Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui strategi persaingan dalam mengembangkan bisnis di PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah dengan pendekatan Blue Ocean strategi dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara lansung, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan tahap akhir adalah penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitaian ini jumlah informan yang mau di wawancarai yaitu sebanyak 5 orang yang di tujukan kepada karyawan yang ada di PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menghadapi persaingan industri keuangan dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan Blue Ocean Strategy yang menekankan pada kesetaraan anatara nilai dan inovasi. Dimana PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah konversi dari konvensional menjadi syariah. dimana hal ini bisa menarik minat nasabah dan menjaga loyalitas nasabah. Karena pasar yang masih sangat terbuka lebar dan adanya keuntungan dari strategi bank konvensional, maka pengembangan produk-produk bank syariah yang kompetitif dan inovatif perlu ditingkatkan.   This study aims to find out the competitive strategy in developing business at PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah using the Blue Ocean Strategy approach and the constraints faced by PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah in facing business competition. This type of research is field research which is qualitative in nature. Furthermore, the data collection method used is direct interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and the final stage is drawing conclusions. In this study, the number of informants who wanted to be interviewed was as many as five people who were addressed to employees at PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah. The results of this study indicate that in facing competition in the financial industry, the Blue Ocean Strategy approach can be carried out which emphasizes equality between value and innovation. Where PT BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah converted from conventional to sharia. where this can attract customer interest and maintain customer loyalty. Because the market is still very wide open and there are advantages from conventional bank strategies, the development of competitive and innovative Islamic bank products needs to be increased

Abstract

Fenomena meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap produk tabungan syariah mencerminkan perubahan preferensi keuangan yang tidak hanya didasarkan pada pertimbangan ekonomi, tetapi juga nilai-nilai religius. Secara praktis, pemahaman terhadap motivasi nasabah ini penting bagi lembaga keuangan syariah dalam merancang strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan produk yang lebih efektif dan sesuai prinsip syariah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami motivasi utama nasabah dalam memilih tabungan syariah melalui pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap enam informan yang telah menjadi nasabah tabungan syariah lebih dari satu tahun. Studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor religius menjadi pendorong utama, namun hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa selain religiusitas, faktor kepercayaan terhadap sistem syariah, pelayanan, dan transparansi juga memegang peran penting. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perbankan syariah meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah dan memperkuat aspek pelayanan untuk memperkuat loyalitas nasabah.The growing public interest in Islamic savings products reflects a shift in financial preferences based not only on economic considerations but also on religious values. Practically, understanding customer motivations is crucial for Islamic financial institutions in designing more effective marketing strategies and product development that align with Sharia principles. This article aims to identify and understand the primary motivations for customers choosing Islamic savings through a phenomenological approach. This research employed qualitative methods with in-depth interviews with six informants who had been Islamic savings customers for over a year. Previous research indicated that religious factors were the primary motivator, but this study reveals that in addition to religious factors, trust in the Islamic system, service, and transparency also play a significant role. This study recommends that Islamic banks improve Islamic financial literacy and strengthen service aspects to foster customer loyalty.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya hiwalah kontemporer pada pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar, dilihat dalam ekonomi syariah. Permasalahannya adalah implementasi hiwalah kontemporer pada koperasi syariah dalam mencari keuntungan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles and Huberman yang meliputi, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian dari faktor-faktor penyebab pengalihan hutang pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar meliputi: ingin lepas dari riba, memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi dalam bentuk pembagian Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU), dan memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi dengan tidak memberikan jaminan fisik pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. Setelah dibahas, dengan melakukan hiwalah di KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. Anggota telah berkomitmen mendukung kampus UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar dalam mengajarkan dan menyebarluaskan pelarangan riba dalam ekonomi. Selanjutnya, anggota telah membantu memajukan usaha koperasi yang dimiliki oleh kampus UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Semakin besar anggota memperoleh pembagian Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU), maka anggota semakin untung secara ekonomi. Terakhir, anggota memperoleh kemudahan berupa tidak perlu memberikan jaminan dalam menerima pembiayaan hiwalah.  Sedangkan di lembaga keuangan lain memberikan jaminan syarat mutlak yang harus diikuti agar menerima kredit maupun menerima pembiayaan.This article examines the factors causing the occurrence of contemporary hiwalah at KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar, seen in Islamic economics. The problem is the implementation of contemporary hiwalah in Islamic cooperatives in seeking economic profit. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the factors causing debt at KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar include: wanting to be free from usury, obtaining economic benefits in the form of Profit Sharing (SHU), and obtaining economic benefits by not providing physical collateral to KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. After being discussed, by conducting hiwalah at KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. Members have committed to supporting the UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar campus in teaching and spreading the prohibition of usury in the economic field. Furthermore, members have helped advance the cooperative business owned by the UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar campus. The greater the member's share of remaining business profits (SHU), the more the member will benefit economically. Finally, participants get convenience in the form of not having to provide collateral in receiving hiwalah financing.  Meanwhile, other financial institutions provide absolute guarantee conditions that must be followed in order to receive credit or receive financing

Abstract

Sejumlah isu telah mendorong penelitian ini, termasuk persaingan teknis di antara bank lain, pelatihan CRM yang tidak memadai dan kesadaran staf tentang signifikansinya, dan penerapan CRM yang kurang ideal. Tim peneliti di BSI KCP Sawahlunto berangkat untuk menemukan dan menganalisis dampak CRM terhadap pertumbuhan basis klien dan tingkat retensi perusahaan. Tim peneliti di PT. BSI KCP Sawahlunto menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan observasi di tempat untuk menyusun data terkait isu. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini meliputi studi dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Namun, metode analisis data penelitian ini menggabungkan orang, proses, dan teknologi tiga pilar yang menjadi dasar penerapan Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan (CRM) yang sukses. Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. BSI KCP Sawahlunto, ada tiga faktor utama yang memengaruhi penerapan Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan (CRM) dalam hal meningkatkan dan mempertahankan jumlah pelanggan. Pertama, orang-orang yang terlibat, khususnya karyawan yang ramah dan bertanggung jawab, memainkan peran penting. Kedua, proses yang mencakup identifikasi, pembedaan, interaksi, dan personalisasi layanan sangatlah penting. Terakhir, teknologi seperti aplikasi "Byond by BSI" dan mobile banking berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesederhanaan layanan.A number of issues have prompted this study, including technical rivalry amongst other banks, inadequate CRM training and staff awareness of its significance, and less-than-ideal CRM deployment. The research team at BSI KCP Sawahlunto set out to discover and analyze the impact of CRM on the company's client base growth and retention rates. The research team at PT. BSI KCP Sawahlunto employed a qualitative descriptive approach based on on-site observation to compile issue-related data. The methods employed to gather data for this study include document studies, interviews, and observation. However, this study's data analysis method incorporates people, process, and technology—the three pillars upon which a successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deployment rests. According to the study conducted at PT. BSI KCP Sawahlunto, there are three main factors that impact the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in terms of increasing and maintaining customer numbers. Firstly, the people involved, specifically the friendly and responsible employees, play a significant role. Secondly, the process, which includes identifying, differentiating, interacting with, and personalizing services, is crucial. Lastly, technology, such as the "Byond by BSI" application and mobile banking, plays a significant role in improving efficiency and simplicity of service

Abstract

Pasar modal syariah menunjukkan tren peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Meskipun market share keuangan syariah secara umum masih relatif kecil, penelitian ini ingin menganalisis pengaruh instrumen pasar modal syariah, meliputi saham syariah, reksadana syariah, dan sukuk, terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dari tahun 2016 hingga 2023. Data diambil per triwulan sehingga didapat sebanyak 32 sampel data. Analisis ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dibantu perangkat lunak Eviews 12 dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel reksadana syariah dan sukuk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, sementara variabel saham syariah tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.   The Islamic capital market has shown an upward trend year by year. Although the overall market share of Islamic finance remains relatively small, this study aims to analyze the impact of Islamic capital market instruments—including Islamic stocks, Islamic mutual funds, and sukuk—on economic growth in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative method using secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) covering the period from 2016 to 2023. Data were collected on a quarterly basis, resulting in a total of 32 data samples. The analysis utilizes multiple linear regression, processed with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The findings reveal that Islamic mutual funds and sukuk have a significant influence on Indonesia’s economic growth, whereas Islamic stocks do not show a statistically significant effect. However, when considered simultaneously, all three variables collectively contribute significantly to economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagaimana strategi pengembangan usaha ternak sapi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dilihat dari perspektif bisnis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pada Peternakan Sapi Am, baik secara umum maupun dari perspekif bisnis syariah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (Field research) yaitu data yang dikumpulkan langsung oleh penulis di lokasi penelitian. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Peternakan Sapi Am dan informan pendukungnya merupakai karyawan dan 5 orang konsumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dimana analisis terhadap data yang berhasil dikumpulkan penulis melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi SO dapat diterapkan dalam upaya meningkatan pendapatan Peternakan Sapi Am yang memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 3,42. Peternakan Sapi Am dapat memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan untuk merebut dan memanfaatkan peluang sebesar-besarnya yaitu a) Menggunakan pakan organik dan memanfaat dukungan pemerintah seperti pemberian vaksinasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, b) Mengoptimalkan lahan peternakan dengan merekrut tenaga kerja sebagai pengelola untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar, c) Memanfaatkan lokasi strategis yang jauh dari masyarakat untuk mengurangi gangguan dan polusi, serta melakukan kerjasama dengan penyedia jasa transportasi untuk mengurangi biaya dan waktu penggiriman produk, d) Meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan memanfaatkan air bersih sebagai sumber minum ternak sapi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.   This research is motivated by how the cattle farming business development strategy increases income seen from the perspective of sharia business. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy to increase income at Am Cattle Farm, both in general and from the perspective of sharia business. The type of research used is field research, namely data collected directly by the author at the research location. The main informant in this study is the owner of Am Cattle Farm and the supporting informants are employees and 5 consumers. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis where the analysis of the data successfully collected by the author through observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the SO strategy can be applied in an effort to increase the income of Am Cattle Farm which has the highest weight of 3.42. Am Cattle Farm can utilize all its strengths to seize and take advantage of opportunities as much as possible, namely a) Using organic feed and utilizing government support such as vaccination to improve product quality, b) Optimizing livestock land by recruiting workers as managers to increase productivity and the welfare of the surrounding community, c) Utilizing strategic locations far from the community to reduce disturbances and pollution, and cooperating with transportation service providers to reduce costs and product delivery time, d) Improving product quality by utilizing clean water as a source of drinking water for cattle to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi persepsi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Sawahlunto terhadap penggunaan aplikasi BSI Mobile di tengah rendahnya tingkat pemanfaatan yang selama ini terkonsentrasi pada transaksi terkait penerimaan pendapatan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Sawahlunto dengan 20 ASN sebagai responden dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, serta pemilihan informan secara purposif. Analisis dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk mengidentifikasi pola persepsi dan faktor pendorong adopsi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap produk dan layanan Bank Syariah Indonesia berasosiasi positif dengan niat dan intensitas penggunaan BSI Mobile, tercermin dari meningkatnya minat dan kebutuhan terhadap layanan berbasis syariah; faktor yang paling menonjol membentuk persepsi adalah kepatuhan pada prinsip syariah dan pengalaman penggunaan. Implikasinya, penguatan literasi digital dan keuangan syariah, penyempurnaan fitur yang relevan dengan kebutuhan ASN, serta komunikasi nilai kepatuhan syariah diperkirakan dapat memperluas adopsi. Keterbatasan meliputi ukuran sampel kecil, ruang lingkup satu institusi dan satu kota, serta desain kualitatif yang membatasi generalisasi. Studi ini berkontribusi dengan memetakan determinan persepsi dan adopsi aplikasi perbankan syariah pada segmen ASN, sementara kebaruan terletak pada fokus kontekstual dan integrasi analisis persepsi dengan perilaku penggunaan.AbstractThis study aims to gather the perceptions of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Sawahlunto City regarding the use of the BSI Mobile application amidst the low level of utilization that has so far provided transactions related to income. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study was conducted at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Sawahlunto City with 20 ASN as respondents and data collection through observation, semi-structured interviews, and purposive selection of informants. Analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to identify patterns of perception and adoption drivers. The findings indicate that perceptions of Bank Syariah Indonesia products and services are positively associated with the intention and intensity of BSI Mobile use, reflected in the increasing interest and need for sharia-based services. The most prominent factors shaping perceptions are adherence to sharia principles and user experience. Implications, strengthening digital literacy and sharia finance, improving features relevant to the needs of ASN, and communicating the value of sharia compliance are expected to expand adoption. Limitations include the small sample size, the scope of one institution and one city, and the qualitative design that limits generalizability. This study interprets the determinant map of perception and application of Islamic banking applications in the ASN segment, while the novelty lies in the contextual focus and integration of perception analysis with usage behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the legal architecture and practical feasibility of Sukuk Musyarakah and Sukuk Istisna as sharia-compliant financing instruments in Indonesia, with a specific focus on their application to infrastructure and MSME financing. Methodologically, a qualitative doctrinal and regulatory analysis is employed to synthesize statutory, supervisory, and market governance provisions on sukuk issuance and implementation, while aligning these with sectoral financing needs to identify enabling conditions and constraints. The findings indicate that both instruments are viable and, in certain project configurations, preferable alternatives for mobilizing long-term capital to MSME-linked infrastructure, owing to their risk-sharing mechanisms and asset-backed structures. However, diffusion remains constrained by limited literacy among issuers and investors, uneven market infrastructure, and execution frictions that impede scalability. The study contributes by delineating a coherent legal pathway for structuring Musyarakah and Istisna sukuk within Indonesia’s current framework, mapping policy and market gaps, and proposing operational levers to enhance acceptance and market development. Although the qualitative scope and evolving regulation limit generalizability, the analysis yields actionable implications for regulators, intermediaries, and issuers committed to expanding inclusive, sharia-aligned financing. The originality lies in integrating legal analysis with application-oriented financing insights for MSMEs and infrastructure within Indonesia’s maturing sukuk ecosystem.

Abstract

Phenomenon of impulsive buying which has become a concern along with the rapid development of e-commerce and aggressive marketing strategies. This study uses a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents of UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi students who actively use the Shopee application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation), linear regression analysis, as well as partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the free shipping variable does not have a partial effect on impulsive buying behavior. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 1.293 and a significance value of 0.199≥ 0.05, and t-count ≤t-table (1.293 ≤1, 985). The effective contribution of free shipping to impulsive buying is 6% and the relative contribution is 17%. Then the price discount variable has a partial significant effect on impulsive buying behavior. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 4.694 and a significance value of 0.000 ≤0.05, and t-count≥ t-table (4.694≥ 1.985), the effective contribution of price discount to impulsive buying behavior is 28%, and the Relative Contribution is 83%. Then the F test shows that free shipping, price discount, have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Gen Z impulsive buying behavior. This is evidenced by the F-count value of 23.602 and a significance value of 0.000 ≤0.05, and F-count≥ F-table (23.602≥ 3.09). The ability of the two independent variables to explain the dependent variable (impulsive buying) is 33.7% (Adjusted R Square = 0.337), while the remaining 66.3% is explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a significant impact on the banking industry, driving innovation in financial services. Bank Nagari Syariah launched the Ollin by Nagari Mobile Banking application to meet the needs of digital-era customers. Despite offering convenience, customer complaints regarding service quality, security, and trust still arise. This study analyzes the factors influencing customer loyalty to the Ollin by Nagari application using a quantitative associative method. A population of 2,612 customers was sampled with 96 respondents using the Slovin formula. Primary data from questionnaires and secondary data were processed using multiple linear regression. The results show: service quality has a significant positive partial effect (sig. 0.001 < 0.05), security (0.014 < 0.05), and trust (0.009 < 0.05). The simultaneous F ujit shows that all three have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty in Tanah Datar Regency. This finding indicauji that improving service quality and security can increase loyalty. The study provides input for Bank Nagari Syariah to improve services, secure applications, and build customer trust.
