Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Tirta Sanita Resort. The issue raised focuses on the importance of a safe work environment and organizational support in improving employee performance, especially in the hospitality service industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving 60 respondents who have worked for at least one year and are directly involved in hotel operations. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, and t-tests. The research results indicate that the implementation of OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003. Organizational support also has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 and has a stronger influence compared to OHS. Simultaneously, both variables have been proven to significantly affect performance improvement. These findings point out the value of synergy between physical protection through OHS and psychological support through the organization in creating a productive work environment. This research recommends that hotel management consistently enhance the implementation of OHS programs and strengthen the organizational support culture to encourage optimal employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on nurse performance at Permata Hospital, Cirebon. The background of this study is based on the increasing work demands of healthcare workers, which often give rise to problems such as work-life imbalance, low job satisfaction, and emotional stress, ultimately leading performance decline. This study used a quantitative approach, with a population of 90 nurses at Permata Hospital, Cirebon, and data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis employed validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and f-tests, utilizing IBM SPSS 25. The validity test results showed that all statement items were valid, with a calculated r value greater than the r table value (0.281). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that work-life balance (X1) had a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.008 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.184, while job satisfaction (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.516. This proves that both variables have a significant effect on nurse performance. Simultaneously, the f-test results also show that work-life balance and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of nurses at Permata Cirebon Hospital is determined by work-life balance and job satisfaction which complement each other, where job satisfaction has a more dominant influence. This study provides implications that hospital management needs to design policies that support work-life balance. personal well-being and improving job satisfaction to maintain the quality of healthcare services and organizational sustainability. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of basic accounting training on the financial management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that receive bank credit in Kupang City. The research is motivated by the low quality of financial management among MSMEs, which hinders their ability to prepare financial reports and access financing. This is a quantitative study using a survey method. A total of 388 MSME actors were selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that basic accounting training has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of MSMEs. The training assists business owners in recording transactions, managing cash flows, and preparing simple financial statements, thereby increasing their credibility with financial institutions. However, the analysis also reveals that the training explains only part of the variation in financial management, suggesting the influence of other factors. Therefore, accounting training programs should be developed to be more practical and tailored to the characteristics of MSME actors to ensure effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the Influence of Work Facilities on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. Work Facilities that can affect Employee Work Effectiveness. This study was conducted at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province to determine whether Work Facilities affect Employee Work Effectiveness.This study uses a quantitative, survey-based approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. The sample in this study consisted of 44 employees. The method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis in SPSS version 26; the regression equation Y = 25.305 + 0.195X is obtained. From the results of the hypothesis study, the t-count value is 2.113 with a probability of 1.68 or (p <0.05)The results of the independent variable (work facilities) research on the dependent variable (employee work effectiveness) are 0.95%, while the remaining variance is influenced by other variables. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the Maluku Provincial Regional Personnel Agency. Abstract

The rapid growth of online lending services in Indonesia has raised concerns regarding legal protection for consumers. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection available to users of online lending platforms and evaluate the effectiveness of current regulations, particularly Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 77/POJK.01/2016 and Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research.The findings reveal that despite existing regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), many illegal online lending platforms continue to operate without proper licenses. As a result, consumers remain vulnerable to fraud, excessive interest rates, and unethical debt collection practices. A significant contributing factor is the general lack of legal awareness among users.This study recommends that consumers use only registered and licensed platforms under OJK supervision. In addition, there is a need for stronger regulatory enforcement and public legal education to ensure better consumer protection and reduce harmful practices in the online lending sector.Keywords: legal protection, online lending, OJK, consumer rights

Abstract

The development of digital-based financial services through BRI Link agents has increased public access to banking in Indonesia, especially in areas without direct access to conventional bank branches. However, this convenience is accompanied by legal issues related to consumer losses caused by administrative errors, lack of oversight, or agent misconduct. This study aims to examine the role of administration in providing legal protection for consumers in BRI Link transactions in Kupang City.Using a normative and empirical juridical method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, the study analyzes legal norms, regulations, and practices in the field.The findings reveal that weak administrative supervision, lack of standardized procedures, and limited legal awareness among consumers contribute to unresolved disputes and financial losses. Although Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and other financial regulations exist, their implementation in the context of BRI Link services is not yet optimal.This study recommends improving administrative systems, enhancing public legal literacy, and strengthening supervision by BRI and relevant authorities to ensure fair and effective consumer protection. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of selling price and production quantity on the income of HM Mandiri Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Fatubesi Subdistrict, Kupang City. The data used include production quantity and income from fried corn products during the period 2022–2024. The research method applied is simple linear regression analysis and correlation test to determine the relationship and influence between variables.The results indicate that production quantity and income of HM Mandiri MSMEs fluctuated each year. Regression analysis shows a positive but very weak relationship between production quantity and income. The correlation coefficient (r = 0.072) and determination coefficient (r² = 0.0051) indicate that production quantity contributes very little to income, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors. The t-test results also show that the effect of production quantity on income is not significant.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that increasing production quantity does not automatically increase the income of HM Mandiri MSMEs. Therefore, income improvement strategies should focus on other factors such as marketing, product quality, production cost efficiency, and product innovation.Keywords: production quantity, selling price, income, fried corn.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of price and brand on Hanasui lipstick purchasing decisions at Arabelle TDM 2 in Kupang City. The research uses a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The sample consists of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, meeting the criteria of consumers who have purchased Hanasui lipstick at Arabelle TDM 2. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²).The results indicate that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand also has a considerable influence and is the most dominant variable affecting the decision to acquire HanaSu lipstick. Simultaneously, price and brand significantly influence purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0,512. This means that 51.2% of the purchasing decision is influenced by price and brand, while the remaining 48.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.It can be concluded that the combination of affordable pricing and strong brand image is the primary factor influencing consumers’ decisions to purchase Hanasui lipstick at Arabelle TDM 2 in Kupang City. These findings are expected to provide valuable input for the store and producers in improving their marketing strategies.Keywords: Price, Brand, Purchasing Decision, Hanasui, Cosmetics.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction of Ayam Geprek at Morro Chicken, Kayu Putih Village, Kupang City. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consisted of all Morro Chicken customers who had purchased Ayam Geprek, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²).The results indicate that product quality and price significantly affect customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an R² of 0.512, indicating that these two variables explain 51.2% of the variation in customer satisfaction. The findings emphasize that the combination of good product quality and reasonable pricing is a key factor in shaping customer satisfaction at Morro Chicken.Keywords: product quality, price, customer satisfaction, Ayam Geprek

Abstract

The Jembatan Basah Administrative Village Office uses an alphabetical system for archiving, which the author observed was not yet effective. Although incoming and outgoing letters were recorded in an alphabetical order book, archive storage practices were not yet carried out neatly and orderly. The files are not labeled or alphabetically coded, making document searches inefficient, sometimes taking up to ten minutes, compared to the ideal time of less than one minute. Furthermore, storage facilities are very limited, as the files are placed in plain folders and stored in wooden cabinets that are also used for other items, creating a disorganized impression. This situation is exacerbated by the piles of mail scattered on the work desk, which impacts neatness and work effectiveness. Furthermore, The officers who handle archives still have limited competence because they only have a high school education background and have never received special training in the field of archives. The method used in this research was qualitative data analysis. Data were collected through direct observation at the research location and interviews with the village head and village officials involved in archives management. The data were then analyzed descriptively to illustrate the actual state of archives management at the Jembatan Basah Administrative Village Office and to identify the challenges encountered. The conclusion of this paper is that the archival management at the Jembatan Basah Administrative Village Office has not been implemented properly. The main problems identified include the absence of labels or alphabetical codes on archives, limited storage facilities, and a lack of competence among archivists. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the archive storage system, provide adequate facilities, and enhance the competence of human resources so that archive management can be more orderly, effective, and efficient.
