This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion simultaneously on purchase intention at Sibungsu Singaparna Donuts, Tasikmalaya Regency. The effect of product quality and promotion partially on buying interest in Donat Sibungsu Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents Donat Sibungsu Singaparna Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously product quality and promotion have a significant effect on purchase intention Partially, the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchase intention, as well as the promotion variable, which partially has a significant effect on purchase intention.

The Head of Bappeda with the functions and roles he has is very decisive in directing his employees for the smooth running of their daily tasks. This is also related to the position of the head of Bappeda as a government administrator who is responsible for the implementation of services in the relevant office or institution. However, in the indicators of work targets set, there are still many that have not been realized, this will have a negative impact on the organization, so anticipatory steps are needed to overcome these problems. One of the causes of the decline in work productivity is the leadership policy and the not yet optimal work discipline. The formulation of the problem posed includes: How do BAPPEDA leadership policies affect work productivity at BAPPEDA Banjar City? How does Employee Discipline affect work productivity at BAPPEDA Banjar City? In interaction, what are the BAPPEDA Leadership Policies and employee discipline on work productivity at BAPPEDA Banjar City? The method used is a quantitative method. To analyze it using statistical correlation test data analysis and multiple regression with the SPSS program. The results of the analysis prove that leadership policies have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This means that the better the leadership policy, the higher work productivity and then work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This means that the better the work discipline, the higher the work productivity. Furthermore, leadership policies and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This means that if leadership policies and work discipline increase, work productivity also increases. The level of relationship X1 and X2 to Y is included in the strong category.

This study aims to examine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at MS Glow Beauty. The research object is a variable that is used as a research instrument, namely price (X1), product quality (X2) and purchasing decisions (Y). The population is MS Glow users who have tiktok social media of 294, and a sample of 28 people is taken. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, namely random MS Glow users who fill out the questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and verification. The results showed that price had a negative influence on purchasing decisions, product quality had a positive influence on purchasing decisions, price had no partial effect on purchasing decisions, quality had a partial effect on purchasing decisions and price and product quality simultaneously had an effect on purchasing decisions. Thus it can be concluded that price has no partial effect on MS.Glow consumer purchasing decisions, product quality has a partial effect on MS.Glow purchasing decisions, and price and product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

The banking world, experienced a very rapid development. That way, competition between banking products is inevitable and increasingly fierce. One of them is the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) product. Banks must have an effective and efficient marketing strategy, so as to support the company's operational activities to dominate market segments, and also have the attractiveness to market mortgage products in order to attract consumers and compete with other banks. This study aims to determine the application of tactics and marketing strategies of Bank Tabungan Negara Cilegon Branch Office in increasing the number of customers in mortgage financing products. The methodology used in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely by conducting literature research, which is a data collection technique using written sources. Field research, namely techniques with data collection by observation methods, interviews with employees of the Marketing Department of Bank Tabungan Negara Cilegon Branch Office who are responsible for marketing mortgage products so as to obtain accurate data in the research process studied. Through interviews and observations, it can be seen that the marketing strategy carried out by Bank Tabungan Negara Cilegon Branch Office in marketing Home Ownership Credit (KPR) products is to use Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP) and also Marketing Mix 3P (Product, Price, Promotion).

The purpose of the research and analyze influence Product Quality, Promotion, Consumers Buying Interest in Meubel Zulfami Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method quantitaive descriptive a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality, and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumers Buying Interest. Product Quality partially significant effect Consumers Buying Interest. promotion has a significant effect on Consumers Buying Interest.

This research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Law and Business, University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discounted prices, live streaming and online customer reviews on purchase intention. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Law and Business, University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta. The development of technology at this time makes people live all instantaneously, not only consuming products but also selling products through e-commerce. So that a lot of competition arises between content creators to market their products in order to attract consumers' buying interest. This study used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of active law and business students at Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta and having an active TikTok Shop account. Which resulted in a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses instrument test analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test (R square) and multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price discounts, livestreaming and online customer reviews on buying interest in the TikTok shop application, either partially or simultaneously. In this study, all the independent variables are significant and have an effect on the dependent variable, namely buying interest.

This research was conducted on employees at the Environmental Agency, Lubuk Sikarah District, Solok City. The purpose of this research was to find out how much influence Employee Work Efficiency and Standard Operating Procedures have on the Quality of Public Services. In this study, the population is 65 employees. With this type of quantitative research and sampling techniques using total sampling method. Data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire / questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, of the Employee Work Efficiency variable and Standard Operating Procedures affect the Quality of Public Services Y = 21.179 + 0.367X1 + 0.336X2+ e. From the t test conducted, it was found that the Employee Work Efficiency variable had a significant effect on Service Quality with t count 2.711 > t table 1.999 and a significant level value of 0.009 <α 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It is known that the Standard Operating Procedure variable on Service Quality has tcount 2.084 > ttable 1.999 and sig 0.041 <0.05. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the F test it is known that fcount is 5.518 > ftable 3.15 and has a significance (0.006 <0.05). Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the Determination Test, the R square value is 0.389 or 38.9%. This indicates that the contribution of the Employee Work Efficiency and Standard Operating Procedures variable is 38.9%. While the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other variables.

Industry is a major problem in environmental pollution that has affected the earth for decades. Inorganic waste such as hazardous waste and toxic materials contribute to environmental pollution. Indonesia produces 60 million tons of hazardous and toxic waste in 2021. This study aims to determine the effect of Green Product Innovation and Green Process Innovation on Green Competitive Advantage at PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari. The method used in this study uses a quantitative associative approach with a total sample of 78 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests are part of testing the quality of the instrument in this study. Data were analyzed by descriptive and correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of Green Product Innovation on Green Competitive Advantage and Green Process Innovation has no effect on Green Competitive Advantage..

This research aims to determine how significant the effect of morale and work discipline on teacher performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was Pawyatan Daha 1 Middle School teachers with a total of 34 respondents. This study uses a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability first. This research data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mereview dan berupaya menginformasikan mengenai konsep strategi membangun kerajaan bisnis. Adapun metode penelitian yang yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan studi literatur atau library research. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam dasar memahami konsep strategi membangun kerajaan bisnis yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu (1) Tahap mengenal diri untuk menemukan asal peluang bisnis, (2) Mempelajari peluang bisnis dengan berpikir kreatif, (3) Menganalisis dan memanfaatkan inspirasi bisnis, (4) Mengubah dan memanfaatkan peluang menjadi bisnis. Kemudian yang perlu menjadi tambahan dalam memahami konsep membangun kerajaan bisnis adalah Strategi Mengatasi Masalah Permodalan, penerapan manajemen terbuka, Perilaku pemimpin dalam menjalankan bisnis dan Motivasi Berprestasi dalam Wirausaha.
