Abstract

Employees are required to have a good work ethic to advance their company. This causes many companies to motivate their employees in various ways. The general goal is for better and more stable employee performance so that it benefits the company. Rewards are given to employees who excel and can achieve certain targets, this is more effective in motivating employees than punishment so that it can be a source of motivation for employees to work optimally. In giving rewards, sometimes employees do not match the results of their performance and without applying good calculations. For that, we need a recommendation system to support employee performance appraisal to get rewards. One of the methods used is the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. This method was chosen because it can complete employee performance appraisals based on predetermined criteria and is used as a reference in giving rewards. The amount of data obtained and will be used is several 537employee data which will be divided into two data, namely training data which functions as a model of 524 data, and test data which functions to test the system of 13 data and obtained the model validation calculation value of 0.867189 or 87%.

Abstract

This research focuses on discussing the results of research on The Development of E-learning System-based Web as a tool of Supporting Learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang. The emergency condition experienced by people all over the world, even in Indonesia, namely the COVID-19 pandemic makes the pattern of teaching in the world of education switch to online-based. Schools should consider distance-learning strategies following the competencies that each school has, whether from the competencies of teachers, students, parents, or facilities. Therefore, teachers need basic teaching skills from face-to-face to virtual online or online. This research was conducted in the school year 2019-2020, the test subjects are teachers and students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang. This E-learning system has three access rights, namely administrators, teachers, and students who have different functions. Administrators have access rights to manage data on the system, teachers have the right to upload materials and practice questions on the system, while students can download materials and practice questions and be able to know their grades directly on the system. Measurement of application eligibility level is carried out using the user acceptance test (UAT) that has been filled and obtained the average result of 86% of the 30 respondents who agreed if this web-based E-learning application was used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang.

Abstract

In today's digital age, based on a lot of business competition to attract consumers who still use promotions through brochures or websites, then with the advent of Augmented Reality (AR) technology, business entrepreneurs especially in the field of IT Hardware can adopt AR technology in the marketing of its products. The technology can display 3-dimensional objects in real time, so consumers can see hardware IT models more interactively and interestingly. In supporting AR development, the study used the MSER (Maximally Stable Extremal Regions) algorithm identified as one of the best image capturers due to its resistance to changes in angle of view, scale or pixel, and lighting, as well as sensitivity to blurred imagery by testing based on pixel density by intensity, in terms of accuracy of light reusability rate, as well as the speed at which 3D objects appear based on distance when reading markers. Thus the researchers get the appropriate test results that the tighter the pixels then the more perfect the AR object will appear, and also with sufficient light intensity and suitable distance, the easier it will be to appear perfect. The results of this study resulted in an application that runs on the android platform as one of the supporting in the marketing promotion of IT Hardware products in a more interactive way, because the use of AR with MSER algorithm is very helpful for the company to more clearly provide in detail and detail regarding the 3D object specifications of a product that wants to be sold without carrying the product, and can also help consumers to see products marketed by other sellers or companies so that consumers will be interested in buying IT Hardware products from PT. Abstract

The population of Indonesia is very Muslim, so there are many mosques in Indonesia. Many people raise funds directly on the road, but not infrequently this activity actually hinders the mobility of road users such as congestion and lack of light on funds. An innovative application prototype for alms that is easy and based on user desires. The Kuysedekah.id application design development model based on Mobile App. The UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) design prototypes aim to produce good results, and can meet the needs of smartphone users (user friendly), design thinking, and test prototypes. UX assessment uses a design review with a "very good" score, the usability test uses the SEQ (Single Ease Question) questionnaire to get "easy to use" results and the SUS (System Usability Scale) gets "accapteble" results with 50 respondents who have been done.

Abstract

Social media is a place to look for new friends and a place to express opinions about something freely. One social media that is widely used today is Twitter. Many people use Twitter to issue opinions on the Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred in various countries, including in Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic or coronavirus in Indonesia begins with the discovery of a 2019 coronavirus sufferer (COVID-19) on March 2, 2020, to April 8, 2020, 2,738 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed, with 221 cases of which have died and 204 cases have recovered. Tweets written by the public can later be classified into positive and negative sentiments using sentiment analysis. The results of our sentiment analysis can see how the perceptions of the Indonesian people regarding the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia. The sentiment analysis classification process will use the naïve Bayes method. Sentiment testing carried out using Cross-Validation includes 5 Fold and 10 Fold testing. From each of these tests, the accuracy, precision, and recall values will be seen. the results of the Cross Validation 5 Fold test obtained results from an average accuracy of 0.756364 (75%). The results of the Cross Validation test for 10 Fold obtained results from an average accuracy of 0.76 (76%)

Abstract

Technological advances in the globalization era, widely utilized in various fields, one of which is in the field of business. For example, in promotional media, the presence of augmented reality technology which is a technology that brings 3D virtual objects created using computers, into the real world of 3D. The way augmented reality works itself is by tracking markers through a camera that acts as an eye that can recognize objects and then project in real time. Therefore, the technology will be applied to this research, which discusses the application of augmented reality in smartphone brochures with FAST Corner Detection (FCD) algorithm. The purpose of using augmented reality technology in this brochure, to make the reader can see 3D objects in the brochure using the smartphone augmented reality application that can be installed on the reader's smartphone. And the function of using FCD algorithm itself is to recognize markers by tracking the central points (angles) in the marker image. The test result of this study is that the application can be used well to scan markers at a sufficient intensity of light to a lot of light and with a distance of ≤50 cm - <80 cm from the AR camera to the marker.

Abstract

This study aims to design an information system that can assist Telkom's ODP (Optical Distribution Point) data processing. ODP is a fiber optic support device to help distribute core optics to several Indihome customers. With this information system, it can make it easier for the Indihome admin and sales force to know the ODP distribution points that are still usable or full. The information system for the distribution of ODP Telkom Pemalang based on WebGIS (Website Geographic Information System) was created using a leaflet library, codeigniter 3 framework and mysql database. Leaflet libraries are used to build web-based interactive maps that support desktop and mobile platforms. The results of this study are the use of L.map to generate maps and view settings for locations on the map. Besides that, it also uses L.marker as a marker of the point and ODP information at the location using latitude and longitude. The results of the L.map test were carried out at several longitude and latitude points at several location points in Pemalang district and generated views that match the location. Usability test results from this system produced effectiveness of 4,30 and efficiency of 4,16 on a scale 1-5.

Abstract

To date, agriculture in Indonesia still uses a manual method to detect the ripeness of papaya fruits. Based on its characteristics, the source of the degree of fruit maturity is obtained from the raw, half ripe and ripe papaya fruit obtained from the farmer. Here after performing the implementation on the basis of the information obtained. To measure the logic for detecting the degree of fruit maturity, the RGB method here will be used. In accordance with what is needed, the results of the implementation itself should function well. Based on the calculation of the accuracy obtained on the system that was made it reached 50%.

Abstract

Economic distinctions that make it difficult to make UKT payments from each student and college student. There are several students parents who because of economic reasons, are reluctant to make UKT payments. At this point, the introduction of decision-making processes in support of institutional leadership decisions is not new. The criteria for getting UKT waivers are also not arbitrary, but there are special criteria given to the recipients of UKT waivers. Supporting criteria include: Parent's Occupation, GPA Value, Length of Study, Study Status and Family Health. According to the analysis, the results obtained using the topsis method in performing the calculation achieve an 87% accuracy result.

Abstract

During the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic whose vaccines have not been spread evenly, all countries in the world, especially Indonesia have taken several preventive steps to prevent the spread of the virus. One of the initial actions is to detect every person entering and leaving the country through airports or land transportation. This early action was carried out by detecting the body temperature of residents passing in and out of locations such as airports and train stations. The fever detection is generally carried out using a thermal gun in the form of an infrared gun aimed at individuals who pass the inspection. This research discusses a series of tools consisting of a camera with a thermal sensor where the captured data will be processed through software that displays a histogram of the temperature from the chest to the person's head in real time. Each capture result is used as a dataset that can be used for tracing the needs of visitors to public places. In this research, we will discuss functional testing (blackbox) of the application of thermal video detection in case studies of fever detection.
