Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan sampah yang masih bergantung pada Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan dan pemborosan potensi ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan sampah organik sebagai pakan maggot (Hermetia illucens) menggunakan metode Prototyping. Sistem dibangun dengan Vue.js 3, Firebase Authentication, dan Cloud Firestore, yang mendukung pencatatan real-time, penjadwalan berbasis GPS, serta pemantauan Bioconversion Efficiency (BE). Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi data hingga 90%, dengan nilai BE mencapai 40% (sangat baik). Pengujian Blackbox menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi optimal, sedangkan uji kepuasan pengguna (System Usability Scale) memperoleh skor rata-rata 84,5 (Excellent Usability). Sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pengelolaan sampah organik yang efisien, transparan, dan berorientasi pada ekonomi sirkular berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Environmental conditions significantly affect community welfare and quality of life, making public participation in reporting environmental concerns and crimes essential. However, manual and unstructured reporting mechanisms often hinder timely and effective responses from authorities. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system for environmental complaint management by integrating the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. TOPSIS is applied to determine complaint handling priorities based on multiple criteria, including urgency, impact, frequency, and responsibility, using Euclidean distance calculations to positive and negative ideal solutions. The system is developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and provides features such as user registration, complaint submission, status tracking, and complaint history. The results indicate that the proposed system effectively supports local authorities in objectively and systematically prioritizing complaint handling, while also improving efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness in environmental complaint management at the district level.

Abstract

Saung Kulit Garut Store is a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) company which is experiencing problems in its marketing sector, where the company only uses WhatsApp media from contact to contact to order products and services for sales promotion which is not optimal. Creating an online sales platform is the solution to this problem. This system was created using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This platform has two main functions. First, for customer users, every visitor to the platform can view the product catalog, use the platform services, and can order products according to the customer's wishes. Second, the admin can manage product data, customer data, manage orders and obtain reports.

Abstract

This study developed a Child Nutrition Monitoring System based on the web that utilizes a Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) to automatically assess the nutritional status of toddlers. The system was designed with a fuzzy logic module comprising fuzzification, inference rules, and defuzzification to process anthropometric data such as weight, height, and age. The system was tested using an anthropometric dataset of ≥10 toddlers and compared with manual assessments based on WHO Z-score standards. Evaluation results show that the system can produce nutritional status classifications consistent with manual calculations, and help posyandu cadres monitor toddlers’ nutritional development regularly through an interactive dashboard. This study demonstrates that the integration of information technology with fuzzy logic can enhance the efficiency and accuracy of child nutrition monitoring at the community level. Recommendations for further development include expanding the dataset and integrating digital sensors for automatic data input.
