Abstract

This study discusses the application of cloud computing technology to the digital cashier system at Mak & Abah Grocery Store as a solution to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing sales transactions. Along with the growing need for digitalization in the micro and small business sector, the use of a cloud-based cashier system is a modern alternative that can replace conventional methods that are prone to recording errors and data loss. In this study, the cashier system was developed using a cloud-based platform that allows real-time transaction recording, centralized data storage, and flexible access from various devices. The research method involved direct observation, interviews with shop owners, and system trials for a certain period. The implementation results showed an increase in store operational efficiency by 35%, a reduction in transaction recording errors, and ease in preparing daily sales reports. Thus, the application of cloud computing has been proven to have a positive impact on the digitalization of grocery store operations and has the potential to be applied more widely in the MSME sector.

Abstract

LKP Oby Komputer merupakan lembaga kursus komputer nonformal yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam bidang komputer. Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap kursus komputer, maka jumlah data pendaftaran yang harus dikelola oleh lembaga tersebut juga semakin banyak. Oleh karena itu, akan lebih efisien apabila proses pendaftaran tidak lagi dilakukan secara manual, melainkan menggunakan sistem pendaftaran berbasis web untuk membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat pengolahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pendaftaran kursus berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data peserta. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendaftaran online yang memungkinkan peserta untuk mendaftar kursus secara mandiri dan membantu administrator dalam mengelola data. Dengan sistem ini, LKP Oby Komputer dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanannya dan mencapai pengelolaan data pendaftaran yang lebih baik dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) of Indragiri Hilir Regency faces challenges in managing blood stock demand that is often not met due to limited information and manual processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that can facilitate blood demand management at the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of PMI Indragiri Hilir Regency. This system is designed to replace the blood stock management process that was previously carried out manually through physical letters, into a digital system that is able to accelerate the delivery of information related to blood availability. The system also provides an executive dashboard for monitoring blood stock availability. The system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and functionality testing is carried out using the Black Box method. The test results show that the system can manage blood stock management well and provide accurate reports.

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a web-based cashier application equipped with transaction data storage features to facilitate the sales process and data management at the RZ Kids Store. The system development method used is waterfall, starting from the needs analysis stage, design, implementation, to testing. This application is built using the Python programming language with the Flask framework, and uses SQLite as a data storage medium. The results of the test show that the application can run well, record every sales transaction automatically, and produce daily and monthly sales reports that are neatly stored. With this application, the transaction process becomes faster, more efficient, and has minimal errors, and helps shop owners in making data-based decisions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong digitalisasi di berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor UMKM. Bengkel Calvin Motor sebagai pelaku usaha mikro di bidang jasa perbaikan kendaraan bermotor menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang akurat, efisien, dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan teknologi cloud computing dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan akurasi sistem manajemen keuangan di Bengkel Calvin Motor. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi literatur. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan penerapan. Hasil Kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi cloud accounting memungkinkan pencatatan keuangan secara real-time, kemudahan akses laporan keuangan, serta mengurangi risiko kehilangan data. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam adopsi teknologi seperti kebutuhan pelatihan dan risiko keamanan data, strategi mitigasi seperti penggunaan enkripsi dan otorisasi akses terbukti efektif. Teknologi cloud computing tidak hanya mendukung efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi penting dalam mendorong transformasi digital manajemen keuangan di sektor UMKM.

Abstract

Currently, the laundry business or clothing washing service is continuously evolving. The growth of this business presents new challenges for laundry entrepreneurs due to the increasing competition in this field. This high level of competition has led to decreasing revenue. Therefore, an appropriate strategy is necessary to address these issues, one of which is to maximize service. This research aims to develop a laundry administration system model to improve customer service, to analyze and implement cloud computing technology in Wahyu Laundry, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME), as a digital solution to enhance operational efficiency and data management. MSMEs often face challenges in managing customer information, transactions, and inventory due to limited technological resources.By utilizing cloud services such as online data storage, web-based business management applications, and automated recording systems, Wahyu Laundry can manage its business more effectively and in real-time without relying on expensive local hardware.

Abstract

This study discusses the design of a web-based data management system integrated with Google Cloud Spreadsheets to support the digitalization of MSME operations, especially at Toko Kaca Dua Putra. This system was developed using the Waterfall method and includes features for recording products, transactions, customers, and reports that are synchronized in real-time. The implementation results show increased efficiency, accuracy, and ease of data access. Integration with Google Sheets makes this system a practical and lightweight solution for MSMEs who want to transform digitally.

Abstract

Digitalisasi dokumen menjadi kebutuhan utama dalam pengelolaan administrasi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi cloud computing dalam sistem pengarsipan surat digital pada Lembaga Dakwah Kampus (LDK) Al-Muqtadir Universitas Islam Indragiri (UNISI). Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem arsip surat berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan layanan penyimpanan cloud, sehingga memungkinkan pengurus LDK untuk mengakses, menyimpan, dan mengelola surat secara efisien dan aman. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengarsipan menjadi lebih terstruktur, cepat, dan mudah diakses kapan saja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem manajemen data berbasis cloud computing menggunakan Google Cloud Spreadsheets pada Toko Zura Vapestore. Permasalahan utama adalah pencatatan manual yang tidak efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Sistem dikembangkan dengan model Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta aksesibilitas data secara real-time. Sistem juga mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional toko. Disarankan agar UMKM mulai mengadopsi teknologi cloud untuk mendukung digitalisasi bisnis.

Abstract

Efficient stock management is a primary need in running a grocery store, especially to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Mrs. Isum's Grocery Store located in Teluk Kiambang Village still uses a manual recording method that is prone to errors, data loss, and irregularity in stock monitoring. This study aims to design a more structured and easy-to-use stock management system to support the smooth operation of the store. This system is designed with a simple but effective approach, containing features for recording incoming and outgoing goods, current stock information, and monthly reports that can be accessed quickly. By implementing this system, shop owners can control stock more accurately and efficiently. The implementation results show an increase in data accuracy and ease in the decision-making process related to procurement of goods.
