Abstract

Education and training are important things to increase the knowledge and skills of employees and have an impact on one's performance at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training on the performance of employees of the Maluku Province Human Resources Development Agency.This research is a quantitative research, with a sample of 40 respondents. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 software.Based on the results of data analysis, education and training have a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Maluku Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. This is evidenced by the results of the t test having a t-count value of 3.026 > t-table 2.012 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05.Keywords : Education and training, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise. Based on observations made by researchers at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, problems were found in the aspect of work motivation, where giving motivation to employees at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, namely in the form of praise and respect for the leadership, was felt to be still not optimal, where there were no awards given to employees who excel, only giving additional salary to employees who have worked for a long time at the company so that employees often feel bored with their situation resulting in them being less focused on work. Employees are also found to be often late to work, working hours are from 08.50 to 17.00 WIT but employees often come later than 09.00 WIT. The location of this research was conducted by researchers at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise which is located at Jln. Amarumatena, Suli Hamlet, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population Sugiono (2014). By using the census technique, the entire population was used as the research sample, so that the total sample in the study was 30 people. Data collection techniques are the methods used to collect data and other information in research on the problem that is the object of research. The data collection techniques used in this study are the interview method, the observation method and the library study method. According to the results of the regression analysis test, it can be seen that the value of a is 5.352. This value indicates that motivation (X) is zero, then employee performance (Y) will increase by 5.352. While the b value is 0.947 indicating that when there is an increase in motivation by one unit, employee performance will increase by 0.947 units. In addition, there is a positive sign (+), which means that there is a positive influence between employee motivation and performance. The effect of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise is 86.8% while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other factors or variables not examined in this study, meaning that if motivation increases, performance will also increase.Keywords: Motivation; Performance

Abstract

Researchers conducted preliminary research at the Pulau-Selatan Island District Office, researchers found problems such as lack of time discipline, lack of responsibility in carrying out work, lack of determination and speed in work so that it affected discipline which led to decreased work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on the work performance of employees at the Terselatan Islands District Office, Southwest Maluku Regency. Discipline is a feeling of obedience to the rules, including doing certain work that is the responsibility so as to achieve the expected performance. Good discipline will improve the performance of good employees.The data used in this study are primary data and data management techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, partial tests (t) and simple regression analysis techniques with the independent variable namely discipline (X) as measured using indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline and responsibility discipline. responsibility and the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), which is measured using indicators of quality, quantity, responsibility, cooperation, and initiative. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it shows the equation Y = 19.938 + 0.523X.From the results of discipline, it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pulau-Selatan District Office, which means that when there is an increase in the value of discipline, it will increase employee performance, and vice versa, this means that the District Office of the Pulau-Selatan Islands must increase discipline so that performance employees also increased.

Abstract

Indonesia have different area characteristic belonging area of nature resources,human resources,social condition and culture,with conduct area because the area characteristic have strong effect of formed development economic,so that’s not astonishing,when the pattern of economic development in Indonesia area,is not control and wiil be effect to the ability to grow and wiil be caused to several area can grow quickly but the other area grow slowly.But the way,the ability for growing is different and wiil be caused disparity of development conduct area.Disparity of development will go on and formed the aspect and dimension.Based on the condition the purpose of this research to analized the disparity of development which become conduct the province in east Indonesia area.The kinds of data which used in this research is data secunder. Data which need is data Gross National Product of province,based on constsnt price.Based on the achivment research,showed that value index disparity of conduct province in east Indonesia area is differentin high level. Abstract

KUD USPEK manages its capital for the continuity of its business by using all of its own resources, but it is also possible to use a policy to use capital that comes from outside KUD in the form of obligations to other parties. To carry out its daily activities in providing services to consumers, the USPEK KUD also needs to assess the short-term financial position so that the KUD management can find out how much ability the USPEK KUD has in completing short-term obligations.By using a liquidity ratio analysis that includes the Current Ratio, Acid Test Ratio and Cash Ratio to determine the ability of the USPEK KUD to pay all of its short term obligations.From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that in general it can be said that the USPEK KUD is said to be liquid except for its cash ratio. Based on the results of the Current Ratio and Acid Test Ratio analysis, it can be said that the USPEK KUD in 2017 has not been able to pay off its short-term debt using current assets, while the cash ratio for 202017 and 2018 is said to be inliquid but in the following years it is able to pay all liabilities short term (liquid) and tends to increase every year. Abstract

In practice, at the office of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration for the Province of Maluku, there are still many problems found in the work of employees, even the work often makes mistakes many times. This is influenced by the leadership of the Head of Transmigration at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration in the Province of Maluku, the leadership still pays little attention to the work of employees and there is even a lack of control or supervision from the leadership of each employee's work, lack of firmness in fostering employees who are irresponsible to work, employees who are not disciplined with work time and work breaks. In the end the leadership affects the performance of employees.This study uses a quantitative approach because the data to be used to analyze the relationship between variables is expressed by numbers or a numerical scale (Kuncoro, 2003:41).According to Sugiyono (2012) the sample is part of the number of characteristics possessed by a certain population. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with saturated sample techniques. Saturated sample is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done when the population is relatively small, less than 30 people, or research that wants to make generalizations with very small errors. So the number of samples in this study is 30 people according to the number of employees in the transmigration sector. Keywords: Leadership; Performance

Abstract

An initial survey at the Department of Commerce Administration at the Ambon State Polytechnic showed that therewere indications of problems with supervision from the leadership and loyalty of lecturers. This study aims to determine how the influence of supervision on the loyalty of lecturers at the Department of Commerce Administration, Ambon State Polytechnic.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that supervision at the Department of Commerce Administration at Ambon State Polytechnic has an average value of 3.91 which is interpreted well, while lecturer loyalty has an average value of 4.32 which is interpreted very well. The results of the regression analysis show that supervision has a positive but not significant effect on lecturer loyalty at the Department of Commerce Administration, Ambon State Polytechnic.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the supervision, the better the loyalty of the lecturers. To improve it, the Department of Commerce Administration at the Ambon State Polytechnic must strive to improve supervision by paying attention to determining implementation measures, taking corrective actions and providing assessments. Lecturer loyalty can be maintained and even improved by paying attention to indicators of responsibility, obedience and obedience, honesty, and work attitude. Keywords: Supervision, Loyalty

Abstract

To develop an organization so that it can run well and with direction, good performance is also needed from a leader to his subordinates so that they want to work properly and correctly in accordance with the goals that are expected together. Performance is a measure that includes effectiveness in achieving goals and efficiency which is the the ratio of effective output to input required to achieve that goal. According to the author's observations, this also happened to employees in the Administration section, where initially the employee's performance was so good and good, but the lack of attention from the leadership towards the work carried out by employees, and the lack of guidance from the leadership to each employee resulted in the resulting performance being less so good.Lack of attention and guidance from leaders to employees so that the performance of employees of the Ambon City Education Office, especially the administration section, has decreased as the services provided to the community have become less good. The analysis technique used by the author in solving this writer is simple linear regression, which is about the dependence of one dependent (bound) variable with one or more independent variables (explanatory/independent variables), with the aim of estimating or predicting the population average or value the average dependent variable based on the known value of the independent variable. Based on the results of data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, it is known that there is a positive relationship between leadership function and performance. This means that every increase in the leadership function will increase employee performance at the Ambon City Education Office.This should be taken into consideration for the Ambon City Education Office Leaders to always pay attention to employees in order to improve Employee Performance Keywords: Leadership, Performance

Abstract

PT.PLN (Persero) Rayon Kota Ambon is a form of service company that provides electricity services to the public. In reality, there are arrears in electricity payments made by electricity customers such as households, hospitals, and other users which results in a delay in paying electricity bills.This study aims to determine the level of accounts receivable turnover and the average period of collection of receivables at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kota Ambon. The analysis technique used in answering research problems is through 3 (three) stages, including: analyzing the average receivable collection, calculating the receivables turnover rate and the receivables collection period.The results of the research show that the average collection of receivables in 2019 is IDR 209,852,537, while for 2020 it is IDR 510,811,866. The receivables turnover rate from 2019 to 2020 has decreased. In 2019 the receivables turnover rate was 2.4 times turnover, while in 2020 it decreased by 1.3 turnovers or the difference in the decrease was 1.1 turnovers. In addition, the average collection of receivables for 2019 was 150 days, and for 2020 it was 277 days.

Abstract

Ibu Baina's embalming business does not have digital media marketing Facebook, Instagram, and is not even recorded on Google Maps. Packaging only uses ordinary plastic bags for products. the packaging used is not safe food grade for packing food/beverage products, does not have a packaging product label. the goal to be achieved is to carry out a marketing strategy "designing digital marketing, packaging and labels for MSMEs Embal Ibu Baina.This research is applied research that aims to provide solutions to certain problems and this applied research is included in the type of action research. The object of this research is Baina Negeri Yaputih's embal business. The analysis technique used in this study refers to the Miles and Huberman model or interactive data analysis, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions.The author makes digital marketing alternatives starting from registering business locations on Google Maps, creating Facebook accounts and Instagram accounts. In addition, there are design stages to innovating plastic bag packaging into standing pouch packaging with a thickness of 120 microns, procuring product labels using the Canva application as a design medium and Waterproof Glossy Photo Paper sticker with a label size of 10 x 14 cm as label material. Business places that are not recorded on Google Maps are registered so that potential customers can easily find a place of business, create Facebook and Instagram accounts that aim to sell and market products. using a 20 x 29 cm standing pouch to innovate packaging from old packaging/plastic bags and design labels that are not owned by the standard IRT (Household Industry) label Keywords: Marketing, Packaging, Labels, Products.
