Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, motivasi, dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap komitmen serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja guru SMP se-Kecamatan Tanah Putih. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh fenomena kinerja guru yang belum optimal, ditunjukkan oleh data jumlah guru dan capaian Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) SMPN 3 Tanah Putih periode 2019–2023. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah menguji tiga variabel utama (disiplin, motivasi, kecerdasan intelektual) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan teknik survei. Analisis data menggunakan SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin, motivasi, dan kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen dan kinerja guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui komitmen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan disiplin, motivasi, dan kecerdasan intelektual guru dalam memperkuat komitmen organisasi yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas layanan akademik di sekolah berdasarkan persepsi siswa dan wali murid. Menggunakan pendekatan SERVQUAL, studi ini mengevaluasi lima dimensi kunci: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy. Data dikumpulkan dari 50 responden, terdiri dari siswa dan wali murid, melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya variasi dalam persepsi kualitas layanan. Dimensi Tangibles (fasilitas fisik) dinilai paling tinggi, menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana sekolah memenuhi harapan. Di sisi lain, dimensi Reliability (keandalan) mendapatkan skor yang relatif lebih rendah, menandakan adanya kebutuhan untuk perbaikan pada konsistensi layanan dan ketepatan informasi. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen sekolah. Dengan mempertahankan keunggulan pada aspek fisik dan fokus pada peningkatan keandalan layanan, sekolah dapat meningkatkan kepuasan semua pihak, baik siswa maupun wali murid, serta memperkuat citra positif sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of internship experience on the development of students' soft and hard skills and their impact on job readiness. The method used was a quantitative approach, with a sample of students from Trunojoyo University, Madura, who had participated in internships. The results showed that internship experience significantly improved both types of skills, ultimately contributing positively to improving students' job readiness. Soft and hard skills also act as mediators in this relationship.

Abstract

Outsourcing companies face challenges in ensuring the competence and quality of the workforce provided to clients. Employee training and development are essential strategies to maintain service quality and increase company competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of technology in enhancing the effectiveness of training and employee development at PT Wijaya Kusumo Joyo Mulyo, an outsourcing service provider. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the use of technology, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and online communication tools, significantly improves the effectiveness of training for outsourced employees. Technology provides broader accessibility, cost and time efficiency, and enables data-driven monitoring. Furthermore, the integration of technology supports the standardization of competencies across employees assigned to various client locations. Challenges include limited digital literacy among some employees and the need for adequate technological infrastructure. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing technology-based training strategies aligned with client requirements, strengthening employees' digital literacy, and ensuring continuous evaluation to optimize the benefits of technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan SDM serta perlindungan tenaga kerja pertanian dalam kerangka pembangunan agribisnis yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Melalui tinjauan literatur empiris dari berbagai negara berkembang, kajian ini menemukan bahwa rendahnya tingkat pendidikan petani, minimnya pelatihan teknis, serta tidak optimalnya perlindungan sosial menjadi penghambat utama peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi agribisnis. Di sisi lain, intervensi kebijakan berupa penguatan pelatihan vokasional, insentif bagi petani muda, jaminan sosial sektor informal, serta integrasi teknologi digital telah terbukti meningkatkan kapasitas SDM dan daya saing sektor agribisnis. Studi literature di India, Kenya, dan berbagai Negara Berkembang lainnya menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi agribisnis sangat bergantung pada komitmen negara dalam mengembangkan SDM pertanian yang adaptif dan sejahtera. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan agribisnis di negara berkembang menuntut kebijakan yang tidak hanya fokus pada peningkatan produksi, tetapi juga pada penciptaan ekosistem kerja yang layak, aman, dan produktif bagi pelaku sektor pertanian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa AI sangat penting untuk membuat pembelajaran yang personal dan adaptif, mengidentifikasi kekurangan keterampilan, dan meningkatkan kompetensi digital karyawan.  Dengan umpan balik instan, simulasi interaktif, dan pemetaan kebutuhan pelatihan berbasis data, teknologi seperti sistem pembelajaran adaptif dan alat AI generatif telah terbukti meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan. Namun demikian, pelatihan SDM dengan AI masih menghadapi banyak tantangan. Ini termasuk literasi digital yang rendah, resistensi pengguna, keterbatasan infrastruktur, masalah etika, dan kemungkinan otomatisasi menyebabkan keterampilan yang kurang. Penelitian me-nunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AI dalam pelatihan SDM harus berkelanjutan, inklusif, dan berfokus pada keterampilan teknis dan keterampilan transversal seperti komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan kreativitas. Oleh karena itu, memasukkan AI ke dalam program pelatihan SDM adalah pilihan strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing tenaga kerja dan mempersiapkan organisasi untuk menghadapi dinamika pasar kerja digital.

Abstract

Industry 5.0 demands that companies develop reward systems that can increase employee motivation and productivity, especially among Millennials and Generation Z. This study uses a qualitative case study approach to examine the influence of financial and non-financial rewards at PT Equityworld Futures Surabaya. The findings indicate that bonuses and commissions are the main drivers of productivity, while non-financial rewards such as promotions, training, and overseas travel programs strengthen intrinsic motivation and loyalty. A reward system that aligns with the needs of the younger generation helps create a competitive and positive work environment, although target pressure remains a challenge that needs to be managed. Overall, the combination of financial and non-financial rewards plays a significant role in increasing employee productivity in the Industry 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on the performance of Generation Z employees, with work life balance serving as a mediating variable at Kopdes Coffee Shop Bangkalan. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the business owner and five Generation Z employees selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes related to work stress, work life balance, and employee performance. The findings indicate that employees do not experience excessive work stress due to the support provided by the business owner through open communication and efforts to maintain employees’ emotional well-being. However, external pressures such as family conflicts and financial issues are the main sources of stress affecting performance. Work life balance is proven to play a significant role in maintaining employee performance stability. Policies such as fair shift distribution, designated days off, and flexible working hours enable employees especially those belonging to Generation Z to balance work with personal activities such as education and sidejobs.

Abstract

This study examines the configuration of training, motivation, and work discipline as predictors of employee performance through an integrated hybrid approach combining empirical analysis and a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The empirical component employs a quantitative non-experimental design using purposive sampling and Likert-scale questionnaires to analyze the effects of motivation and discipline on employee performance. Regression results indicate that both motivation and discipline significantly and positively influence performance, and their combined effect is stronger than their individual contributions. Complementing these findings, the SLR synthesizes research from 2019-2024 sourced from open-access scholarly databases, revealing consistent evidence that training enhances employee capability, motivation drives productive behavior, and discipline ensures behavioral consistency in achieving organizational standards. The integration of empirical and SLR findings produces a comprehensive performance model grounded in three key dimensions: ability (shaped by training), motivation (driving willingness to work), and behavioral control (maintained through discipline). This study contributes theoretically by offering an integrative predictor framework and practically by providing recommendations for human resource managers to design aligned interventions in training, motivation systems, and discipline enforcement. Future research is suggested to incorporate mediating or moderating factors such as leadership, organizational culture, and digital learning environments to expand the proposed model.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis hasil pemberdayaan berupa peningkatan kapasitas literasi keuangan kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian. Mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan yang besar, mahasiswa dan lulusan perguruan tinggi dituntut tidak hanya menjadi pencari kerja tapi juga pencipta lapangan pekerjaan. Mendukung hal tersebut, maka diperlukan pembekalan berupa ketrampilan dan pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan yang diawali dengan literasi keuangan dasar. Mahasiswa pertanian perlu kemampuan ini agar dapat mengelola keuangan dengan baik saat berwirausaha. Masalah utamanya adalah mahasiswa kurang memahami cara mengelola keuangan dengan baik, sehingga mereka kesulitan saat ingin memulai usaha baru. Melalui penelitian seperti ini, diharapkan kita dapat memiliki landasan yang kuat untuk mengembangkan kurikulum pendidikan tinggi yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan praktik kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori dan responden dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 32 orang yang telah mengikuti kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas literasi keuangan dasar. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku dapat menjelaskan sebanyak 75% dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Variabel perilaku keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, sedangkan variabel pengetahuan dan sikap tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Sehingga peningkatan kapasitas literasi keuangan perlu diadakan secara berkelanjutan untuk memberikan dampak yang signifikan kepada ketrampilan dan pengetahuan mahasiswa.
