Abstract

The development of technology that continues to grow, the public increasingly facilitates socialization through technology. Opinion on free and uncontrolled social media causes harm to others. The law sees this phenomenon subsequently changing. Legal Information Known as Information and Electronic Transaction Law or ITE Law. However, the ITE Law cannot protect the entire general public. Because it is an Article in the ITE Law that is contrary to Article in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This research article discusses the opportunities and challenges of Muhammadiyah education in the 4.0 Era. In this research researchers used a qualitative approach with the type of research libraries. The sources used are research journals, articles, books and other related information that can support data from this research. The results of the study are Muhammadiyah education has many chances to be able to compete because 1. It carries Tajdid movement or renewal, 2. In the direction of Indonesia and UUD 1945, 3. Relevant to the demands of the times, 4. It has a strong network both nationally and internationally. The strongest challenge faced by Muhammadiyah is the technology that is the fundamental core of the changes in the disruption era in the 4.0 industry.

Abstract

This research contained the first formulation of the problem of how religious teacher certification in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujungpangkah Gresik, the second is how to master student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujungpangkah Gresik, the third is the influence of religious teacher certification on the mastery of student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujungpangkah Gresi, the last is how much influence the religious teacher has on the mastery of student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujung pangkah Gresik. This research has the first objective to determine the religious teacher's certification, the second is to know the mastery of student learning material, the third is to find out whether or not the influence of religious teacher certification on the mastery of student learning material and the last is to know how much influence the religious teacher certification on mastery student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang lor Ujungpangkah Gresik.

Abstract

The study was backed by a low interest in the students' reading of SKI subjects. The use of this library is a new strategy in learning as an effort to improve the quality of learning by synergize between learning activities and libraries as a media source and learning media. The study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the school library is influenced by the reading interest in the class XI religious SKI subjects in MAN 2 Banyuwangi. The type of research used is a correlational descriptive method of using a quantitative approach. To collect research data, authors use observation methods, interviews, polls and documentation. The subject of this study amounted to 41 respondents taken through probability sampling data retrieval techniques and cluster sampling instruments. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests and reliability tests.

Abstract

Mulla Sadra had the full name of Shadr Al-Din Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Yahya Qawami Al-Syirazi. He was born in 1572 A.D. in Syiraz. From the relatively long Mulla Sadra's life of approximately seventy years, it can be divided into three different periods. First, the childhood and school periods in Syiraz and Isfahan. Secondly, the period of asceticism near Qum and the third, the teaching and writing period that presented the results and the fruits of the two previous periods. In his major work al-Hikmah al-Muta'aliyah fi al-Asfar al-Aqliyah al-Arba'ah, Sadra outlines the whole issue of Islamic philosophy, of the nature of God, the nature of the universe and the fate of mankind. One of the important and interesting of Sadra is his view of the movement of the Subatansi (al-Harakah al-Jauhariyah) that speaks of the occurrence of changes in the form of the universe.

Abstract

In the course of the development of traditions from the time of the Prophet, Companions, Tabi'in to contemporary experiences a very significant journey, starting from the traditions that were conveyed through oral orally to develop into writing, because it is a concern about the disappearance of the Prophet's traditions, of course the writing requires more time than when compiling the Qur'an. (1) When did the Hadith start to be officially codified ?, At which time the development of the hadith reaches its peak, so that efforts are needed to counter the spread of false traditions. (2) how is the development of hadith after the hadith is codified? has been packaged in such a way as an application so that in reviewing the hadith becomes easier.

Abstract

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.

Abstract

Religious moderation is increasingly intensified to compensate some groups who continue to make the religious issues as object of conflict. The issue of religion is made as a commodity for political interests, even though Islam has been moderate since its inception. There is a lot of concrete evidence to show that Islam is a moderate religion. Become the mediator of religions that have been held before. Actually, when examined the moderation of Islam it has been built for a long time in Indonesia, especially in the world of islamic boarding school (pesantren). Including in Ma'had Aly (MA) Situbondo, as the institution that takes the Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh for its focus of learning studies, which is under the authority of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo. Seeing the results of their discussion, which stated in Tanwirul Afkar Magazine, it can be seen that they are very moderate. The Fiqh that they convey is not only seen as a product, but also as a process, and that become the reason for their reasoning power of ushuly is always appears. The proposition is not only textual, but it is also contextual. Therefore from this good struggle with various kinds of fiqh madzhab and strengthened by the concept of ushul fiqh they had mastered make the moderate character formed by well.

Abstract

A decline in moral is among the impacts of technological development. For this reason, Thomas Lickona and Lawrence Kohlberg developed a concept of moral development, a concept which has also been discussed in the Holy Quran. Lickona stated that moral development stages are started with the ownership of moral knowledge (moral knowing) and move to moral feeling and moral action. Kohlberg stated that there are six stages in moral development. The stages are in three phases. First phase is called pre-conventional, which consists of stage 1 and stage 2. In this phase, people are more concerned about being right and wrong and getting reward or punishment. The next phase is called conventional phase, which consists of stage 3 and stage 4. In this level, people are more driven by internal motivation and how they are perceived by society. The final phase is post conventional phase, consisting of stage 5 and stage 6. In this level, people are able to independently interpret moral values and are driven by more universal values. The Quran divided the stages into some classes which are mentioned as ulul ilm (those of knowledge), ulin nuha (those of intelligence), ulil abshar (those of vision), ulil albab (those of understanding), ulil amri (those in authority), ulil aidi (those of strength) dan ulil azmi (those of determination).

Abstract

This article is aimed to describe about “takhrij Hadits”, that includes the meaning, advantage and methods. From relevant refrences known that “takhrij Hadits” is and effort to find ”matan” and “sanad” of Hadits, compeletely from the original references. It clear that the cuality of Hadits is even known by collector directly through researches. The advantages of takhrij are: (a) collecting variety of sanad of the Hadits (b) collecting variety of matan of the Hadits. They’re the important materials for the research. To implement takhrij Hadits can be used several methods. (1) takhrij from spelling in matan of Hadits, (2) takhrij from first spelling of the Hadits, (3) takhrij from first collector, (4) takhrij from the topic of Hadits, (5) takhrij from classification of Hadits.
