Abstract

The highly competitive business marketing world requires entrepreneurs to find new ways to capture attention and maintain customer loyalty amidst an increasing market share and growing number of competitors. Therefore, the objective of this research is to understand how brand experience, service quality and product quality impact customer loyalty while considering the mediating role of customer satisfaction to contribute to the literature on these relationships. Data distribution to Kopi Kenangan customers rotating in Jakarta through a questionnaire of 110 respondents with the criteria of Kopi Kenangan customers aged 17-40 years who buy on the spot and drink Kopi Kenangan products directly at least 2 times in the last three months. This research utilized Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) analysis. The findings reveal that brand experience, service quality and product quality can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, the study also found that the relationship between brand experience, service quality and product quality with customer loyalty can be mediated by customer satisfaction. Therefore, this research emphasizes that companies need to improve customer experience, service quality, and product quality to achieve better customer satisfaction and loyalty, establishing a strong foundation for long-term competition.

Abstract

Employee turnover is a natural phenomenon in the business world, but a high turnover rate can be an indication of internal company problems. PT. Einsteins Bali Group faces fluctuations in turnover intention every month, which is characterized by an increasing desire of employees to resign. This phenomenon arises due to discomfort at work, a tendency to work stress, and a low level of happiness at work. This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and happiness at work on employee turnover intention. The research method used a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 38 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression to determine the relationship and influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results of the study are expected to provide an empirical picture of the extent to which work stress increases turnover intention, as well as how happiness at work plays a role in reducing this tendency. These findings are expected to be input for company management in designing more effective human resource management strategies, especially in creating a healthy, comfortable, and supportive work environment for employees. Thus, companies can minimize turnover intention and increase workforce retention.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the effects of renewable energy consumption, non-renewable energy consumption, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and population size on carbon emission levels in Indonesia during the observation period from 1990 to 2023. The study employs a quantitative approach using the Error Correction Model (ECM) to identify both short-run and long-run relationships among the variables examined. Prior to model estimation, stationarity tests and cointegration tests using the Engle–Granger and Johansen approaches were conducted to ensure the existence of a long-run equilibrium relationship. The estimation results indicate that in the short run, renewable energy consumption, non-renewable energy consumption, and GDP do not have a significant effect on carbon emissions. In contrast, population size is found to have a positive and significant impact on the increase in carbon emissions. The Error Correction Term (ECT–1) is statistically significant and negative, indicating the presence of a strong adjustment mechanism toward long-run equilibrium. In the long run, all variables are proven to be cointegrated. Non-renewable energy consumption and population growth contribute to higher carbon emissions, while renewable energy consumption plays a role in reducing emissions. GDP also tends to increase carbon emissions unless economic growth is directed toward green and sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of product involvement, promotion, and price perception on brand loyalty of instant noodles, with consumers of the Sedaap instant noodle brand in Kediri City as the research object. The main issue underlying this study is the high level of competition in the instant noodle industry, which requires companies to maintain consumer loyalty amid changing preferences and the abundance of alternative brands. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of each variable on brand loyalty. The research method employed a quantitative approach using a survey technique through a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 150 respondents selected using probability sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method through SmartPLS software to test validity, reliability, and research hypotheses. The results indicate that product involvement, promotion, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on instant noodle brand loyalty. Simultaneously, these three variables also contribute significantly to shaping consumer loyalty. These findings suggest that brand loyalty is influenced not only by product quality but also by effective promotional strategies and fair price perceptions that align with the benefits perceived by consumers. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing integrated marketing strategies to enhance and sustain instant noodle brand loyalty in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

In higher education, the level of lecturer involvement in decision-making and professional development varies. Some lecturers feel unappreciated or not fully involved, which impacts their morale, collaboration, and sense of well-being. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of inclusive workplace policies can affect lecturers' work outcomes and well-being. The method used was descriptive-analytical literature research, collecting and analyzing scientific articles and journals published in the last five years that are relevant to the academic world. The results show that an inclusive work environment can improve work morale, creativity, and collaboration among lecturers. An inclusive environment also makes lecturers feel psychologically safe and open to communication. Furthermore, an inclusive environment also reduces stress and conflict among colleagues, thereby improving the physical and mental well-being of lecturers. These findings suggest that inclusiveness is not only an ethical principle but also an effective way to improve performance, engagement, and quality of work life in academic environments.

Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of CPO Prices and Production Costs on Profit Growth in Palm Oil Companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data in the form of interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Sampling in this study used a sampling technique with a sample of 60 people. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS as the application. The results of this study show that CPO prices do not have a significant effect on profit growth and operating costs have a significant effect on profit growth. For the results of simultaneous testing (F test), namely the price of CPO and production costs have a joint effect on the company's profit growth. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) show that CPO prices and production costs can explain profit growth of 49.5% while the rest is not studied in this study
