Abstract

Mami's Care is a shop that sells necessities such as baby food, water bottles and clothes. One of the obstacles faced by Toko Peduli Mami is that decision support system technology has not been used in inventory forecasting and inventory data collection is still done manually, resulting in low accuracy of the data obtained. By considering these preferences, decision support system methods can produce predictions that are more accurate and relevant to the company's strategic goals. To forecast inventory, researchers provide a solution in the form of a system that helps managers determine product estimates that need to be prepared so that overstocking or understocking does not occur. Inventory reporting plays a very important role in any business as accurate information enables informed decision making. Therefore, a calculation method is needed to predict future inventory levels. This predictive system design uses a UML approach consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. The UML approach is suitable if the system you are developing uses object-oriented techniques. This research completes a system that can predict future sales using two methods: double moving average and double exponential smoothing. The results of the two calculations are compared using the lowest MAPE percentage so that Mommy's Care can estimate the number of clothing items available for the following month.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has heightened the demand for effective information systems, exemplified by web- based distributor and agent top-up systems. This research employs the User Centered Design (UCD) method to ensure that the system development meets user needs, focusing on usability, effectiveness, and satisfaction. Emphasizing the creation of a web-based distributor and agent top-up system with a payment gateway feature, this study engages users from needs analysis to testing. The application of UCD is expected to enhance user satisfaction, streamline top-up transactions, and facilitate payments. The proposed thesis title is "Web-Based Distributor and Agent Top-Up Information System with Payment Gateway Feature using User- Centered Design (UCD) Method," reflecting a user-centric approach in system development.

Abstract

Parking is a mandatory service in public places. Parking services have an important role, especially so that vehicles are neatly arranged. An organized and neat parking system will make vehicle users comfortable. However, if the parking system is not managed properly, it creates a major problem, namely making vehicles pile up and making vehicle users uncomfortable. Based on this, the author makes an automatic parking system using an internet of things-based RFID. By using the NodeMCU ESP8266 as a device controller as well as sending data to a database which will later be displayed on the web. To enter (input) this tool uses an RFID Scanner which is useful as a system control center that has the function of reading a unique code from the RFID tag. Then the Infrared Sensor which has a function to detect objects or in this case vehicles. For output (output) this tool uses a servo that is useful as a driver of the parking doorstop. Then there is the DFplayer which converts electrical signals into sound, the DFplayer here becomes a marker if there are vehicle users who have not been registered in the parking member and a marker if the parking lot is full. Based on these tests, it can be concluded that the automatic payment parking system using IOT-based RFID (Internet Of Things) requires an RFID Scanner, RFID tag/EKTP, IR Sensor, Servo, DFplayer, and NodeMCU 8266. And also requires a monitoring system that functions to regulate availability of parking space.

Abstract

Aplikasi SRIKANDI diciptakan untuk kelancaran dalam persyaratan dan kearsipan secara elektronik yang efektif dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Dengan adanya aplikasi SRIKANDI pembuatan surat menyurat dan arsip elektronik secara online dapat terintegrasi dan terekam pada pusat data nasional. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi kearsipan dinamis terintegrasi di Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, mampu meningkatkan pemahaman kapasitas dan keterampilan Aparatur Sipil Negara pada sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik (SPBE). Domain dari COBIT versi 5 yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah DSS (Delivery, Service, and Support) dan MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess). Domain DSS mempunyai fokus pada pengiriman data, layanan, dan dukungan yang diberikan untuk sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Domain DSS memiliki enam proses, yaitu: DSS01 Manage operation: Mengelola operasi, DSS02 Manage service request and incidents : mengelola layanan permintaan dan kasus,  DSS03 Manage problems: Mengelola permasalahan, DSS04 Manage continuity: mengelola kelancaran, DSS05 Manage security service: Mengelola layanan keamanan  dan DSS06 Manage business process controls: mengelola kontrol proses bisnis. Fokus dari Domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) lebih ditekankan ke aspek penyampaian teknologi informasi terutama di Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (SRIKANDI) di Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Hal ini dikarenakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau telah mengimplementasikan surat menyurat melalui aplikasi SRIKANDI sehingga domain ini diperuntukkan untuk mengukur efisiensi dan efektivitas dari aplikasi SRIKANDI di Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dan nantinya akan mengeluarkan rekomendasi untuk optimasi proses service delivery-nya.

Abstract

E-Counseling is one of the media that is devoted to accommodate problems in students with online media. With the application of online counseling, it is hoped that counseling guidance activities can run more effectively. Counseling activities by manual method using paper media are considered less effective. So it takes a long time and has a lot of risk of losing data. Loss of data and making reports still in the book is certainly a problem because finding data and making reports is also difficult because it takes a long time to collect data that will be used as reports. The web-based e-counseling system is a web system built using the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which has 6 stages including Requirements Analysis, System Design, Program Code Writing, Program Testing and Program Implementation. Designing a solution in the form of a wireframe website for an e- counseling system, if it is finished then it goes to the Coding stage or builds a system using the PHP and MySQL programming languages.This application get the expected result. Abstract

The intense competition in business and the increasing complexity of supply chains require companies to adopt efficient information systems. This study aims to design a warehouse information system for PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera, a leather tanning manufacturer, to enhance warehouse management and support supply chain operations. The current manual system presents several challenges, such as recording errors, lack of data integration, and inaccurate information. Using the waterfall method, the research includes needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The developed system features stock management, item classification, packaging, and shipping, supported by real-time information to accelerate decision-making. The system is designed to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy and speed in logistics processes. The implementation results indicate that the warehouse information system effectively addresses existing operational challenges and supports the company in managing the supply chain more efficiently. Through this optimization, the company is expected to increase competitiveness and respond to market demands more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Pembuatan prototype kontrol lampu ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam menghidupkan maupun mematikan lampu karena pada dasarnya manusia menyukai sesuatu yang praktis dan mudah, dengan terlealisasinya prototype ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan manusia dalam menghidupkan atau mematikan lampu tanpa harus berjalan mendekati saklar lampu. Aplikasi dari sistem kontrol lampu berbasis (IoT) Internet of Things ini menggunakan modul NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrocontroller dan aplikasi android sebagai alat pengendali. Alat ini memanfaatkan voice recognition dari google untuk menerima perintah suara dan diterjemahkan menjadi sebuah perintah untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu secara wireless. Metodologi pembangunan perangkat menggunakan metode Prototype dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML. Pembuatan prototype menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai kontroler utama.

Abstract

The process of charging the Guest Book is still done manually and are not computerized and report guest book is still a simple report on the Section of Information Services and Town Planning Sector Documentation and Reporting Department of Spatial Planning and Bandung Human Settlement, making data retrieval guest information and preparing reports Guest Book takes a long time and the service process could not predict the success or failure of the service rendered. It required an application system that can support the needs of the process of charging the Guest Book and performance assessment of service personnel who can facilitate care workers in search of information guest data and as an evaluation of service personnel in order to serve the community for the better again, and can produce information in the form report to be used by staff, Head of Section,  Head of Division and Head of Department, become faster and help solve the problems faced.

Abstract

Face recognition on an Android smartphone is a personal identification system that uses the physical characteristics of a person to automatically detect their identity through faces. In this face recognition detection technology will identify human faces through a digital image by matching or comparing with faces that have previously been stored and trained in data storage. The main problem faced in designing face recognition detection is how android devices can detect and recognize face objects. The proposed design method for Android-based face recognition detection is the local binary pattern (LBP) method, which in principle uses this method to get the characteristics of each face image by representing a gray image into binary numbers. The method developed is by modifying the heuristic function of the Ant-Miner algorithm. From the test results obtained that the performance of facial recognition detection using the LBP method on a person's face image has a good level of accuracy with an average of 96.7%, with 5 trials and 30 trials. In addition, this face recognition detection can also be used as a test framework for Android-based face recognition detection.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen Koperasi Syariah Benteng Mikro Indonesia.  Koperasi  yang  bertempat  di  Kab. Tangerang ini mengalami  beberapa  kendala dalam  menjalankan  transaksinya. Sehingga  diharapkan  adanya  aplikasi  yang  dapat  menangani masalah tersebut.  Masalah  seperti  itu  membutuhkan  penyelesaian  yang  cepat  dan  tepat  dengan teknologi  yang mudah  dioperasikan  dan  dipahami  sebagai  solusi.  Dengan  bahasa  pemrograman  PHP  (Personal  Home Page) dan MySQL akan membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis Web. PHP merupakan bahasa script yang dapat ditanamkan atau disisipkan ke dalam HTML. PHP dapat digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi Web. MySQL adalah sebuah perangkat lunak sistem manajemen basis data SQL atau DBMS (Database Management System). Dengan PHP dan MySQL yang bisa Dynamic Duo akan menjadi solusi dalam membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan barang dan transaksi berbasis web.  Dengan  adanya  aplikasi  transaksi berbasis  web mampu mengatasi masalah yang terkait dengan pengelolaan uang dan transaksi yang berada di Koperasi Syariah Benteng Mikro Indonersia.
