Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan
Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is concern in publishing the original research articles, review articles from the contributors and the current issues related to multidisipline of education. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan focuses on the following topics: Curriculum development, teacher education and professional development, teacher training, cross-cultural studies, learning, evaluation, English language teaching, counseling, management, quality of education, and the use of communication and information technology, at various levels of education and how to deliver learning. It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. This journal has been accredited in Grade 4 (Sinta 4) based on the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology No. 158/E/KPT/2021, December 27, 2021.

<![CDATA[This study aims to show students’ TOEFL score, sixth and eight semester of English Education Department at STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang. The research used descriptive design by quantitative approach. The sample is 40 students of English Education department. The research instrument used TOEFL like test. Descriptive statistics showed the data analysis technique, mean and percentage. . For this study , students got problems in acquiring a TOEFL score with an average score 365 which was still at the basic proficiency category (elementary). From the data analyzing, the researcher found that the highest problem faced by the studentsis is listening section where students got correct answers only 27%. The students got the lowest score is in the short dialogue with the percentage 35%. Then the structure and written expression, students got average score lowest in the aspect of structure (completion) with a percentage 34%. From all parts of the TOEFL test, none of the students got average score more than 50%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was a classroom action research (CAR). The objective of this research was to find out students’ vocabulary mastery especially its application in a correct sentence pattern by using Word Wall method to the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju. This research consisted of three cycles. There were 30 students in one class that followed this research. The result showed there was improvement of the students’ vocabulary. It could be seen on their average score in the first cycle improved by 49.25%, from the diagnostic test 34.83%. Then, it improved more in the second cycle by 60.8% and more in the third cycle that achieves 68.25%. However, despite getting the students’ average score improved, after applying the three cycles, it is still not success achieving the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) of the subject that was 75.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to proof whether the application of drama technique is able to develop students’ speaking skill.The design of this study is experimental design. There were two groups: experimental and control group. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliah Negeri Majene, and took 40 students as samples. The data were collected by using the pre-test, the treatment, and the post-test. The speaking test administered to the students of experimental and control class. The scores were assessed by three assessors. The data were analyzed and interpreted by using Pearson Product Moment assisted by SPSS 20 (Statistical Package for Service Solution) software program. The result of the research reveals that application of drama technique can be proven to develop students’ speaking skill and the application of drama technique develop students’ speaking skill. The result of the students’ speaking score development from pre-test to post test demonstrates a significant difference. The researcher found that sig.(2 tailed) is 0.000 which is lower than 0.05. The outcome of the students’ speaking development comparison between experimental and control group is 0.025. It means that the development is significant. The application of drama technique developed and improve students’ speaking skill. The finding signifies that application of drama technique is responded positively by the experimental class.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is aware of the management of Early Childhood Education through National Character Education based on Democracy. The problems of this study are: 1) What is the process of applying the management of Early Childhood Education through the National Character Education based on Democracy; 2) Can through the management of Early Childhood Education be implemented the National Character Education based on Democracy. The type of research used the classroom action research which seeks to examine and reflect in depth some aspects of teaching and learning activities. The focus of this research is the management of Early Childhood Education through National Character Education based on human resources and local education activities with the management of Early Childhood Education. The subjects was the subject of the study TK PGRI Standard Corawali, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, consisting of 25 children consisting of 10 boys and 15 girls. The instrument that will be used is observation, tests and documentation. Data to be processed by percentage analysis and presented in the form of descriptions and presentations. The implementation plan begins with asking questions, thinking together and answering; 2) Application of the approach to improving learning outcomes and increasing character in TK PGRI Standard Corawali to apply the character of children. The goals and objectives of education held in schools are formal and informal channels. The main target of education can be achieved well, it needs to be initiated in the concept of integration through a character approach to TK PGRI Standard Corawali.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective in this research to describing implementation of learning physics using the approach Creative Problem Solving (CPS) to improve creative thinking skills and student’s achievement in class X IPA-1 SMAN 1 Pangsid. The research method applied is Classroom Action Research (CAR) through two learning cycles; each cycle consisted by planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that learning physics with CPS approach can improve student’s ability to think creatively. After learning undertaken by the CPS approach increased students ability to think creatively and achievement. This is evidenced by: (1) Increasing the number of students who pass out of 12 person in the first cycle to 29 person in the second cycle with an average of 77,39 learning outcomes. N-gainin the first cycle of 0.19 is included in the category of low-and N-gain in the second cycle of 0.30 is included in the medium category, (2) Activity group average student in the learning process are included in the category Activities Fair increased to High Activity category, and (3) The use of creative thinking of students in the first cycle an enough increased to a high in the second cycle. Creative thinking ability of students in teaching physics to provide benefits in solving problems in the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this research were to find out whether the use of Prezi with KWL Strategy enhances the reading comprehension and the students’ interest. This research employed quasi experimental design. The population of this research was the first grade students of SMA 2 Enrekang in academic 2017/2018. This research employed cluster random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 72 students which belong to two classes; 36 students in experimental class and also 36 students in control class. Research instruments were used to collect the data in this research namely reading comprehension test and questionnaire. The result of the students’ reading score in this research showed that the experimental class improved significantly from 69.69 up to 86.61. While, in control class the result improved from 66.22 up to 75.89. Therefore, the significant values of Independent t-test 0.000 < α = 0.05. It means that the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Moreover, based on the students’ response on questionnaire showed that the mean score of interest was 80.61 and it was categorized as interested.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims that all children with special needs get the same rights to receive equal education in class together with their age friends. This research is a descriptive study, which seeks to describe the events that exist in the world of education, especially in terms of channeling knowledge to students. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The techniques used in collecting data are interview techniques and direct observation in schools. Education and diversity cannot be separated, what needs to be known is how education is able to unite differences by providing good educational equality. Good for normal children and those with special needs. The purpose of education is to encourage good change, both for individuals, groups and even groups. Inclusive education is child-friendly education, which means that from every system that services are provided to students who have learning disabilities or special needs to learn in ordinary class schools along with their friends.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the implementation of the Student Facilitator Model and Explaining learning model through the media of illustrated story books in improving initial reading skills for first grade students of SDN 01 Taman Kota Madiun 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research includes descriptive qualitative research. By using the phenomenology approach. Data collection techniques are based on data sources, namely RPP, syllabus, observation, interviews. Closed questionnaire. Documentation. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the Implementation of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model using media illustrated storybooks in Indonesian language lessons are innovative. Based on the results of interviews, documentation, observation and giving questionnaires. Student responses are categorized as good, students' enthusiasm in learning Indonesian language lessons is increasing. Students become fond of learning and student collaboration is also formed in group activities so as to be able to foster a positive attitude towards students in their social interactions.]]>

A total number of 12 students are involved in this present study. Descriptive quantitative research design is applied in this study. <![CDATA[This research is Classroom Action Research which will be carried out in two cycles and through several stages in each cycle, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in mathematics learning outcomes of STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang students through the development of vocational mathematics modules. The subjects of this study were the fourth semester students of the 2018/2019 academic year study program in mathematics, totaling 10 people. The data collection technique that will be used is a test of student learning outcomes conducted at the end of each cycle, observation, reflection and student responses. The implementation plan begins with asking questions, thinking together and answering; 2) Application of the development of vocational mathematics modules about improving the learning outcomes of the mathematics education study program STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang. The goals and objectives of education held at the mathematics education study program of STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang can be achieved well, in order to produce vocational math modules for mathematics education study programs.]]>
