Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior, particularly in seeking information and making purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing strategies in influencing Generation Z’s purchasing decisions through a literature review approach. The findings show that content marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), online customer reviews, and promotional activities contribute to purchasing decisions. In addition, product quality, consumer satisfaction, brand awareness, and pricing strengthen consumers’ purchasing intentions. Consumer trust is identified as a key factor linking digital marketing strategies to purchasing decisions. Therefore, effective and consumer-oriented digital marketing strategies play an important role in encouraging Generation Z’s purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms..

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of perceived ease of use and trust on the intention to use Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital payment method among small business owners in Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population consisted of 102 small business owners, while 50 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The findings revealed that perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS. Trust also had a positive and significant effect on QRIS usage intention. Simultaneously, perceived ease of use and trust significantly influenced the intention to use QRIS. These findings indicate that the higher the perception of ease and trust toward QRIS, the greater the intention of small business owners to adopt QRIS in their business transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the fraud hexagon on fraudulent financial statements in state-owned enterprises (SOE) in the non-financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022-2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from annual financial reports. The population in this study consists of 13 companies with a total of 39 companies. The variables used in this study are external pressure, nature of industry, change in auditor, change in director, frequent number of CEO's pictures and political connections as independent variables while fraudulent financial statements as the dependent variable. Data analysis techniques were carried out using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, external pressure, nature of industry, change in auditor, change in director, frequent number of CEO's pictures and political connections have a significant influence on fraudulent financial statements with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.510 or 51%. Partially, it shows that external pressure, nature of industry and change in auditor influence fraudulent financial statements with a negative relationship and change in director, frequent number of CEO's pictures and political connection influence fraudulent financial statements with a positive relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship in reducing unemployment in East Java and to identify various efforts that can be undertaken to enhance entrepreneurial interest and capabilities among the community. The method used in this study is a literature review by examining scientific publications, statistical data, and previous research related to entrepreneurship and unemployment. The proposed solutions include improving entrepreneurship education and training, strengthening access to capital for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), utilizing digital technology for business development, and providing government support through business incubation and mentoring programs. The findings indicate that the development of entrepreneurship contributes positively to employment creation and unemployment reduction in East Java. Furthermore, new entrepreneurs who are supported by adequate capital, skills, and technology have greater opportunities to grow and generate employment for surrounding communities.
