Abstract

Service quality is a form assessment fom service users on what is received after receiving service from an agency. While patient satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure, sadness or disappointmen that ariss from service users after receiving service. Along with the increasing demand of service quality from the community, to create patient satisfaction, the service function will be improved. The achievement of SPM in Cawas II Community Health Centers in 2020 is 71,48% and in 2021 it is 84,06%. To know and identify the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at Cawas II Public Health Center. The study used quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using Quota Sampling technique, with a sample of 91 respondents. The results of the bivariate test prove that service quality is related to patient satisfaction, namely p value 0,00 and α 0,05 where p<α is said to have a relationship. The correlation value of 0,757 belongs to the category of “Strong Relationship”. There is a relationship between service quality and patien satisfaction at the Cawas II Public Health Center.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is an effect of group counseling with a cognitive information processing approach on improving career decision-making abilities in language major. The research method used in this study is an experimental research method with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The participants of this study are 28 people. The results show that career decision making before group counseling is carried out using cognitive information processing approaches shown by students is included in the low category, career decision making after conducting group counseling with a cognitive information processing approach that shown by students is included in the high category, with a difference of 0,68. In addition, the hypothesis results indicate that there is a significant difference between student career decision making before and after group counseling with a cognitive information processing approach. The results of this study are expected to be useful for BK teachers as well as career counsellors to help confused language majors in making their career decision.

Abstract

This study discusses the lack of work motivation due to continuous work demands in BBPPMPV widyaiswara Arts and Culture. This study to determine the impact of effective communication training on employee motivation BBPPMPV widyaiswara Arts and Culture. This research is an experimental research with experimental group design and control group. The subjects are 20 employees with moderate and low of motivation and effective communication than devided in to two groups, 10 people as an experimental group and 10 people as a control group. The techniques used to collect data is the scale of work motivation.Data analysis using Wilcoxon, U-Mann Whitney and Gain Score statistics. The results show the influence of effective communication training on employee motivation BBPPMPV widyaiswara Arts and Culture. Employees who are trained in effective communication have increased work motivation compared to non-trained employees. The results of data analysis showed that the group of employees who were given effective communication training had a higher score than the group of employees who were not trained with a value of Z = -3,178, (p <0.05).

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview methods. This study aims to find out the positive energy that caregivers who care for patients with mental disorders should have as a counterweight to their negative emotions, to know the meaning of the meaningfulness of life, to know the sources of meaningfulness in life can be found, to know the importance of the meaningfulness of life owned by caregivers who care for patients with mental disorders, to know the caregiver's description who treat mental patients who have a meaningful life, knowing the meaningfulness of life can influence the attitudes and behavior of caregivers who care for mental patients in carrying out their daily lives and work responsibilities. Positive energy that can control and influence the caregiver's thoughts, feelings, and behavior is needed to balance negative emotions in the form of stress. The positive energy control needed is gratitude for life because in difficult or unpleasant conditions you still have luck behind it. The research subjects were caregivers who cared for mental patients at Pondok Tetirah Dzikir, Yogyakarta. Caregivers who have meaning in life have clear guidelines and goals in living their lives. Caregivers who have a meaning in life will feel that they have a useful, valuable, and meaningful life. As for caregivers who have no meaning in life, will feel boredom, emptiness, and meaningless life.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the need for affiliation through cosplay activities among people experiencing trauma. A person who has feelings of trauma tries to rise up so that his motivation and desire are high, so he can give rise to initiative, innovation, creativity and inspiration through cosplay activities. Cosplay is an artistic activity that originates from Japan and is currently very popular in several circles. The focus of this research is to determine the motivation to build a person's independence through cosplay activities. To find out the extent of the need for affiliation through cosplay activities in people who have experienced trauma. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. This research involved two informants, namely cosplay players in Yogyakarta. For data collection, observation, interviews, triangulation and projective tests, namely graphics, were used. The interview guide uses motivation factors from Komarudin (2013) including intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation and uses the independence aspect of Parker (2005) consisting of responsibility, independence and autonomy which have been developed by researchers. The research results showed that the two cosplay player informants were able to generate motivation to build independence through cosplay activities. This is based on analysis of the results of observations, interviews and triangulation.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the high anxiety of facing the employment future in Blitar Vocational High School students. This anxiety occurs because of the lack of social support from the family. Objective of this study was to determine the relationship between family social support and future anxiety among Blitar Vocational High School students. There were 61 students from 3 State Vocational Schools in Blitar. The results showed that the regression coefficient was -0.300 with a significance level of 0.009 (p <0.01) or very significant. This means that the stronger the family's social support, the lower the student's anxiety about the employment future.

Abstract

This research wash airned to know the correlation between organizational commitmen and job satisfaction. Research subject is employee whose worked as employee of Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta some 50 people. Method of research is quantitative with population reseach. Data collection tool using Organizational Commitment Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale. Methods of data analysis in this study using a product moment correlation analysis techniques. The results showed a correlation value of rxy = 0,358 with a significance level of p = 0,000 (p <0.01). Value of R² = 0,128. This means that the effective amount of donations given organizational commitment in increasing job satisfaction variables of 12,8%. Most of the subject as many as 42% had job satisfaction in the middle category and 54% have organizational commitment in the high category. The results show that there is a very significant positive correlation between organizational commitmen and job satisfaction. The more higher organizational commitment, the higher employee job satisfaction, where as the more lower organizational commitment, the lower employee job satisfaction.
