Abstract

Banyaknya pilihan perumahan yang membuat investor merasa ragu dan kesulitan saat harus menentukan langsung rumah terbaik yang akan dibeli dan dijadikan sebuah investasi, dan tidak adanya sistem yang dapat membantu dalam memilih perumahan yang sebaiknya dibeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mempermudah investor dalam memilih dan menentukan pembelian perumahan terbaik di wilayah kabupaten Tangerang, metode pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat digunakan baik itu perorangan, organisasi, maupun perusahaan agar dapat mendapatkan hasil keputusan yang terbaik dari beberapa alternatif (pilihan). Sistem tersebut memberikan hasil akhir yang tepat dan akurat. Untuk memaksimalkan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan dalam memilih perumahan, peneliti menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP), yang dapat menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang akan terpilih sebagai alternatif terbaik, Perhitungan yang dilakukan akan sesuai apabila alternatif yang terpilih memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Weighted Product (WP) dalam Sistem Penunjang Keputusan pemilihan perumahan dapat memberikan rekomendasi alternatif perumahan yang dapat membantu calon pembeli dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Noise is an unexpected sound from business or activity at a certain level and time, which can cause reduced comfort. The causes of noise can be grouped based on the sound and noise spectrums. However, in general, noise sources come from traffic, industrial, aeroplane, and train activities. When the wheels scuff up against the rail surface, a train operates, producing noise. In this research, a design was created to monitor the noise level produced by railway facilities. This system is made using main components such as arduino uno, DFR0034 sound sensor, SIM800L, and other supporting components. The system is designed to be able to monitor and display data on the noise values that occur. The system is designed based on the internet of things so that it can display data automatically on the computer. Data can be accessed using thingspeak via SIM800L as an internet source, making it easy to observe and measure noise. This design testing was carried out using light rail transit trains, inspection trains, and lorries. Noise levels in trains range from 70 dB to 80 dB. If more than 80 dB is detected, the cause of the noise can be checked to maintain the comfort and safety of passengers and avoid more serious damage if damage is found to the facilities.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, websites have become the main tool in disseminating information and facilitating interaction, including in the world of education. Jember State Polytechnic has an Information Technology Department with a variety of study programs. However, to meet the needs of students and stakeholders, the quality of the Information Technology Department website must be high. Website quality affects user experience, information understanding, and institutional image. This quality evaluation will encourage website maintenance and improvement in order to continue to provide the best benefits for users in the Information Technology Department of Jember State Polytechnic.This research uses an evaluation method based on ISO 9126 standards to measure and improve the quality of the Information Technology Department website. This standard covers various aspects of quality such as functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The evaluation results show that this website meets the standards well, with an overall quality level of 92.2%. It provides guidance for website developers to improve services to stay effective and relevant.

Abstract

Technology is very embedded in our lives and our daily activities. The development of this technology makes many jobs easier. This technology can also solve many problems, one of which is business problems. The solution to the problems at the Mbledeq Restaurant can be overcome by creating a Website-Based Payroll System, which includes calculating employee salaries according to attendance, inputting employee data, and reporting employee pay slips. Building a web-based application system that can be used to meet the needs of Mbledeq Restaurant employees, this website-based website is expected to help the Admin process Mbledeq Restaurant payroll data and display details of salary slips received during one month of work. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD ). RAD is considered very suitable for this research because it is known to be fast in developing information systems. The method in this research consists of requirements planning, system design, and implementation. By considering the design, implementation, and objectives of creating an employee salary information system at MbledeQ Cafe&Resto Gresik, it can be concluded that building an employee salary information system at MbledeQ Cafe&Resto Gresik so that the employee salary information system becomes a comfortable place for employees to find their pay slips. The salary information system generates attendance reports, salaries & pay slips, which can be given to future employees and also makes it easier for admins to calculate employee salaries.

Abstract

The security of web-based systems is an important thing that an organization needs to pay attention to, considering that currently all organizational business processes rely on the web to store and process their data. POLINDRA is also not left behind, which uses web technology to store and process a list of student work repositories into a web-based information system. This requires simultaneous testing and risk assessment to determine the level of existing risks and vulnerabilities. The results of the vulnerability assessment to determine security gaps carried out in the scientific work repository information system on the sista.polindra.ac.id page using two different tools, namely Owasp Zap and Acunetix, have several different results. On Owasp Zap, there were 22 warnings, while Acunetix found 499 warnings. Even though the number of alerts using Acunetix is greater, the alert type results are not as complete as Owasp Zap, which produces 22 alerts, while Acunetix only produces 10 alerts.

Abstract

Programming Language is a language used to write computer program codes. Programming languages ​​allow programmers to instruct computers to perform certain tasks. There are many different programming languages ​​such as Python, Java, C++, PHP, JavaScript and so on. This article only focuses on explaining the C++ and Python programming languages. The aim of this article is to find out the differences between the C++ and Python programming languages ​​and to find out the advantages and functions of each programming language. From the results obtained, the two C++ programming languages ​​are more focused on Windows development, while Python is more often used in software development and the C++ programming language is more difficult to understand than the Python programming language.

Abstract

To meet the minnimum requirements of people who want to get information quickly and easily, the need for internet access is very high. Thus, we must continue to look for and strive for quality. There is a delay in communication and there is no filtering for devices connected to Office of Salemba’s internet. This is because there is no way to regulate the access rights for each device on the network, therefore it is necessary to implement the Access Control List (ACL) method on computer networks with the aim of making staff or employees more stable when working. In getting internet access, the development used is NDLC consisting of Analysis, Design, Prototyping Simulation, Implementation, Monitoring and Management. Data collection methods are literature study, observation and interviews. The routerboard that has been used is RB941-2nd. The results obtained from this research are that this method is very helpful in limiting the number of clients who get the internet and filtering unauthorized packets.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of the SIM Polije website using the ISO 9126 framework. The evaluation covers six main characteristics such as functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The research method involves descriptive statistical analysis with a questionnaire distributed to 25 respondents. Each indicator is assessed and classified into three answer options. Validity is tested through Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, and reliability is measured with Cronbach Alpha using SPSS. The results of the software quality measurement show an average percentage of 86%, indicating that the SIM Polije website meets the ISO 9126 standard with the criteria of "EXCELLENT," providing a foundation for further development.

Abstract

This research discusses the use of Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media with the aim of building learning applications in the field of Digital Electronics Engineering with a focus on the topic of Logic Gates. The application was built using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which refers to the ISO 25010 standard to ensure the quality and desirability of the application. The application has gone through a series of tests which include evaluation of 5 (five) different aspects, namely Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Compatibility and Portability. The test results show that the application has an average response time of around 00.03.26 seconds in displaying AR objects. In addition, the app achieved a usability rate of 80% for users who had never studied the material before, so it can be classified as 'Fine'. Positive evaluation results on the usability aspect show that this application has the potential to improve the learning experience for users who do not have prior knowledge of the material.
