<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of internal control and employee performance on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. This research uses data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to KCU employees. This type of research is quantitative research in associative form, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. This research shows that simultaneously internal control variables and employee performance variables jointly influence the effectiveness of the accounting information system. Internal control influences the effectiveness of the accounting information system, and employee performance does not influence the effectiveness of the accounting information system. 39.8 percent of the accounting information system effectiveness variable is explained by the internal control and employee performance variables in this research, the remaining 60.2 percent is explained by other variables that are not in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[An educational institution is required to keep up with technological advancements, especially in the field of information technology. The official website of SMK Wiyata Satya, https://www.wiyatasatya.sch.id, established on April 8, 2015, plays a crucial role in promoting and introducing the school to the community. The use of this website aims to reach a broader audience. Despite its advantages in accessibility and speed of information delivery, there are still some issues, such as the lack of an online registration feature, reliance on contact persons via WhatsApp, and incomplete information. The author employs the PIECES framework to evaluate the quality of the information system service and measure customer satisfaction. The PIECES method consists of six parameters: performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. This method is chosen for its ability to provide a detailed and comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation results indicate user satisfaction with the use of the website as a promotional tool and a source of information. The average satisfaction level reflects the majority's contentment with the platform.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid advancement in information technology, particularly in the realm of internet networks, has become an integral part of various aspects of modern life. The quality of internet networks has emerged as a pivotal aspect in facilitating swift information access and efficient data exchange across corporate, governmental, higher education, and school settings. This research aims to evaluate the performance of the Local Area Network (LAN) at the Computer Laboratory of SMK Wiyata Satya by employing the Quality of Service (QoS) method. The QoS method is utilized to manage key parameters within the network, such as bandwidth, throughput, jitter, packet loss, and latency. The primary focus of this study lies in identifying issues within the network, including connectivity difficulties and disruption in connections that can impact user experience. This study is crucial because internet technology plays a vital role in enhancing students' learning experiences in educational settings. Evaluating LAN network performance is critical in ensuring that modern education harnesses internet technology effectively. The outcomes of this research are anticipated to provide profound insights into potential solutions to enhance the quality of internet networks in educational environments, thereby supporting a superior learning experience for students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of competency, innovation, training variables on the performance of the Semarang Regency MSME Center. This research has a population of 424 businesses. The sample taken in this research was 108 respondents. Sample collection uses a purposive sampling method with quantitative research methods. This research uses IBM SPSS v24 software to provide factual answers, namely using a number of questionnaires to which respondents have received answers using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that competence, innovation and training have a positive and significant effect on business performance. The regression equation obtained Y 25.637. found a positive and significant influence between competence and business performance of 0.230, found a positive and significant influence between innovation and business performance of 0.281, found a positive and significant influence between training and business performance of 0.198. Based on the analysis, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.539, namely 53.9%. shows that the competency, innovation and training variables have an influence of 53.9%, while 46.1% are influenced by other variables, which are not explained in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the development of an information system in a pharmacy that still uses Very Easy Accounting Solution 1.0. This system is an accounting software designed to help users manage business accounting finances in a simple way and the system is still the first version of an accounting solution with basic features usually found in accounting systems such as creating financial reports, recording transactions, managing inventory, payroll and bill payments. This research will make improvements to the recording system using a computer-based system, both in terms of inventory data collection, transaction data recording, and other processes related to activities at the pharmacy in question. This research also discusses system analysis, namely activities to look at systems that are already running, see what is good and what is not good, and then document the needs that will be met in the new system. Apart from that, this research also discusses UAT (User Acceptance Testing) which is used as the final step in application development to meet user needs, aspirations and input which can become material for future application development and improvement..]]>

<![CDATA[The Government's strategy in marketing destinations is an important part of tourism development, especially together with the Istiqlal Mosque Management to promote religious tourism destinations so that they are known to more audiences using Instagram. This research aims to find out how tourism marketing communication strategies are used to promote the Istiqlal Mosque as a religious tourism destination through Instagram social media. Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, especially nowadays, generation 4.0 has entered the sophistication of digital technology that can be held in the hand. Instagram is a program that originates from the creation of New Media, which uses the internet with the aim of being able to communicate long distances and unlimitedly and its network spreads unlimitedly as long as the internet is still running. Researchers use the theory of The Circular Model of SoMe For Social Communication, this theory can make it easier for practitioners on social media, Instagram. The paradigm of this research is post-positivism. This research uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this research show that the DKI Jakarta Tourism Department together with the Istiqlal Mosque have demonstrated strategic results in promoting the Istiqlal Mosque, via Instagram. This strategy includes presenting history, interesting visual content, and containing the most up-to-date information on social media. This research identified several challenges, the lack of information to the public about religious tourism, perhaps in the future the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Department together with the Istiqlal Mosque Management will further promote many tourism activities, such as continuing the Istiqlal Fair. To achieve success in the marketing promotion of the Istiqlal Mosque destination in providing information to tourists to become more familiar with religious tourism destinations through social media or directly when visiting.]]>

<![CDATA[Service quality is one of the important things for the Bogor district regional archives and library service, especially in the field of digital media transfer. Digital media transfer has an important role in saving files or archives. This research was created to measure the quality of digital media transfer services. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire distributed to residents who had used digital media transfer services. The questionnaire was distributed for 1 month and the author received 112 respondents. The questionnaire results were then processed using the IPA (importance performance analysis) method. From the results of the analysis of digital media transfer services, the conformity level is 82.11%, which means the quality of the services provided is quite good. Then, the results of the analysis of the IPA quadrants show that there are several things that need to be improved or maintained, which are focused on the first and second quadrants.]]>

<![CDATA[Technological advancements in Indonesia have resulted in many improvements that have enhanced product quality and overall success for various sectors, including industry, education for a school, academic satisfaction is more aimed at students because they are the main customers of the school or educational institution. Due to the level of effectiveness and consumer service, it is very important to know the level of satisfaction that consumers have received and the sustainability of these educational institutions, where students are the main consumers at Josua Junior High School .IPA helps identify attributes that need to be improved and how to implement them. By improving service quality, it can be more in line with consumer satisfaction and satisfaction with the education system. Based on the results of the analysis using this method, it can be seen that the distance or gap between perceptions and expectations from all aspects of the assessment is negative with the tangible dimension of -0.73, then the reliability dimension gets -0.71, the responsiveness dimension gets a value of -0.73. In conclusion, technological developments in Indonesia have led to many improvements that can enhance product quality, consumer satisfaction, and overall success.]]>

<![CDATA[Business ethics play an important role in creating and maintaining a healthy work culture in a company. CV. Inti Motor is a company that operates to challenge business strategies based on the principles of business ethics. This research discusses how the application of business ethics principles can influence a company's internal dynamics. Research was conducted through literature analysis and direct observation. Research shows that business ethics have become the basis for internal policies, decision making, and management-employee relations. The researcher took the first important point, namely justice, ethics and good business strategies in maintaining the work environment. Considering that the marketing division has tighter competition between sales, so that some business ethics are not paid attention to, which causes frequent conflicts in the work environment. The results of this research show that ethical business practices are very important to maintain a fair, inclusive and productive work environment, before embarking on business strategy challenges that will ultimately support the company's long-term success.]]>
