Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the integration of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) with differentiated instruction in elementary schools to enhance student engagement, academic achievement, and motivation. Methods: The research employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative assessments of academic performance with qualitative observations of student participation. Differentiated strategies were implemented to tailor content, processes, and products to various learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Results: The integration of PBL and differentiated instruction significantly improved students' academic performance across subjects such as mathematics, science, and civics. It also fostered critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, aligning with 21st-century skill development. Novelty: This study underscores the potential of combining PBL with differentiated approaches to address the diverse needs of learners and create adaptive, inclusive classrooms, providing a practical framework for overcoming challenges in modern education.

Abstract

Objective: The study aims to develop an efficient fiber waste cleaning equipment design for the cotton processing industry. This design seeks to address current challenges, such as the inconsistent density of raw cotton and the resulting high levels of impurities in the fiber waste. Methods: A systematic approach is adopted, involving a literature review of existing cleaning systems, identification of key issues, and the development of a cleaning equipment design using a screw conveyor mechanism. The study optimizes operational parameters, including auger pitch, pile length, and mesh configuration, and evaluates the feasibility of the proposed equipment. Results: The research identified that inconsistencies in raw cotton density were a major cause of fiber defects. Existing cleaning machines were found to be ineffective in achieving complete impurity removal, often resulting in fiber loss. The proposed design, featuring a screw conveyor and mesh net, is expected to enhance cleaning efficiency by optimizing these parameters. Novelty: The study introduces a new approach to cotton fiber waste cleaning by using a screw conveyor design, which improves the separation of small impurities. The research also explores the feasibility of using a belt conveyor for waste transfer, contributing to more effective cotton waste management.

Abstract

Objective: The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of actuarial calculations in determining insurance rates for business entities, emphasizing the need for flexibility across various types of insurance and adapting to specific risks and social conditions. Methods: The research employs actuarial techniques based on mathematical statistics and probability theory to assess risks, set tariffs, and calculate insurance payments. It includes determining damage frequency and severity within different risk groups, while accounting for the cost of insurance services and business entity property. Results: The study finds that insurance payments depend on the actual value of lost property or restoration costs in case of partial damage. In cases where the property value exceeds the insurance amount, the business entity must cover the difference. The analysis also reveals that actuarial calculations must adapt to regional and industry-specific risks, with social and economic factors influencing the outcomes. Novelty: This research introduces a flexible system of actuarial calculations that incorporates both planned and reported actuarial methods. It highlights the need for new incentive mechanisms, such as preferential tariffs for regular business entities, to increase interest in insurance services and ensure adequate protection in rapidly changing economic environments.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the role of student motivation in Uzbekistan's education system, exploring various types of motivation (internal, external, term-based, and permanent) and their impact on students' academic performance, personal development, and future career aspirations. Methods: The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing surveys and interviews with students, teachers, and education administrators to gather insights into motivational factors and their effects on the educational process. Results: Motivated students demonstrate high academic achievement, active participation in educational activities, and significant personal growth. These students set clear goals, manage their time effectively, and engage in creative and social activities that enhance their skills. Motivated students are also more confident and prepared for future professional challenges. Novelty: This study highlights the importance of tailored teaching methods, such as interactive lessons, rewards, and personalized approaches, in boosting student motivation. It emphasizes the need for educators to foster both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to ensure long-term educational success and prepare students for a knowledge-based economy.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to investigate the development and study of syntax in Uzbek linguistics by analyzing its historical evolution and identifying the key contributions of each stage. Method: The research employs a historical-comparative approach to divide the development of Uzbek syntax into three distinct stages, analyzing significant works, methodologies, and theoretical advancements associated with each period. Primary and secondary sources, including historical texts and contemporary linguistic studies, were examined to ensure a comprehensive understanding. Results: The analysis reveals that the study of Uzbek syntax has undergone substantial transformation across three stages: the foundational stage, characterized by descriptive methods; the developmental stage, marked by the introduction of structural approaches; and the modern stage, which integrates functional and cognitive paradigms. These shifts have progressively enriched the theoretical and practical understanding of Uzbek syntax. Novelty: By systematically categorizing and examining the historical trajectory of Uzbek syntax, this study provides a clearer framework for understanding its evolution. The findings offer new insights into the interplay of historical, cultural, and linguistic factors influencing the development of syntax in Uzbek linguistics.
