies to increase students' awareness of the use of their time. The literature review method was used to develop a conceptual framework and evaluate findings related to time management, effective learning, and learning productivity. The research results show that implementing time management optimization strategies is significantly correlated with increasing learning productivity. Students who are able to manage their time well show increased focus, motivation and quality of work, which is reflected in the results of academic evaluations and assessments. Supporting factors such as family support, self-awareness, and involvement in extracurricular activities were also identified as important contributors in forming good time management habits. In addition, the role of teachers and parents has proven crucial in helping students optimize their time management through close collaboration, creating a supportive educational environment, and facilitating effective learning. These results have practical implications for the development of educational approaches that strengthen students' time management skills. By providing a theoretical foundation and empirical evidence, this research provides valuable insights for educational institutions, teachers, parents, and students to increase learning productivity through effective time management practices. These findings also provide a basis for further research to further explore time management optimization strategies that can be applied in diverse educational contexts. Abstract

The importance of counseling guidance in student career development in higher education cannot be ignored. The higher education process is not only about providing academic knowledge, but is also a critical stage in shaping students' careers and futures. Guidance counseling plays a crucial role in helping students identify their interests, talents and career goals. Guidance counseling helps students understand their potential and match it with appropriate career choices. With this support, students can make more informed decisions about the study and employment paths they will take after graduation. In addition, counseling helps overcome uncertainties and worries that often arise during the career decision-making process. Higher education institutions have a responsibility to provide effective counseling services to ensure students can reach their maximum potential. These efforts include providing information resources, career seminars, and individual counseling sessions. This way, students can develop a solid career plan, improve interpersonal skills, and understand job market trends. The importance of counseling is not only related to individual student success but also has an impact on the welfare of society. Students who are well guided in their career development are more likely to become professionals who contribute positively to society. Therefore, the integration of guidance and counseling in the tertiary environment is a must to ensure that the young generation is ready to face challenges in the world of work. Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between learning motivation and time management of class X students at SMA Lab School Semarang and academic achievement. This type of research is correlational research carried out in class X at SMA Lab School Semarang. The population in this study were all class X students, totaling 108. The sampling technique used Random Sampling technique consisting of 85 students. The instrument used uses a Likert scale, the analysis technique used is product moment correlation. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the learning motivation variable obtained r count < r table 0.854 > 0.210, the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, the results of the time management correlation test obtained 0.789, while the academic achievement variable obtained a result of 0.671, which means that Ho is rejected and it can be concluded that the two variables are correlated. Then the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.854, 0.789, 0.671 with a positive level, so it can be concluded that there is a perfect positive relationship with a strong level of relationship.

Abstract

Salah satu factor yang dapat mempengaruhi perencanaan karir pada siswa tentu saja keyakinan siswa tersebut pada kemampuan yang dimilikinya Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh jawaban apakah ada hubungan self efficacy dengan perencanaan karir siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain korelasional, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan suatu variabel dengan variabel-variabel lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MPLB dengan jumlah 71 peserta didik, terdapat 2 jumlah kelas. Sampel yang terpilih adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas XI MPLB yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sampling sensus) dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil perhitungan analisis data diketahui bahwa hasil hubungan self-efficacy dengan perencanaan karir didapatkan koefisien 0.780 dan berada pada hubungan yang sangat kuat sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa self-efficacy dengan Perencanaan karir memiliki hubungan yang kuat.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dari penelitian ini terkait peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Kedungwuni. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik talking chips. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dalam bentuk true experimental design dengan desain pre-test dan post-test control group design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Kedungwuni tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Sample diambil menggunakan simple random sampling yang diambil sebanyak 26 siswa, 13 siswa untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 13 siswa untuk kelompok kontrol. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui instrument penelitian berupa skala psikologis minat belajar. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis data diketahui bhawa hasil pre test pada kelompok eksperimen memiliki skor rata-rata sebesar 80% dan hasil post test pada kelompok eksperimen menjadi 82% . Berdasarkan hasil skor rata-rata tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa minat belajar pada kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan 2% setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik talking chips. Dan diperoleh nilai sig (2tailed) 0.000, sehingga 0,000< 0,005 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi “terdapat efektifitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik talking chips untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa SMA N 1 Kedungwuni”.

Abstract

The problem at SMA Negeri 6 Semarang is that students still have difficulty deciding on a career, such as choosing a study program to take at college. Students have not been able to find their own interests or motivation to determine a career after graduating from high school and are still heavily influenced by parents, teachers and the environment. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the relationship between student conformity and career decision making. The research method uses ex post facto with a correlational research design. Data collection by observation, scale and documentation. The population is all class XII students, totaling 400 students with a sample of 100 students using proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis uses product moment correlation. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between student conformity and career decision making among students at SMA Negeri 6 Semarang City. The higher the student's conformity, the higher the career decision making.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the discipline learning level of students during the Covid-19 Pandemic in class X senior high school 3 Pemalang. This type of research uses survey methods with a quantitative approach. The population of this research were all class. The results of the validity test are said to be valid because the learning discipline instrument found that the calculation has a value greater than the table. The learning discipline instrument is also said to be reliable because in the reliability test, the alpha coefficient was found to be greater than 0.600, namely 0.955. In this research, the percentage of internal factors in learning discipline was found to be in the very high category of 9.26%, the percentage in the high category was 20.37%, the percentage in the medium category was 37.04%, and the low category was 4.63%. Meanwhile, for external factors, the percentage for the very high category was 9.26%, the percentage for the high category was 20.37%, the percentage for the medium category was 37.96% and the percentage for the low category was 4.63%. Based on the research that has been carried out, descriptive analysis was used to find out a picture of students' learning discipline. The percentage obtained in the very high category was 6.48%, the percentage in the high category was 25%, the percentage in the medium category was 34.26%, the percentage in the low category amounting to 6.48%. So, the factors that influence the learning discipline of class X students at senior high school 3 Pemalang are internal and axternal factors with the results obtained in the medium category with a percentage of 34.26%. The suggestion that researcher conveys is to conduct similar research with broader targets or even higher levels, so that more optimal results can be found from previous research.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is the low learning achievement of students from Broken Home families. This is due to family conditions that do not support the process of student growth and development, causing children to show irresponsible behavior such as skipping class, smoking, pessimistic about the future, withdrawing from the social environment and even participating in brawls. This study aims to determine how effective client-centered group counseling is in developing the learning achievement of students who are victims of Broken Home. The research method used in this study is quantitative with the type of research true experimental design, with a control group design pre-test post-test model. In this study, the experiment process is divided into three stages, namely experiment preparation, experiment implementation, and the end of the experiment. This research instrument is a questionnaire of resilience level consisting of 41 statement items developed based on the Likert model scale preparation technique. The population in this study was class VIII of SMP N 39 Semarang which amounted to 324 students. Class XII MIPA 1 is the class used for validity and reliability testing with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.740 so that the instrument is declared reliable. The sample used was 14 Broken Home students who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of the t test calculation obtained sig value in the output table> 0.05. In the calculation of the Paired T test output, the sig. value is 0.604, so the results of the post-test data analysis calculation show that the average score of student learning achievement in the experimental group of 63.42 increased from and to 68.83 after treatment. In the experimental group there was an increase of 4.8. While in the group that was not given group counseling treatment, in fact there was only a minimal increase, from 66.83 to 67.50. In the control group there was an increase of 0.67. The difference between the experimental group and the control group is 4.13. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that there is an effectiveness of Client Centered Group Counseling to Develop Learning Achievement of Students Victims of Broken Home Sman 2 Semarang. Abstract

Penelitian hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa perempuan tingkat akhir Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas PGRI Semarang dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya individu yang mengalami permasalahan terhadap krisis kepercayaan diri. Menurunnya tingkat kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki oleh individu khususnya pada mahasiswa perempuan tingkat akhir yang rentan terhadap masalah kepercayaan diri ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepercayaan diri. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 87 mahasiswa perempuan tingkat akhir Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas PGRI Semarang yang diambil menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner skala kepercayaan diri dan kecerdasan emosional. Hasil uji Pearson Product Moment diketahui nilai sig. (2-tailed) diperoleh 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kepercayaan diri. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi (r) adalah 0.656 dengan taraf positif. Dengan ini artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki individu maka akan semakin tinggi pula kepercayaan dirinya. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan Diri, Kecerdasan Emosional.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perilaku konformitas teman sebaya yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan karier siswa. Penting bagi pendidik dan orang tua untuk memahami dinamika ini dan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung agar siswa dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dan sesuai dengan potensi mereka. Intervensi yang tepat dapat membantu siswa mengatasi tekanan sosial dan mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan yang lebih mandiri dan informatif, penelitian ini mempunayi 2 variabel yaitu hubungan konformitas teman sebaya dan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa, jumlah populasi penelitian 80 siswa kelas XI TKR SMK walisongo, dan sampel pada penelitian sejumlah 54 siswa, tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui adanya hubungan antar variabel. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian mencakup 80 siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Walisongo Kaliori, dan sampel yang diambil dari kelas XI TKR B dan C berjumlah 54 siswa menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini mengkaji dua variabel: konformitas teman sebaya dan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukan adanya hubungan negatif hubungan konformitas teman sebaya dengan pengambilan keputusan karier dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,00, Hasil dari nilai r hitung -0,506 jika ditinjau dari r tabel koefisien korelasi, maka tingkat hubungan korelasi nya sedang, dapat dilihat dari intrepretasi koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,40-0,599. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan secara signifikan dengan arah hubungan yang negatif yang memiliki tingkat keeratan korelasi sedang antara konformitas teman sebaya dan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Walisongo Kaliori, Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa “Ada hubungan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan pengambilan keputusan karier pada siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Walisongo Kaliori” dapat diterima. kata kunci: Konformitas Teman Sebaya, Pengambilan Keputusan Karier.
