Abstract

Based on an initial survey of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ambon, it shows that there are indications of work stress symptoms which have an impact on teacher performance. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work stress on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ambon. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that the Job Stress variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMA 1 Ambon teachers. This can be proven by the results of a simple regression analysis test of variable Job Stress with Teacher Performance, and the R square value is 0.608 or around 60.8%. This means that the influence of the independent variable (Work Stress) on the dependent variable (Performance) is 60.8% while the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the higher the work stress, the lower the teacher's performance. To overcome this, we must try to reduce teachers' work stress levels by paying attention to the symptoms of work stress on psychological, physical and behavioral indicators so that teacher performance increases. Abstract

Office layout is the arrangement of office space such as arranging office furniture and equipment on the available floor area to provide facilities for employees / employees to carry out their work activities properly. Bappeda, is a regional technical institution in the field of research and regional development planning led by a head of an agency who is under and responsible to the Governor / Regent / Mayor through the Regional Secretary. The problems faced by the Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office are: the type of open space layout without any divides between employees in working based on the number of employees and to support the smoothness of employees, some office space has not maximized office space in the application of good office layout. Some work fields have a narrow space so that the arrangement is too pile up, even tables and chairs that have not been arranged according to the conditions of the narrow room so that they are less pleasing to the eye can result in less comfortable employees in the room. This can cause discomfort and interfere with concentration at work, then reduce the speed at work and result in fatigue due to the mismatch of the required work flow. It was found that there was an uncluttered arrangement of part of the workspace that seemed cluttered by files, uneven placement of the Airconditioner (AC) so that some employees complained of feeling hot and stuffy. This study aims to determine: the effect of office layout on employee performanceThis research is a quantitative research supported by descriptive analysis. The data collection method is by using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 36 with a sample of 36 people. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. From the results of statistical research, office layout has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office. This is evidenced by the coefficient value of the office layout variable of 4.146, which is greater than t table of 2.032244 and the significant value of the performance variable of 0.00 is less than 0.05, which means that with good office layout, employee performance will increase. Meanwhile, there is a correlation coefficient value x on the y variable of 0.579 with a moderate relationship. Meanwhile, to get a high or very strong relationship, the variable X (office layout) and the y variable (employee performance) must have a correlation coefficient of 1.00 so it can be found that there is a very high or very strong relationship between variable X ( office layout) and variable Y (employee performance). And the coefficient of determination (R square) Office layout has an effect of 33.6% on employee performance. and suggestions, the Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office be able to implement a good office layout design, in order to help overcome several problems related to existing workspace layouts. That way, employee work productivity can also be increased due to employee satisfaction and comfort with the work space used, as well as the ease in the process of carrying out work.The Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office should arrange or rearrange the existing office layout according to the size of the space, so that the office space looks good in the eyes and the activity process of the employees is more comfortable and smooth at work. Abstract

This study aims to determine the fulfilment of tax obligations of online media companies, PT. Medira Media Sejahtera tax year 2021 based on Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation Chapter VI Ease of Doing Business The seventh part of the Taxation Article 111 and Taxes Value Added regulated based on Law Number 11 of 2002 concerning Job Creation Chapter VI Ease of Doing Business The seventh part of The Taxation Article 112. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, which refers to the income statement of PT. Medira Media Sejahtera, in 2021. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that in 2021 the company that there are several tax obligations that the company has not fulfilled for corporate taxpayers, which include PPh Article 4 paragraph (2) and PPh Article 17, which is caused by the company's lack of understanding of tax obligations, what the corporate taxpayer must meet. Abstract

This research is empirical research, which aims to analyze the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population of this research is all Wayame supermarket customers. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, where the number was determined using the Slovin formula and the sample size was 145 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses the t-statistical test to test the partial regression coefficient with the degree of significance used being 0.05 or 5%. The results of research on 145 respondents gave the research conclusion that service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This is proven by the coefficient of determination obtained in this study of 0.969, 0.959 and 0.234 or around 89.6%, 95.9% and 23.4%. This means that the influence of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (consumer satisfaction) is 89.6%, the influence of the service quality variable on loyalty is 95.9% and the influence of the consumer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty is 23.4%. % while the remaining 10.4%, 4.1% and 76.6% are influenced by other variables. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a positive influence on customer loyalty.Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the marketing strategies of BTN Bank Ambon Branch Office in attracting customers to saving money. The research to know determine the effect of marketing strategies (service marketing mix) positively and significantly of customer interest. In this research used eight independent variables namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, customer services and dependent variable namely customer interest. The research is quantitative research with the object is the bank’s regular customers who use other types of savings than batara saving product. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. Questionnaire was used fot data collection. Data analysis techniques used respondents’ description analysis, variable description analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of research processed by computer application show that the R square value 0,524 means 52,4% customer interest is influenced by marketing strategies while the rest is 47,6% influenced by other variables not discussed in this research. The results of the simultaneous test or the F test show that the significance value of 0,000 F table 2,126. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that partially using the T test, the variables that have a positive and significant effect on customer interest are the price and promotion. The variables that have a positive but not significant effect on customer interest are product, people, physical evidence, process, and customer services. The variables that has a negative effect on customer interest is place variable. While simultaneously has a positive and significant effect of customer interest. The suggestion in this research is to further increase the place variable as a negative variable and attention to the price and promotion variables as the most dominant variables affecting customer interest so that it can increase customer interest. Abstract

Factors that influence purchasing decisions do not only come from consumers, but also influenced by the marketing strategy of a company or business group. Brand image and price are an inseparable part of the factors behind the purchase decision at Ambon. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions at Passo Electronic Store. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 21.0. The results of the research, hypothesis one produces a tcount value of 2.030 with a significant value of 0.047 < 0.05, hypothesis two produces a tcount value of 4.790 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and hypothesis three produces an Fcount value of 25.160 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that brand image has a positive effect on purchase decisions at Passo Electronic Store. Price has a positive effect on purchase decisions at Passo Electronic Store. Brand image and price together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the Passo Electronic Store. Brand image and price have an influence on purchse decisions by 47.2% while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables. Based on the analysis and discussion, research can submit sugestion: Passo Electronic Store must be able to maintain the adventages it has, should increase promotion or introduction about their product.Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

A legal entity higher education institution, also known as a Perguruan Tinggi Badan Hukum (PTN BH), must be of superior quality in order to practice good university governance. Efficiency and effectiveness serve as benchmarks for management improvement. In order to guarantee quality, accountability, transparency, responsibility, independence, and impartiality, the development of a system becomes a problem-solving endeavor. Despite this, the development of the PPh Article 21 system was marred by a number of issues, such as the inability to centralize honorarium payments, the failure to update employee data, and the fact that every employee had access to the system. As a result, it is believed that this research will be able to propose a solution to these difficulties. The qualitative descriptive approach is an option to discussing the condition of the system and its impediments, as well as a statement about PTN BH's performance in strengthening its governance. ABSTRAKPerguruan Tinggi Badan Hukum (PTN-BH) harus memiliki kualitas yang unggul agar dapat menjalankan tata kelola universitas (Good University Governance) yang baik. Efisiensi dan efektivitas menjadi tolok ukur perbaikan manajemen. Untuk menjamin kualitas, akuntabilitas, transparansi, responsibilitas, independensi, dan imparsialitas, pengembangan suatu sistem menjadi upaya pemecahan masalah. Meski demikian, perkembangan sistem PPh Pasal 21 terkendala oleh beberapa permasalahan, seperti ketidakmampuan sentralisasi pembayaran honor, tidak adanya pemutakhiran data pegawai, dan tidak adanya akses terhadap sistem tersebut bagi setiap pegawai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi atas kesulitan-kesulitan tersebut. Metode deskriptif kualitatif merupakan pilihan untuk membahas kondisi sistem dan hambatannya, serta pernyataan mengenai kinerja PTN BH dalam memperkuat tata kelolanya. Abstract

The archival system was developed with the aim of facilitating the storage and retrieval of information that is considered important to an organization. Archives have an important role in various agencies but this has not received attention at UD. Dewi where the files in the office are arranged irregularly and only arranged in several folders divided into folders of incoming mail and outgoing mail folders left piled on the table and placed in the file cabinet. This makes letters that are not archived properly easily scattered and lost. The purpose of this writing is that all archival management activities are good and in accordance with archival rules and provide input on good archival management procedures at UD. Goddess.The analytical method used in this study is Qualitative analysis, which is an analytical technique that describes problems based on theory, theory and severe expert opinions. The results of this study show that the archives at UD. The goddess has not complied with existing procedures, because the files in the office are arranged irregularly, and only arranged in several folders divided into incoming mail folders and outgoing mail folders and left piled on the table and placed in the filing cabinetConclusion of this writing Archive structuring system at UD. Dewi is not good because it is not in accordance with existing procedures and archive storage facilities are also inadequate because they only use one cabinet and folder to be stored and some are placed on the employee's desk. Abstract

This research that aims to find out: (1) The Influence of Attitudes towards Personal Taxpayer Compliance in ambon city (2) The Influence of Subjective Norms on Taxpayer Compliance of Private Individuals in Ambon city The population of this research is all taxpayers of private individuals registered in KPP Pratama Ambon. The sample used in this study was 78 respondents. Data collection method by questionnaire method. Validity test using total correlation, while reliability test using cronbach alpha. Classic assumption tests include normality tests, linearity tests, multicolinearity tests, and heterosesticity tests.
