Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business location on consumer purchase intentions in Ambon City. For this reason, data was collected by means of questionnaires which were distributed to 100 sample people who were determined conventionally. Research data analysis was carried out using Simple Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that the business location has an influence of 99.1% while the remaining 0.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) has the task of providing quality statistical data and information: complete, accurate, up-to-date, sustainable and relevant to data users. Quality statistical data and information is a reference for policy formulation efforts in preparing plans, monitoring and evaluating programs so that the targets that have been set can be achieved precisely and effectively.This research aims to find out how workload affects employee performance. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis to determine the extent of the influence of workload on employee performance.Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be clearly seen that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable. The influence given by the independent variable is negative, meaning that if there is a decrease in workload it will increase employee performance. Keywords: workload, employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the existence of the business entity concept contained in various accounting theories. Researchers place library research in researching and examining the thoughts of experts scattered in articles, books and other documents, about the concept of business units contained in accounting theories. The results of the research show that the concept of business entity contained in; The first is the proprietary theory, namely business actors (entrepreneurship) as owners (proprietors) who are integrated with the company are seen as having an interest in economic activity and are entitled to company profits. Second, entity theory is a corporation as a form of company in which the owner is separate from the company and is represented by management. Third, enterprise theory is the determination and recognition of other parties outside the shareholders (owners of capital) as stakeholders who are seen as having an interest in the company's economic activities. For example management, employees, creditors, suppliers, government, society, and the natural environment. Fourth, sharia enterprise theory is to accommodate the social aspects (stakeholders) that underlie accounting principles and techniques that reflect the values of fairness, truth, honesty, trust, and corporate responsibility. Abstract

Currently, competition is increasingly fierce, requiring business people to be able to maximize their company's performance in order to compete in the market. Companies must strive to learn and understand the needs and wants of their customers. In particular, the company's hotel business must have value in the eyes of customers and good management so that goals can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Amboina Ambon hotel.The analysis used uses simple linear regression, the population of this study is users who use the services of the Amboina Hotel and the sample used is 100 peopleThe results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Amboina hotel. Abstract

The quality of public services is all forms of activity carried out by the government in order to meet the expectations of the community. Community satisfaction is the community's response to the evaluation of the perceived discrepancy between expectations and the results obtained. Many factors result in community satisfaction not being met, one of which is the service provided is not of good quality such as employees not treating the community well, available infrastructure is inadequate, there is no certainty of time and cost in the service process, still discriminating between communities in providing services, and employees are unethical polite and friendly in providing services. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of public service quality on community satisfaction at the Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. 64 respondents were taken as a sample with the requirements of having used the services of the Suli Village Office more than twice and being at least 17 years old. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, t tests and coefficient determinant tests. Based on the results of the t test and determination coefficient value. it shows that the quality of public services has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. From the findings of this study, it shows that the Suli Village Office must continue to improve the quality of public services, this is done in order to maximize community satisfaction because the quality of public services affects community satisfaction.Keywords: quality of public services, community satisfaction

Abstract

The study entitled "Factors Affecting the Slow Process of the King's Election in the Tial Country of Salahutu Subdistrict Central Maluku Regency". The problems to be solved in this study are What Are the Factors Affecting the Slow Process of the King's Election in the Tial Country of Salahutu, Central Maluku Regency? The objectives of this study can be stated as follows: a. As material for information to be used as a reference for further research. b. Adding to public (academic) discourse for the development of Government Science, which deals with factors that influence the slow pace of the King's election process in Tial Country, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. c. As a reference material and contribution of thought to the community in analyzing the analysis of factors that influence the slow process of the King's election in the State of Tial Country of Salahutu, Central Maluku Regency. d. As one of the requirements in the Government Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Pattimura University for the sake of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Government Science. To operationalize the variables studied in this study are measured using indicators. 1. The role of saniri in resolving dissent between soa parentah. 2. District / District Government Mediation regarding resolution of the King's Election. 3. Performance Evaluation of Actors from the District Government. With interview instruments, data and information are collected from informants. With descriptive qualitative analysis techniques the following conclusions can be obtained: 1. Saniri Negeri has played a role in resolving dissent regarding the Parentah Matarumah. But it has not been maximized because there are several obstacles, namely the absence of Saniri's body rules. Mediation from District and District Governments is very much needed in an effort to resolve the Election of the King. Such mediation is carried out by the House of Representatives Commission A Division of Government which seeks to carry out socialization regarding the position of the Saniri Negeri Agency and the Definitive Government Appointment Process. 3. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The service quality of PT. PLN (Persero) in Ambon City. (2) The level of customer satisfaction of PT. PLN (Persero) in Ambon City. (3) Influence of PT service quality. PLN (Persero) on customer satisfaction in Ambon City. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature and field research in the form of observations, questionnaires, agency data and documentation. The total population for the study was 24,332 with a random sample of 100 people. The analytical method used is the Simple Linear Regression method.The results showed that the indicators of Service Quality at PT. PLN (Persero) in Ambon City is good because the percentage of Service Quality has high values or a high percentage, especially on the Empathy indicator. Customer Satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) in Ambon City is very good because Customer Satisfaction is higher than Service Quality, which means that customers in Ambon City are very satisfied with the service or performance of the service provider (PT. PLN). Service Quality has an effect on Customer Satisfaction, from the regression model, significant results are obtained and the percentage value is 66 percent.Keywords: Service quality

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Tourism Object Development Strategy for the Hot Springs of Tulehu State, Central Maluku Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with survey methods. Collecting data using observation, interviews and questionnaires. With the SWOT analysis technique, namely Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats. The results of the study show that Tulehu has strengths in terms of exploiting existing natural resources, namely the Tulehu Hot Springs Tourism Object. While the weaknesses are in terms of inadequate infrastructure, lack of budget and the condition of human resources who are inexperienced managers for increasing the Tulehu State Hot Springs Tourism Object. The opportunity for the Tulehu State Hot Springs Tourism Object is to open jobs for the surrounding community. The lack of facilities and infrastructure is a threat so that it affects visiting tourists and the surrounding community will lose jobs. The suggestions for this research are: (1) Utilizing natural resources optimally, (2) Submitting a budget and working with the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, (3) Providing jobs for the community around the Tulehu National Hot Springs Tourism Object, (4) Improving Facilities that are not optimal. Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing channels for Tumang sago and the price level, costs and income of Tumang sago entrepreneurs in Inanwatan District, South Sorong Regency. Each sample village involved 5 Tumang sago entrepreneurs. Tumang sago entrepreneurs in the Inanwatan District with case studies totaling 45 Tumang sago entrepreneurs. Primary data was collected by direct interviews with respondents using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method using a questionnaire (list of questions). There is one marketing channel for Tumang sago at the research location, namely marketing channel I: producer to final consumer. The price of small and large sago tumang ranges from IDR 100,000 to IDR. 350,000 with the highest average monthly gross income in Serkos Village Rp. 4,710,000/org, followed by Mate Village Rp. 2,560,000/org, Mogibi Village Rp. 2,400,000 and also Siri-siri Village Rp. 2,000,000 and Sibae and Odeari villages had the same gross income of Rp. 1,810,000, while Wadoi Village received a gross income of Rp. 1,590,000, followed by Isogo Village, Rp. 1,300,000 and the lowest gross income was in New Solta Village, Rp. 1,040,000. The costs incurred by Tumang sago entrepreneurs in the Inanwatan District are based on villages, namely Wadoi Village with an average total cost of IDR 456,292.66/org, Serkos Village with an average total cost of IDR 334,426.22/org, Odeari Village with average total cost IDR 286,959.66/org, Solta Baru Village with average total cost IDR 255,051.03/org, Mate Village with average total cost IDR 249,057.59/org, Mogibi Village with total average cost IDR 244,046.96/org, Siri-siri Village with an average total cost IDR 183,735.55/org, Sibae Village with an average total cost IDR 170,570.11/org and Isogo Village with an average total cost -average IDR 151,165.35/person. The income of Tumang sago entrepreneurs in Inanwatan District is classified as very high compared to the Papua Minimum Wage, so the highest income for Tumang sago entrepreneurs from Serkos Village is siri amounting to Rp. 2,216,264.45/org, Mogibi village income amounting to Rp. 2,155,953.04/org, Odeari Village income amounting to Rp. 1,523,040.34/org, Sibae Village income amounting to Rp. 1,259,429.89/org, Isogo Village amounting to IDR 1,148,834.65, Wadoi Village is IDR 1,133,707.34 and the lowest average income is in Solta Baru Village IDR 784,948.97 /org. Abstract

This study aims to: (1). determine the diversity of sago species based on morphological characters and kinship levels; (2). determine the growth rate and abundance of sago species found in the Natural Sago Forest (HSA) of Kais District, and (3). knowing the production potential of sago types found in HSA Kais District. The research was conducted for 1 month in September 2022, located in the Natural Sago Forest of Kais District, South Sorong Regency. The research methods used are surveys and field observations. Types of sago taken from sample plots in the study area at the MT level. This study uses the Potential Inventory technique by drawing Line Plot Systematic Sampling or sampling based on pathways. The Base Line that is made cuts the contour lines to make it easier to see the characteristics of vegetation. The results showed that there were 5 types of sago based on the naming of the local naming of the community, namely, Raimamare (sago nipah), Kororo (red sago), Mugici (wild sago or forest sago), Fiaro/Demago (red sago) and Bitafo (planting sago). Mugici and Bitafo have the highest importance index compared to other types. Very dominating because this type of sago is found in all observation plots. The age range of sago trees in the Natural Sago Forest of Kais district ranges from 16.2 years to 36.5 years. The production potential of each type of superior sago is the Kororo type with the traditional extracted wet sago starch production process of 266.8 kg.
