Abstract

Archive management at the Larike Village Office is not very good in the sense that the archives have not been stored, recorded, documented and neatly arranged so that when needed it takes 15 minutes while searching for archives is approximately 1 minute. The filing facility at the Larike Negeri Village office is 1 cupboard in which there are folders. The employee only records outgoing letters in the agenda book and does not record incoming letters, but the recording is still not correct and after recording the employee places the letters on the employee's desk, there is also a wooden cupboard. This makes the letters are not archived properly, easily scattered and lost. When the leader asks for a letter, his employees have difficulty finding the letter back. The purpose of this writing is to find out about good archive management at the Larike Village office. The method used in this paper is qualitative analysis, that describe problems based on theories and expert opinions. The results of the discussion are providing input or solutions regarding the arrangement of archives using an alphabetic system, so that it can facilitate the search or retrieval of archives, employees must attend archiving training. The conclusion of this study the archive management system at the Larike Village office was not very good because it was not in accordance with existing procedures. Archive storage facilities are inadequate. Employees who handle archives have not attended archiving training so that the arrangement of archives at the Larike Village office is irregular in accordance with existing provisions Keywords: management, archive, office

Abstract

Areca nut is one of the main commodities that can support the welfare of areca nut retailers in the Teminabuan District, South Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province. This shows that not only increasing the productivity of areca nut is sufficient, but efforts are also needed to increase its marketing by making improvements and improvements. Efforts to improve in the marketing field were carried out to increase marketing efficiency for areca nut retailers in Teminabuan District. These goals include increasing income for traders who rely on betel nut business as a way to increase family economic well-being. The aim of the study was to empirically examine the effect of working capital, work productivity and areca commodity prices on the income of areca nut retailers in Teminabuan District, South Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province. The samples taken were 36 areca nut retailers. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with the application of saturated sampling techniques (census). For data analysis, the Multiple Linear Regression Method was used. The results of this study indicate that working capital, work productivity and prices have a simultaneous and significant effect on the income of areca nut retailers in Teminabuan District, South Sorong Regency. Furthermore, partially working capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of areca nut retailers in Teminabuan District, South Sorong Regency. Meanwhile, work productivity and price partially have no significant effect on the income of areca nut retailers in the Teminabuan District, South Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to calculate and analyze the Break Even Point (BEP) or principal return point in UD. Tomasiwa Morela Village, Leihitu District. UD. Tomasiwa is a business in the beverage industry that produces nutmeg juice. The production process started in 2008 until now.The analysis used in this study is Break Even Point Analysis (BEP), namely BEP in units and BEP in rupiah. From the calculation results, it was found that BEP in units (Q) amounted to 58,548 units and BEP in Rp (QP) amounted to Rp.352,723,270, - From the results of the BEP analysis or the principal return point is expected UD. Tomasiwa can be used as an input in developing company activities, especially in knowing the amount of nutmeg juice that must be produced.UD. Tomasiwa has basically produced and sold nutmeg juice in a state beyond the Break Even Point or sales above the Breakeven point, it's just that the company does not have an effective production planning method so that the company has not been able to determine the minimum sales that must be achieved. By planning a profit of 15%, UD earned. Tomasiwa will get a profit of Rp.405,631,760.50 So if UD. Tomasiwa can achieve the profit target of 15%, then UD. Tomasiwa must sell as many as 185,586 units or Rp. 405,631,760.50 But the otherwise, if UD. Tomasiwa sells below the target volume, so the profit obtained does not reach 15%.Keywords: Break Even Point

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of investment knowledge on investment interest in the capital market for students of the UKIM economics faculty. (2) Knowing the effect of investment motivation on interest in investing in the capital market in economics faculty UKIM students. The research design is quantitative. The population in this study were students of the UKIM Faculty of Economics. The sample in this study were 83 students. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire method. The test instruments were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality tests,. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis and the results of hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Knowledge of investment has an effect on the interest in investing in the capital market for FE UKIM students, as evidenced by a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) Investment motivation affects the interest in investing in the capital market for FE UKIM students as evidenced by a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) Knowledge and investment motivation simultaneously affect the interest in investing in the capital market for FE UKIM students, as evidenced by the Fcount of 100.448 and a probability of 0.000. (4) Independent variables jointly affect the dependent variable by 70.8%, the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Determining the right promotion strategy is one form of the company's efforts to win the business competition. The current research aims to examine the effect of promotional strategies on the sales volume of new furniture products. This research is explanatory in nature through a survey method using a questionnaire instrument for data collection and is measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the promotion mix strategy, namely advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and direct marketing, was partially able to increase sales volume of rorre furniture products. Abstract

Analysis of Bank Soundness Level Using the RGEC Method in BUMN COMMERCIAL BANKS Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2020 period.This study aims to determine the soundness of state-owned commercial banks for the 2013-2020 period in terms of the overall aspects of Risk profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings, Capital, and RGEC (Risk profile, GCG, Earnings, and Capital). This type of research is descriptive research with research subjects in the form of state-owned commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2020. Data were obtained through documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the soundness analysis of a bank using a risk approach (Risk-based Bank Rating) with the scope of the assessment covering RGEC factors.The results of the study show that during the 2013-2020 period: The RGEC aspect as a whole is in a Composite Rating 2, which is very healthy with a score of 80%.Keywords: Bank Soundness Level, BUMN Commercial Banks, RGEC Method

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of customer-oriented employee service on customer satisfaction and retention. This study also examines the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the effect of customer-oriented employee service on customer retention. Respondents selected in this study were respondents who use beauty salon services and live in Ambon City. Sampling was done through purposive sampling criteria. The number of respondents that can be used is 193 people from 210 questionnaires distributed. To find out the level of validity and reliability of the data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there were 3 (three) hypotheses which showed significant results in this study. This study found that customer-oriented employee service has a very strong and positive effect on customer satisfaction. This study also found that customer satisfaction has a very strong and positive effect on customer retention. Furthermore, this study found that customer-oriented employee service is significant on customer retention. The results of this study also describe customer satisfaction as mediating the relationship between customer-oriented employee service and customer retention. Abstract

Ouw Village is a one of the potential Village in Saparua sub-district, Central Maluku Regency. They are famous for their pottery crafts since the ancient times. However, their business did not have an experience significant development and the craftsmen are still classified as a poor society. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of structural poverty on the sustainability of pottery craftsmen in the Ouw Village. This research use descriptive qualitative method with ethnographic techniques. The results show that structural poverty affects the sustainability of the pottery business in Ouw Village due to several factors including: unbalanced regulations, product distribution channels, lack of promotion and lack of funds for business development.Keywords: sustainability, structural poverty

Abstract

This study aims to find out and test empirically the influence of external pressure, leadership style, the government's internal control system on the transparency of financial reports in the scope of the regional government of Maluku Province. This research was conducted on local government employees of Maluku Province. The type of data in this study is primary data, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to regional financial managers in each SKPD of the regional government of Maluku Province with a total sample of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely sampling based on predetermined criteria. The data collection technique used is a survey technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that external pressure and the government's internal control system have a positive and significant effect on the transparency of financial reporting, while leadership style has not been able to influence the transparency of financial reports.Keywords: external pressure, leadership style, government internal control system, transparency of financial reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the fulfilment of tax obligations of an online media company, namely PT. Medira Media Sejahtera for tax period of 2021 based on Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. This study used descriptive quantitative method to analyze the data of income statement of PT. Medira Media Sejahtera of 2021. The findings of the study indicate that in the year of 2021, there are some tax obligations that have not yet been fulfilled by the company. They are income tax article 4 paragraph (2) and income tax Article 17. The major reason is the lack of understanding regarding tax obligations for corporate taxpayer. However, in addition to the article mentioned, the company has fulfilled the tax obligations that must be paid.
