Abstract

Formative assessment has become a key element in efforts to improve mathematics learning and understand student development on an ongoing basis. In the rapidly changing world of education, formative assessment provides educators with the tools necessary to effectively measure, monitor, and respond to individual student development. This article investigates the basic concepts of formative assessment and how this approach can be applied to mathematics teaching. We detail a variety of formative assessment methods that can assist educators in identifying students' strengths and weaknesses, and adapting instruction to fit their needs. The main point is to utilize formative assessment as a tool to open a window that reveals students' understanding of mathematical concepts, so that educators can provide more appropriate and effective support. This research also explains how formative assessment helps in facilitating the development of critical thinking and problem solving skills in students in the context of mathematics. The benefits of using formative assessments include improved student performance, a deeper understanding of individual needs, and the ability of educators to adapt the curriculum according to student development. Finally, this article summarizes how a formative assessment approach in mathematics learning can provide concrete benefits for educators, students, and the education system as a whole. With a focus on ongoing student understanding, formative assessments are an important tool in bridging learning gaps and helping students reach their full potential in mathematics.

Abstract

Elementary/MI students think that mathematics is a complicated, boring and meaningless subject. Simple learning media that is easy to apply to students in terms of mathematics, this can be done using mathematics learning media. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of using mathematics learning media in elementary/MI teaching. This research involved classroom observations, interviews with teachers and school surveys. The results of this research show that the use of mathematics finger media has a positive impact on mathematics learning in class V. Students are more enthusiastic, participate actively and understand mathematical concepts better through the use of this media. Teachers also consider that mathematics finger media is more effective in improving students' mathematical understanding. Therefore, it is recommended to continue to integrate mathematics finger media in mathematics learning in class V at MI Miftahul Huda II.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran masih bersifat monoton membuat peserta didik kurang tertarik dan kurang memperhatikan penjelasan dari guru sehingga pembelajaran tidak efektif dan seefisien, oleh sebab itu perlu adanya pengembangan metode. Pada metode karya wisata ini cocok digunakan terkait lingkungan karena metode karyawisata adalah cara mengajar yang yang dilaksanakan dengan mengajak seluruh siswa ke luar kelas mengunjungi satu lokasi/objek nyata. Dari fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini, maka penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian studi literatur (literature study). berkenaan dengan metode karyawisata dengan pengumpulan data, membaca mecatatat serta mengelola data penelitian secara obyektif, sistematis dan analitis tentang model pembelajaran karyawisata untuk pada pembelajaran PKN materi Pemerintah Kota sesuai dengan yang digharapkan. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Metode Karyawisata Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Materi Pemerintahan Kota. Learning is still monotonous, making students less interested and paying less attention to the teacher's explanations so that learning is not as effective and efficient, therefore there is a need for method development. This field trip method is suitable for use in relation to the environment because the field trip method is a way of teaching that is carried out by inviting all students outside the classroom to visit a real location/object. From the focus of the problem in this research, this research uses literature study research. with regard to field trip methods by collecting data, reading notes and managing research data objectively, systematically and analytically regarding field trip learning models for PKN learning City Government material in accordance with expectations. The purpose of this article is to determine the application of the field trip method to improve learning outcomes for city government material.

Abstract

Hukum wakalah dalam sistem keagenan pada asuransi syariah. Akad wakalah merupakan landasan utama dalam praktik keagenan, di mana agen berperan sebagai perwakilan perusahaan asuransi syariah untuk menawarkan produk kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian akad wakalah dalam keagenan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, serta menggambarkan implementasi dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam praktiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad wakalah dalam sistem keagenan asuransi syariah sah menurut syariat Islam, selama memenuhi rukun dan syarat wakalah serta dijalankan dengan amanah, transparansi, dan kejujuran.

Abstract

This article discusses the beauty and innovation in Islamic art and architecture throughout history using a historical-critical and comparative approach. The main focus of this study is how Islamic aesthetics not only display spiritual values but also reveal innovative dynamics in techniques and designs, from the early days of Islamic civilisation to the contemporary era. Elements such as geometric patterns, calligraphy, muqarnas, and domes are dominant visual elements that reflect the depth of philosophy and transcendental values in Islamic art. This study uses primary sources from Islamic academic literature, such as documents from UIN Suska and UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, and is enriched with five other scientific references, both from national and international journals. This research demonstrates that Islamic architecture has always evolved by combining aesthetic principles, functional structures, and local contexts. Innovations during the Seljuk and Andalusian periods, as well as the integration of modern digital technologies such as parametric design and artificial intelligence in contemporary architecture, show that Islamic heritage is not static but adaptive and sustainable. These findings reveal the continuity of Islamic values in building and spatial arts, as well as how Islamic identity remains relevant in modern challenges, including sustainability, social function, and spiritual expression. Thus, this article offers conceptual and historical contributions to the discourse on Islamic art and architecture across time.
