Abstract

Event organizers experience a significant growth rate of around 14% annually so that the competition is very tight, one of which is experienced by the event organizer Rupa Suara Cahaya to gain trust from clients. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing communication strategy carried out by Rupa Suara Cahaya is gaining trust from clients. This study uses qualitative method. The informants are Hendra Setya as the owner of CV. Ulfa Merdeka, Raden Ahmad Fuad as the head of the Rupa Suara Cahaya division and several clients. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The result of the research on Rupa Suara Cahaya’s marketing communication strategy in gaining client trust are: (1) advertising, using social media such as Instagram, Youtube and TikTok. (2) Sales promotion, by providing discounts and giving away free products according to the concept of an event. (3) Public relations, all staf employee are tasked with disseminating communication and implementing various program related to other parties, and maintaining good communication and relationship with clients or the public. (4) Personal selling, conducting sales presentations of a product or service to potentional clients both face to face and using digital platforms. (5) Direct marketing, using social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and the Rupa Suara Cahaya Website. The Rupa Suara Cahaya team can open a pop-up both to sell tickets directly while providing an explanation of the event concept, showing promotional videos, or offering exclucive merchandise to buyers on site.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) as a global initiative aimed at promoting transparency, participation, and accountability in governance. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach based on secondary data and guided by Theory Guided Qualitative Analysis (TGQA), the research integrates Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) reports, OGP Data Dashboard, and scholarly literature to identify patterns, trends, and variations in OGP implementation. Findings reveal that while OGP has expanded into a multi-level governance platform with 74 member countries and 152 local governments, regional disparities remain evident: Latin America stands out as a laboratory of participatory democracy, whereas Africa and Central Asia face structural and political constraints. Thematic analysis shows that classical issues such as fiscal transparency and public service delivery continue to dominate, yet the agenda has increasingly shifted toward justice, inclusion, climate governance, and lobbying regulation. However, IRM data highlight a persistent gap between ambition (44%), completion (60%), and transformative results (15%), underscoring the enduring implementation gap in governance reforms. These findings reinforce the view that OGP is not merely a technocratic platform but also a contested reform arena, where success largely depends on domestic political context, bureaucratic capacity, and civil society engagement.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah praktik manajemen komunikasi organisasi strategis dan menciptakan tantangan baru terkait pengelolaan informasi, keragaman Pemangku kepentingan, serta adaptasi budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan model strategis manajemen komunikasi organisasi yang kontekstual diIndonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 87 artikel awal dari Google Scholar, SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus, dan Garuda. Setelah penyaringan judul, abstrak, duplikasi, serta penerapan kriteria inklusi– eksklusi, tersisa 41 artikel untuk dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen komunikasi strategis di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh enam elemen utama: (1) konteksbudaya, (2) transformasi digital, (3) kompleksitas Pemangku kepentingan, (4) peran strategis manajer komunikasi, (5) model evaluatif, dan (6) kebutuhan pengembangan model lokal. Enam elemen ini membentuk model baru yang lebih relevan secara sosial-budaya dan adaptif terhadap dinamika digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis bagi pengembangan manajemen komunikasi strategis serta landasan praktis bagi organisasi untuk membangun strategi komunikasi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The processing of library materials is a key activity that influences the quality of returned information; however, many school libraries face challenges such as limited professional staff and weak processing procedures. This study explores the role of Library Science students from UINSU in improving the processing of library materials at the Nur Adia School Library. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results show that students not only helped complete various technical tasks related to material processing but also provided significant conceptual contributions. Their interactions accelerated processing activities, especially classification, and supported the adoption of simple LMS-based automation. The processed materials included historical books classification, preparation of work tools for efficiency, and arrangement of library collections to optimize service qualityThe study concludes that student involvement positively impacts the sustainability of school library operations. It also emphasizes that students need to master library processing competencies before field practice. This strengthens the relationship between Library Science study programs and school libraries in improving the quality of library material processing.

Abstract

The growing concern over declining minat baca among Generasi Z in the era digital forms the background of this study. This research aims to analyze the factors influencing reading interest among Generation Z in the context of rapid technological advancement. The study employed a quantitative survey method involving 350 respondents aged 15–24, supported by statistical analysis using multiple regression to identify dominant contributing variables. The findings reveal that digital accessibility, family literacy environment, and school-based reading programs significantly affect reading interest, while social media exposure shows a mixed impact depending on content type. Moreover, the study identifies a new pattern in which digital‐native readers prefer interactive and visually enriched texts over traditional formats. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy, improving the availability of high-quality digital reading materials, and integrating technology-enhanced reading strategies are essential to increasing reading interest among Generation Z

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic shift from patron client relations to modular parties in the election of I Made Suryananda Pramana to the Badung Regency DPRD in 2019 and 2024. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research revealsthat the candidate leveraged local actors such as customary leaders and banjar structures as semi autonomous political brokers to efficiently mobilize votes. Although the total vote count decreased in 2024, this strategy successfully consolidated the core support base through material incentives facilitated by party elites. The study concludes that this electoral success resulted from integrating elite political capital with modular strategies responsive to the local Balinese socio cultural context.
