The data analysis technique used is an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 which showed that there were differences in the method of passing exercises on the wall and passing using hanging balls against the bottom passing skills of volleyball, this was seen from the average value of the pretest and posttest of the walled passing group of 9.62 compared to the passing group using hanging balls with an average value of 4.31. Where is seen from the difference with an average value of 5,31.

The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling or sampling purpose. There are three main data collection techniques in descriptive research, namely observation, interviews, and document analysis. The analysis in this study was carried out in four stages, namely; The stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of Petanque sports achievements is managed by each branch of the Central Java Indonesian Petanque Sports Federation (FOPI). So far there has been no special coaching related to talent search for early childhood development other than activities carried out on the UTP campus, UNNES, and extracurricular activities in schools such as elementary, junior high, and high school. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of child character-building through futsal extracurriculars at SMPN 249 Jakarta. This research uses experimental methods, a type of quantitative research while analyzing data using descriptive statistics. The sample in this study was the entire population of 35 futsal extracurricular participants at SMPN 249 Jakarta. This research instrument uses questionnaires for research data collection. Based on the calculation results of SPSS 28, shows that the pretest results in the table resulted in an average of 114.89 obtained also the posttest results from the research data after being given treatment in the table shows that the average obtained of 154.49 shows that the pretest data has smaller calculation results than the posttest calculation results. The data analysis techniques in this study use statistical formulas, including The calculation of the normality test can be seen that the statistical test value on the pretest is 0.951 and the post-test is 0.958. The homogeneity test obtained a significant value of 0.150 because the sig value was 0.150 > 0.05. The result of the t-test of the paired sample test output table is known to be a Sig. (two-sided) value of 0.001 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest which means that there is an influence from the formation of children's character through futsal extracurriculars at SMPN 249 Jakarta.

Football is one of the most popular sports in the world, including in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is the experimental method. The method used in this study is the zigzag running method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 20 people. Based on the results of the research, the normality test is 0.172, which means > 0.05 with a normal distribution, the homogeneity test results get a value of 0.079 and 1,000, which means <0.05 is declared homogeneous, while the t-test results show that the significant value is 0.000, meaning less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant difference between before and after giving the zigzag running training method to students.

The variables studied were the amount of hemoglobin, the number of hematocrits, the number of erythrocytes, and the number of leukocytes between before and after performing maximum physical activity. Data analysis was carried out by paired t-tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the amount of hemoglobin before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of hematocrits before and after maximum physical activity (p <0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of erythrocytes before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of leukocytes before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05).
