Abstract

PT. Fajar Graha Pena Makasssar is one of the biggest media company in South Sulawesi which starts from media print business called Fajar Newspapers. Many years ago, the company have fluctuation financial experience. But after the CEO decided to make join cooperation with Kalla Group and Jawa Pos, the company remains bigger. Many companies and Non-govermental organization wants to made join cooperation or put their investation and indeed change the bussines model, related to the asset growth, capital structure, and PT. Fajar Graha Pena profitability. The research  that has been done, by interviewing and collecting Financial report data analytical. The analysis was used by calculating related ratio with the asset growth, capital structure ratio, and profitability ratio.  Research result shows the three of the ratio had fluctuating, the asset growth”s been very good, while the capital structure and the company profitability still needs to be improved.

Abstract

Analysis of the Effect of Marketing Costs Against PT.Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor, Gowa Branch. Marketing is one of several management activities that have an important role, because it is a direct support that has a company's activities by meeting company products with the market to satisfy customer needs, thereby increasing sales volume from the maximum sales results with low costs. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing costs on motorcycle sales at PT.Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. The observation period began from March to April 2016 which became the object of research was PT.Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor, Gowa Branch. For data analysis descriptive analysis methods and simple regression analysis methods are used. From this study, the results obtained from the four existing promotional activities such as advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and publicity. Pt. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor, Gowa Branch only uses two types of sales promotion and advertising activities.

Abstract

This study aims to compare or calculate the calculation of room rent at Makassar Hajj hospital. The object of this research is Makassar haju hospital located in Makassar city. In this writing the author uses quantitative writing methods. The results of the data analysis are done by processing primary data that is about all hospital operating costs incurred in the previous period, then the data is processed. The results showed that the effect of inpatient income on the income level of Makassar Hajj Hospital. In 2011 the level of inpatient admission was Rp. 1,988,230,000 to hospital revenue. In 2012, the level of inpatient income rose to Rp. 2,174,640,000, - to hospital revenue. In 2013, there was also an increase in hospital revenue due to inpatient revenues increasing by Rp. 2,077,880,000, - And in 2014, inpatient revenue also increased to hospital revenue by Rp.2,123,630,000.- From the results obtained above, it shows that the increase in revenue from Makassar Hajj Hospital was influenced by inpatient revenue. Thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Nurbaeti, 2016. Analysis of Mudharabah Financing Procedures for Increasing Mudharabah Financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar Branch. Advisor 1: Dr. H. Mahmud Nuhung. MA and Supervisor 2: St.Marhumi, SE., MM This study aims to analyze the mudharabah financing procedure, whether by knowing the mudharabah financing procedure there will be an increase in the financing carried out in the mudharabah cooperation contract at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar Branch. The research data was obtained by observing and interviewing directly and taken from company records / documents. The analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative data types that use descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the mudharabah financing procedure has increased seen from the amount of mudharabah financing each year.

Abstract

In 2016 amounted to 34,599 tons while the safety stock according to the min-max stock method was 5,853 tons. In 2017 the final inventory of clay raw materials was 45,694 tons while the safety stock according to the min-max stock method was 3,438 tons. In these two years, it shows that the amount of inventory of final inventory of clay raw materials is very large when compared to inventory according to the method of min- max stock. End supplies of woven paper raw materials. the final inventory of raw material for woven paper is greater than the inventory according to the min-max stock method of 2,441,774 meters while the safety stock according to the min-max stock method is 982,732 meters The final inventory of BCO raw materials in 2016 was 180,140 liters while the safety stock according to the min-max stock method was 20,534 liters. In 2017 the final inventory of BCO raw materials at PT. Semen Tonasa is 202,367 liters while the safety stock according to the min-max stock method is 10,432 liters. In these two years, it shows that the amount of inventory of final inventory of BCO raw materials is very large when compared to inventories according to the Min-max stock method

Abstract

The purpose of this study is intended to determine the effect of the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions and distribution of consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. The study was conducted at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. Data collection methods used in this study are primary data which is data that is directly taken from the object of research using observations and questionnaires filled out by respondents namely consumers of PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. The analytical methods used to solve problems and prove hypotheses include index number analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which include t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study concluded that the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions and distributions affected the consumer's purchasing decisions at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination test (R2) it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.446. This means that 44.60% of purchase decision variables can be explained by variations of product, price, promotion and distribution variables, while 55.40% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Brand Image of Toyota Agya Car Purchasing Decision Making at PT. HADJI KALLA GOWA Branch GOWA Regency. The method used in this study is a simple regression method to see the effect of brand image on decision making of Toyota Agya Car Purchases and use the correlation coefficient to see how much influence the brand image of Toyota Agya Car Purchase Decision Making at PT. HADJI KALLA GOWA Branch in Gowa Regency. Based on the results of the analysis note that the influence of the Brand Image of Toyota Agya Car Purchasing Decision Making is relatively strong, seen from the value of r = 0.991. In addition, based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient shows the value of r square = 0.982 shows that as much as 98% of Toyota Agya's car purchase decision-making is influenced by Brand Image. While the remaining 2% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to view, analyze and analyze the effects of partial and simultaneous profitability and equity structure. The independent variables used in this study are the profitability with the proxy return on equity (ROE) and the capital structure with the proxy debt-to-equity ratio (DER), while the dependent variable in this research is the stock price. The population in this study is stock prices. The population of this study is the real estate and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2015 to 2018. The sampling technique used is purposeful sampling. The methods used in this study are descriptive and confirmatory methods. The data analysis results based on empirical research are as follows: (1) Partially profitability has a significant positive effect in share prices in property and real estate companies in the study period, capital structure partially has a significant positive effect on stock prices of property and real estate companies in the study period. (2) Profitability (ROE) and Capital Structure (DER) have a positive and significant effect on share prices of property and real estate companies in the study period

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Bank Sulselbar Makassar which is located at JL.Dr.Sam ratulangi No.16 Makassar City.This research aims to determine the performance of financial on PT.Bank Sulselbar Makassar by using CAMEL method (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, Liquidity) as well as knowing the bank's health level. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data types used are primary and secondary data,the sample used is financial statements for years 2015 , 2016 and 2017. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and methods of data analysis is a quantitative descriptive method that is where data are collected, compiled, interpreted, analyzed, classified so as to give information which is complete for problem solvers faced.  From the results of financial performance research and kaiitannya with CAMEL method, it can be said for the last three years (2015-2017) which shows that the financial performance achieved by PT.Bank Sulselbar are on a healthy predicate.

Abstract

The type of research employed a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The data was collected through in-depth interview with the canteen’s user, the canteen’s management and the leader of Pusat Pengembangan Binis (P2B), observation and documentation. The subject of this research consists 2 canteen’s users, staff and of Pusat Pengembangan Binis (P2B). The data analysis was employed based on procedure of data analysis that consisted of steps data collection, reduction, display and conclusion drawing/verifying. The result of study about the calculations and data collection of income and the cost of business units canteen on Pusat Pengembangan Bisnis (P2B) showed that the convenience of the users of the canteen need to be considered to make improvements to building facilities inadequate, and the merchants of the wild that have sprung up in the heart of the campus of UIN Alauddin Makassar need to put in order with how to set up a place for their use, so that can add to the income on Pusat Pengembangan Bisnis (P2B) of UIN Alauddin Makassar.
