Abstract

Objective: With an emphasis on the difficulties and solutions for maintaining cultural values in the face of global integration, this study attempts to investigate how globalization has affected Uzbekistan's national identity, tolerance, and ideological immunity. Method: The impact of globalization on Uzbekistan's social and cultural structures was evaluated through a qualitative analysis that combined historical, sociological, and ideological frameworks. Policy documents, cultural studies, and interviews with important players in the preservation of national identity were the sources of the data. Results: The report highlights the main dangers of globalization, such as the loss of national identity and cultural uniformity. Along with outlining strategies for maintaining ideological immunity, it highlights how national policies and neighborhood projects can foster cultural resilience. A number of adaptation techniques are put forth to preserve cultural values and provide stability in the face of external forces. Novelty: By providing fresh perspectives on the idea of intellectual immunity as a safeguard against cultural dilution in a globalized environment, this study adds to the scant literature on the relationship between globalization and national identity in Central Asia.

Abstract

Objective: By examining several vocabulary kinds (formal, informal, literary, and technical) and their effects on communication efficiency in a variety of contexts, audiences, and goals, this study seeks to understand the significance of stylistic classification in language use. Method: Using a mixed-method approach, the study examines how environmental, social, and cultural factors influence language choice by combining a participant survey, corpus-based analysis, and a literature review. Results: According to the study, literary vocabulary is especially useful for boosting emotional resonance in creative writing, whereas neutral vocabulary is the most adaptable and frequently utilized in both spoken and written communication. Context determines the appropriateness and tone of formal and informal language choices. Although they are essential for accuracy in specialist domains, technical terminology can make things difficult for wider audiences to understand. Furthermore, colloquialisms, euphemisms, neologisms, and dialectal variations enhance language but must be used carefully to prevent misunderstandings. Novelty: By offering a thorough examination of the interactions between vocabulary types and contextual factors, this research advances our understanding of stylistic classifications and provides guidance on how writers and speakers can modify their language to communicate more effectively and clearly in social and professional contexts.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine how neuropedagogical technologies contribute to the development of literary literacy, including reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. Methods: A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing methods such as literature review to analyze existing studies on neuropedagogical technologies, comparative analysis of various approaches, thematic content analysis to extract key themes on cognitive and linguistic skills, and case study insights from Uzbekistan’s educational reforms. Results: The findings show that the integration of neuropedagogical technologies like gamification, audiovisual tools, and interactive methods significantly enhances students’ comprehension and expression of literary texts. These technologies activate cognitive processes such as memory, attention, and creativity, leading to improved writing and reading abilities. Additionally, personalized approaches tailored to students’ cognitive stages promote a more effective learning environment. Novelty: This research contributes a fresh perspective by applying neuropedagogical principles to the development of literary literacy, suggesting innovative methods for enhancing both cognitive and affective student development.

Abstract

Objective: This study explores the concept of fundamentalization in the scientific and methodological training of primary school teachers, aiming to improve educational outcomes by integrating a strong foundation of essential knowledge and skills into teacher preparation programs. Methods: The research employs a dual approach: viewing fundamentalization as the mathematization of knowledge and as the formation of a unified scientific worldview. Key factors influencing this process include the recruitment of qualified academic staff, curriculum adjustments, and the alignment of teaching methods and tools with fundamental educational principles. Results: The study identifies three main approaches to fundamentalization: as an educational content category, a didactic principle, and a quality assessment category. It highlights the importance of interdisciplinary courses and a holistic educational framework that incorporates ecological and information literacy. It also emphasizes the role of teacher professionalism in enhancing educational quality, particularly in primary education. Novelty: This research contributes a comprehensive framework for understanding fundamentalization, bridging gaps in its integration into primary teacher training programs. It offers insights into how fundamentalization can influence curriculum design, teacher preparation, and educational quality, with practical implications for improving primary education standards.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the concept of managerial competence, focusing on its significance in leadership and organizational success. The research investigates how competence influences management practices and the development of leadership qualities across different contexts. Methods: The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, which includes a comprehensive literature review of competence theories, psychometric assessments using the KOS-1 method, and case studies. These methods evaluate the application of social-psychological competencies such as communicative, perceptive, and interactive competence. Surveys and interviews were also conducted with managers to understand the key competencies required in leadership roles. Results: The findings reveal that managerial competence significantly impacts team performance, decision-making, and innovation. Competence is not only determined by education but also by the ability to influence others, manage complex tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances. Managers who demonstrate high levels of competence foster a positive organizational environment, motivating their teams and driving organizational success. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the integration of historical leadership perspectives, such as those of Abu Nasr Farabi, with contemporary methods for assessing managerial competence. This approach provides a comprehensive framework for understanding how managers can develop and apply their competencies to enhance both personal and organizational performance.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of regional investment construction clusters by addressing gaps in existing models, specifically those that overlook key elements such as inter-network relationships, cluster management, and transaction cost savings. Methods: A systemic approach combining quantitative and qualitative analysis was employed to examine the dynamics of regional construction clusters. The study focused on small, medium, and large construction firms, intermediaries, and public-private partnerships, using a lifecycle analysis to assess cluster development stages from emergence to decline. Results: The study revealed that current models fail to consider the complexities of cluster interactions and the role of public-private partnerships in fostering regional development. Key findings highlight the need for a balanced management structure that allows both centralization and autonomy, promoting collaborative outcomes among stakeholders. Novelty: This research introduces a holistic approach to cluster evaluation, incorporating both tangible and intangible factors such as social development, transaction cost savings, and the integration of local and regional resources. The findings offer new insights into managing investment-construction clusters for sustainable growth and socio-economic development.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the adoption of international agricultural standards, particularly the GLOBALGAP standard, to enhance the quality, safety, and competitiveness of Uzbekistan's agricultural products. The aim is to develop strategies for integrating these standards into the national context, thereby improving market access and economic growth. Methods: A multi-faceted approach was adopted, including data analysis of international and national agricultural standards, stakeholder engagement through interviews and focus groups, training workshops with global experts, pilot implementations on selected farms, and the development of an actionable implementation framework. Results: The implementation of GLOBALGAP standards in Uzbekistan has the potential to significantly enhance agricultural product quality and safety, increase export opportunities, and boost stakeholder confidence. Pilot projects demonstrated improved compliance with global standards, increased marketability, and readiness for wider adoption. Key challenges identified include capacity building and regulatory alignment, which were addressed through targeted training and stakeholder collaboration. Novelty: This study provides a comprehensive framework for integrating GLOBALGAP standards into Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector, tailored to its unique environmental, legislative, and market conditions. The focus on pilot implementations and collaborative approaches offers actionable insights for other countries seeking similar advancements in agricultural certification and market competitiveness.
