Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of psychological factors such as motivation, self-efficacy, stress and anxiety on the learning success of Vocational High School (SMK) students. Quantitative and qualitative approaches are used to gain a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between these factors and student learning outcomes. The research participants consisted of 300 vocational school students from various majors and grade levels, who were chosen randomly. Data were collected using validated questionnaires to measure motivation, self-efficacy, academic stress, and academic anxiety. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with teachers to obtain their perspectives on the influence of psychological factors on student learning. The research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between motivation and self-efficacy and learning success. Students with high motivation and self-efficacy tend to achieve better learning outcomes. In contrast, stress and anxiety have a significant negative correlation with learning success, where high levels of stress and anxiety are associated with lower academic achievement. Regression analysis revealed that learning motivation and self-efficacy made a significant positive contribution to learning success, while stress and anxiety had a significant negative effect. Interviews with teachers support these quantitative findings, showing that psychological factors greatly influence student participation and performance in learning. In conclusion, psychological factors such as motivation, self-efficacy, stress and anxiety play an important role in the learning success of vocational school students. Therefore, effective learning strategies must pay attention to and support students' psychological health to maximize their academic potential. The results of this research provide insight into the development of programs that can improve students' mental and emotional well-being, as well as increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in vocational schools

Abstract

The achievement of learning English for Specific Purposes (ESP) in the Information Systems Department of the Indragiri Pekanbaru College of Information Management and Computer Science is considered less than optimal. Many alumni, even though they have mastered the field of science and profession very well in the field of computer science, can be said to be less than optimal in terms of communicating using English, both verbally and non-verbally in their field of work. One of the causes is the less than optimal learning planning where the material provided is often not in accordance with the field of science taught by students. In this regard, a learning plan is needed that begins with carrying out a needs analysis of English learning materials with specific purposes (ESP). This study uses a survey method in the form of a structured questionnaire that is closed-ended to obtain qualitative data on respondents, namely; students majoring in information systems semester 3 of the Indragiri Pekanbaru College of Information Management and Computer Science. From the data obtained, a summary of important English learning materials has been found, covering 4 areas of language skills and language topics that are relevant to the fields of science and work of students majoring in information systems. The results of the study revealed that a needs analysis is needed to determine the level of student learning and the relevant materials that they have mastered in the ESP course, in addition, needs analysis also helps lecturers in making RPS, choosing teaching materials that are relevant to student needs in order to achieve effective learning. The results of this study are also expected to be used as reference material for further research, namely syllabus/RPS planning and development of English teaching materials for other departments that are considered to have to have English communication skills. Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to determine the importance of communication of Islamic education organization using the literature and literary approach related to the theme of this research. The authors ' analysis results showed that organizational communication is indispensable in running an organization of Islamic educational institutions. The success of Islamic educational institutions is determined by the management and organanization factor and interpersonal communication skills owned by each stake holders in carrying out their duties. Effective communication can be seen from the best service and school management, the quality and excellence of graduates as the expectations of stakeholders, the communication skills for school personnel is indeed the task of managers and school leaders To always be enhanced to make it clearer the benefits or contributions of communication skills and effectiveness in realizing the achievement of educational objectives in Islamic educational institutions.Keywords: Communication, Organization, Education

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh tunjangan sertifikasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru. (2) Pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru. (3) Pengaruh tunjangan sertifikasi dan iklim kerja sama-sama berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pegawai negeri sipil di Sekolah Menengah Kejuaruan Negeri 1 Batang Hari, dikarenakan jumlah populasi kurang dari 100, maka sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pegawai negeri sipil di Sekolah Menengah Kejuaruan Negeri 1 Batang Hari sebanyak 28 guru, untuk uji coba instrumen nya dilakukan di lembaga berbeda yaitu 1/3 dari keseluruhan sampel di SMK Negeri 2 Batang Hari yaitu sebanyak 10 guru Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi, data telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabelitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linearitas serta uji hipotesis. Menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengukuran Tunjangan Sertifikasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 52,1% perhitungan thitung>ttabel (2,093 >1,708) bahwa tolak Ho dan terima Ha, ini artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Tunjangan sertifikasi dan motivasi kerja guru. (2) Pengaruh Iklim Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja guru sebesar 35% pada perhitungan thitung>ttabel (1,798 > 1,708) bahwa tolak Ho dan terima Ha, ini artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Iklim kerja dan Motivasi kerja guru. (3) Pengaruh Tunjangan Sertifikasi dan Iklim Kerja secara simultan terhadap Motivasi Kerja guru sebesar 87,1% pada perhitungan fhitung > ftabel(5,089>3,39) bahwa tolak Ho dan terima Ha. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tunjangan sertifikasi dan iklim kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Katakunci: Tunjangan sertifikasi, Iklim Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of managerial competence and teamwork on teacher motivation at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District. This study is a quantitative study with observation data collection techniques, interviews with the principal, and distribution of questionnaires to all teachers at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District, while the research sample uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled, namely 17 teachers. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the data is processed with the help of the SPSS Version 20 program. The results of the study indicate that, partially, managerial competence has a significant effect on teacher work motivation by 41.6%. Teamwork has a significant effect on teacher work motivation by 29.4%. Simultaneously, there is a significant effect between managerial competence and teamwork on teacher work motivation by 70.1%, with the obtained f count> f table (271.528> 3.68). This indicates rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. This means that there is a significant influence between managerial competence and teamwork together (simultaneously) on teacher work motivation at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District. Where if managerial competence and cooperation are better, the better the teacher work motivation at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District. While the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Managerial Competence, Teamwork, Work Motivation ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan kerjasama tim terhadap motivasi guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi ,wawancara bersama kepala sekolah,dan penyebaran angket keseluruh guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian, adapun sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 17 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, serta data diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 41,6%. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 29,4%. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manjerial dan kerjasama tim terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 70,1%, dengan diperoleh nilai fhitung>ftabel (271,528 >3,68). Hal ini menunjukkan tolak H0 dan terima Ha. Ini artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi manajeral dan kerjasama tim secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap motivasi kerja guru di di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian. Dimana apabila kompetensi manajerial dan kerjasama semakin baik maka akan semakin baik pula motivasi kerja guru di di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Manajerial, Kerjasama Tim, Motivasi Kerja
