Abstract

Abstract: Sufistic-Based Character Education in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic.Character education is a national priority program by the government for handling the nation’s moral degradation. The implementation of character education will be maximized if it is carried out in and educational environment namely family, community and school (Tri Pusat Pendidikan). Character education is very appropriate to be implemented during the covid-19 pandemic, because during pandemic, people feel restless and confused, including students who feel bored doing online learning at home. Therefore, sufi-style religious character education is the right choice in teaching character values during covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a library research method with qualitative approach, the sourcesused are reading sources such as books, journals, proceedings and other writtenmanuscripts. This study conludes how important sufi-style character education is during the covid-19 pandemic, such as al-taubah, zuhud, al-wara, fakir, tawakkal and ridha. Because during the covid-19 pandemic, it is a difficult time, apart from requiring peace of mind, it is also necessary to maintain inner peace so that immunity is always strong and health is maintained.Abstract: Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Sufistik di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Pendidikankarakter merupakan program prioritas nasional yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mengatasi degradasi moral bangsa. Penerapan pendidikan karakter akan maksimal jika dilaksanakan di lingkungan pendidikan yaitu keluarga, masyarakat dan sekolah (tri pusat pendidikan). Pendidikan karakter juga sangat tepat ditanamkan di tengah pandemi covid-19, di masa pandemi covid-19 inisangat banyak masyarakat yang dirundung kegelisahan dan kebingungan, termasuk peserta didik yang harus terus melaksanakan belajar di rumah hingga merasa jenuh. Oleh karenanya pendidikan karakter religius ala sufi menjadi pilihan yang tepat dalam menanamkan nilai karakter di tengah pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan atau library research denganpendekatan kualitatif, sumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa bacaan baik buku, jurnal, prosiding maupun naskah tulisan lainnya. Adapun penelitian ini menyatakan betapa pentingnya pendidikan karakter sufistik atau laku sufi di tengah pandemi covid-19 seperti al-taubah, zuhud, alwara, fakir, tawakkal dan ridha. Sebab di tengah pandemi covid-19 yang serba sulit selain membutuhkan ketenangan hati dan fikiran juga perlunya ketenangan batin agar imun selalu kuat dan kesehatan tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Abstract: Integration of Counseling Services And Islamic Education In Self-Control Effort Of Senior High School Students Self-control is the ability of individuals to control themselves in behavior, thinking, emotions, and decision making. Self-control can be trained through various approaches, especially counseling guidance and Islamic religious education. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of self-control of high school students and determine the intervention of guidance and counseling services integrated with Islamic religious education. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. Data collection was conducted on a sample of 112 people. The results of the self-control measurement score are classified into 5 category levels, namely very high, high, medium, low, and very low. The maximum score of self-control score is 119, the minimum score is 62, the average score is 90.62 and the standard deviation is 12.03. Interventions from the results of measurement and analysis as the basis for a plan for providing guidance and counseling services as well as strengthening student religiosity. The types of services include classical services, group guidance, group counseling, and spiritual guidance.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Blended Learning Strategies on the Effectiveness of Face-to-Face Learning Is Limited to Islamic Religious Education SubjectsThis study aims to determine the influence of blended learning strategies on the effectiveness of limited PTM at PAI learning in SMAN 1 Garut. The applied method is a quantitative method, with inferential descriptive analysis techniques. There were 177 respondents selected using probability sampling techniques. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, validity tests, realability tests and cholera tests. The results showed that blended learning strategies had a positive effect on the effectiveness of limited PTM where Tcount 11,616 > Ttable 1,974. While the value of the coefficient of determination is 34% which indicates the large contribution of influence. And the remaining 66% were influenced by other variables that were not studied. Thus, the results obtained show that there is an influence of blended learning strategies on the effectiveness of face-to-face learning limited to PAI learning.Abstrak: Pengaruh Strategi Blended Learning Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas Pada Mata Pelajaran PAIPenelitian ini berorientasikan pada besaran pengaruh nilai signifikasi dari strategi blended learning terhadap efektivitas PTM terbatas pada pembelajaran PAI yang bertempatan di SMAN 1 Garut. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis deskriptif inferensial. Terdapat sebanyak 177 responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji realiabilitas dan uji kolerasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi blended learning berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas PTM terbatas dimana Thitung 11,616 > Ttabel 1,974. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 34% yang menunjukkan besar kontribusi pengaruhnya, dan sisanya 66% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan demikian, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh strategi blended learning terhadap keefektivitasan PTM terbatas pada pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract: Analysis of Policy Elements for Early Madrasah Development in Jember Islamic Boarding Schools.This research aims to expose the development policy elements of Madrasah Diniyah in Pesantren Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The daa collection techniques used interviewes, oservations, and documentation. Then, to get the validity of the data could be done by source triangulation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of the study include, 1) perpetrators of development policy of madrasah Diniyah in Darul Hikam Boarding house Kaliwates Jember.in the form oi individual figure who are the caregiver of Darul Hiikam Boarding House: Prof. Dr. K. M. Noor Harisudin, M.Fil.I. Mrs. Nyai Robiatul Adawiyah, S.H.I., Ustad Baidhowi, M.H.I., Ustad Suwardi, M.H.I., Ustad Halim, Ustad Suparman. 2) policy for the development of madrasah diniyah at the Darul Hikam Kaliwates Islam Boarding School, Jember, includes a) curriculum policy that focuses on the atudy of nahwu and figh books so that students can recite the yellow book and gain insight regarding various fatwa of islamic Ulama’ law, b) teacher recruitment, carried out by recruiting teachers from within the islamic boarding school, namely alumni of the Darul Hikam Islamic Boarding School Kaliwates Jember and also from outside the islamic boarding school, namely coming from for example alumni of the ma’had Ali Salafi Syafi’iyah Islamic boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo and also from IAIN Jember, c) Profesional Development of educators is carried out by sending teaching staff to Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School or to other places that are used as aplace for the professional development of teaching staff and to carry out internal evaluations, d) development of advice and infrastructure learning, 3) policy environment, there are factors that influence policy in curriculum development, namely the social structure and demographics that exist in the Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember Boarding School, which is located not far from the IAIN Jember, and is one of the one Islmaic Boardig School that cooperates with IAIN Jember as a Boarding School that accomodates IAIN Jember students in implementing the mandatory dormitory program on the IAIN Jember. The Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember Islamic Boarding School was established to provide a more adequate place for students to recite “Kitab Kuning” and Islamic religious knowledge.Abstrak: Analisis Elemen-Elemen Kebijakan Pengembangan Madrasah Diniyah Di Pondok Pesantren Jember.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan unsur-unsur kebijakan pengembangan Madrasah Diniyah di Pesantren Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data dapat dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi: 1) pelaku kebijakan pengembangan madrsah diniyah di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember, di antaranya Prof. Dr. K. M. Noor Hasirudin, M.Fil.I., Ibu Nyai Robiatul Adawiyah, S.H.I., Ustadz Halim, dan Ustadz Suparman. 2) kebijakan pengembangan madrasah diniyah di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember, meliputi a) kebijakan kurikulum yang berfokus pada kajian kitab nahwu dan fiqh agar para santri dapat mengaji kitab kuning dan bertambah wawasannya terkait dengan berbagai fatwa hukum Islam Ulama’, b) rekruitmen guru, dilakukan dengan merekrut guru dari dalam pondok pesantren yakni alumni pondok pesantren Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember dn juga dari luar pondok pesantren yakni berasal dari misalnya alumni-alumni Pondok Pesantren Ma’had Ali Salafi Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Situbondo dan juga dari IAIN Jember, c) pengembangan profesional pendidik dilakukan dengan mengirim tenaga pendidik untuk belajar di luar Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikam ataupun mengirim di Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo, Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri atau di tempat lain yang memang digunakan sebagai tempat pengembangan profesionalitas tenaga pendidik serta dilakukan evaluasi internal, d) pengembangan saran dan prasarana pembelajaran, 3) Kebijakan lingkungan, ada faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dalam pengembangan kurikulum yaitu struktur sosial dan demografi yang ada di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember merupakan pondok yang terletak tidak jauh dari kampus IAIN Jember, dan merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang bekerja sama dengan IAIN Jember sebagai Pondok Pesantren yang menampung mahasiswa IAIN Jember dalam pelaksanaan program wajib asrama yang ada di kampus IAIN Jember. Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikam Kaliwates Jember ini didirikan untuk menyediakan tempat yang lebih memadai bagi mahasiwa untuk mengaji kitab kuning dan ilmu agama Islam.

Abstract

Abstract: Job Hopping Behaviour and Turnover Intention on Millennial Teachers: A Closer Look to Their AntecendentsThe purpose of this research is to examine the impacts of job satisfaction, psychological capital and the perceived organizational support on the turnover intention or job-hopping behaviour among the millennial teachers. The data collection is done by having a survey using questionnaires sent to 86 teachers who belong to the millennial group age and have been working between one to three years in the respective schools. A quantitative approach was used using PLS-SEM method with the assistance of Smart PLS 3.2.7 software to evaluate the outer model and the inner model. The results show that there are negative significant effects from perceived organizational support and psychological capital on turnover intention or jobhoppingbehaviour and no significant effect from the job satisfaction on the turnover intentionof the millennial teachers.Abstrak: Perilaku Lompat Kerja dan Intensi Pergantian Guru Milenial: Pandangan Lebih Dekat ke PendahulunyaTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, modal psikologis dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan terhadap turnover intention atau job-hopping behavior di kalangan guru milenial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey menggunakan kuesioner yang dikirimkan kepada 86 guru yang termasuk dalam kelompok usia milenial dan telah bekerja antara satu sampai tiga tahun di sekolah masing-masing. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software Smart PLS3.2.7 untuk mengevaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari persepsi dukungan organisasi dan modal psikologis terhadap turnover intention atau perilaku berpindah kerja dan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan dari kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention guru milenial.

Abstract

Abstract: Talking Stick Model: An Influence In Seeing Student Learning Outcomes.Variations in learning need to be done to adjust to the latest student conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the talking stick learning model on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for grade 5 students at SDN 10 Sungai Are, OKU Selatan District, for the 2021/2022 academic year. The method is quantitative with a Quasi Experimental Design approach. The population in this study amounted to 28 students. The data collection technique in this study was a learning achievement test in the form of multiple choice of 20 questions which had previously been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the calculation of the learning outcomes test are 19 valid questions and 1 invalid question. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothetical test using paired sample t-tests. Based on the research results, there are learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education before and after using the talking stick learning model. this is evidenced by the results of the paired t-test which shows a sig.(2 tailed) value of 0.582 where the value is smaller than the value of 0.05. Thus the results of this study can be seen that the use of the talking stick learning model can improve learning outcomes significantly.Abstrak: Talking Stick Model : Sebuah Pengaruh Dalam Melihat Hasil Belajar Siswa.Variasi dalam pembelajaran perlu dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan kondisi siswa yang terbaru. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran talking stick terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas 5 di SDN 10 Sungai Are Kabupaten OKU Selatan tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Metodenya adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Quasi Experimental Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal yang terlebih dahulu telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Hasil perhitungan tes hasil belajar adalah 19 soal valid dan 1 soal tidak valid. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas,uji homogenitas,dan uji hipotetis dengan menggunakan paired sampe t-tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran talking stick. hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji paired t-test yang menunjukan nilai sig.(2 tailed) sebesar 0,582 dimana nilai lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran talking stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara signifikan.

Abstract: Analysis of the Ability of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in the Implementation of Skills Assessment Questions in Public Elementary YogyakartaThe implementation of skills assessment in the learning process in schools has various obstacles, one of which is the aspect of the teacher's ability as the implementing subject. These implementation .constraints need to be evaluated so that they can be improved in the future, thus this study will analyze the ability of Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing skills assessment questions at Elementery Tegalyoso Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta. This study was designed with a descriptive qualitative approach used to make the discussion more relevant and in-depth, while the research data collection techniques were in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of skills assessment questions includes the stages of planning, implementing, and reporting performance. The acquisition of research data on teachers of Islamic Religious Education lessons at the three stages, shows that the teachers have carried out the stages according to the skill assessment design with value 94%, so that they can be categorized as "very good". This writing is expected to provide theoretical and practical impact in carrying out the assessment of the achievement of aspects of Islamic Religious Education learning skills.Abstract: Analisis Kemampuan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Pelaksanaan Soal Penilaian Keterampilan Di SD Negeri Yogyakarta.Pelaksanaan penilaian keterampilan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah memiliki beragam kendala, salah satunya yaitu aspek kemampuan guru sebagai subjek pelaksana. Kendala pelaksanaan tersebut perlu dievaluasi agar dapat diperbaiki kedepannya, dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini yaitu akan menganalisis kemampuan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pelaksanaan soal penilaian keterampilan di SD Negeri Tegalyoso Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini didesain dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan agar lebih relevan dan mendalam pembahasannya, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan soal penilaian keterampilan mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan kinerja. Perolehan data penelitian terhadap guru pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada ketiga tahapan tersebut, menunjukkan bahwasannya guru telah melakukan tahapan sesuai rancangan penilaian soal keterampilan dengan perolehan nilai 94%, sehingga dapat dikategorikan “sangat baik”. Penulisan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak teoritis dan praktis dalam menjalankan penilaian hasil capaian aspek keterampilan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract: Islamic Education Curriculum in UIN Malang: A Study of Imam Suprayogo and M. Zainuddin Thought.In fact, the world of Islamic education has full of problems, both the dichotomy of sciences and the decline in morality and religiosity of Muslims, so efforts are needed to resolve these problems. the authors analize two figures from UIN Malang, namely Imam Suprayogo and M. Zainuddin towards this goal. This article is the result of library research whose data are taken from primary sources of their works, such as Pendidikan Berparadigma Al- Qur’an by Imam Suprayogo and Paradigma Pendidikan Terpadu by M. Zainuddin and enhanced by interviews. By using descriptive-analytical method, the authors conclude that their thoughts are progressive and dynamic, have proactive and anticipatory educational insights in facing the accelerated development of science and technology, the demands of change, and are future oriented. The characteristics of his thinking appear in the need to develop an Islamic education curriculum into an integrated curriculum. Imam Suprayogo with his tree of knowledge, and M. Zainuddin with his Point Vortex Theory. Furthermore, their thoughts related to the Islamic education curriculum can be used as a consideration and reference to be actualized and implemented in the development of Islamic education institutions.Abstract: Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam di UIN Malang: Studi Pemikiran Imam Suprayogo dan M. Zainuddin.Hakikatnya dunia pendidikan Islam penuh dengan masalah, baik adanya paham dikotomi ilmu pengetahuan maupun turunnya moralitas dan religiusitas orang Islam, sehingga perlu upaya menyelesaikan masalah itu. Tokoh dari UIN Malang, yakni Imam Suprayogo dan M. Zainuddin membahas hal ini. Metode penulisan menggunakan library research yang data-datanya diambil dari sumber primer karya-karya keduanya, seperti Pendidikan Berparadigma Al- Qur’an karya Imam Suprayogo dan Paradigma Pendidikan Terpadu karya M. Zainuddin serta disempurnakan dengan wawancara. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran keduanya bersifat progresif dan dinamis serta memiliki wawasan kependidikan yang proaktif dan antisipatif dalam menghadapi percepatan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, tuntutan perubahan, dan bersifat future oriented. Ciri-ciri pemikirannya nampak pada perlunya pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam menjadi kurikulum terintegrasi. Imam Suprayogo dengan pohon ilmunya, dan M. Zainuddin dengan Point Vortex Theory-nya. Lebih lanjut, Pemikiran mereka terkait kurikulum pendidikan Islam dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dan rujukan untuk diaktualisasikan dan diimplementasikan dalam pengembangan kelembagaan pendidikan Islam.

Abstract: Study of Gender Segregation Policy in Islamic Boarding Schools Towards the Variety of Santri's Sexual OrientationThis study to analyze the gender segregation policy in Islamic boarding schools that have an impact on the development of the sexual orientation of students. The segregation is based on Islamic law, but does not pay attention to aspects of sexual orientation, resulting in the emergence of various sexual orientations which are actually considered abnormal and immoral (in the concept of religion and social construction). This research was conducted at the Fathul 'Ilmi Islamic Boarding School, Madura. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological research. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observation. While the data processing and analysis techniques used triangulation from the results of interviews and observations. Selection of informants based on purposive sampling. The results showed that: 1) at the Fathul 'Ilmi Islamic Boarding School there is strict gender segregation, 2) there are various sexual orientations of students, namely heterosexual, homosexual, and bisexual. 3) the solution to the problem of student sexual orientation, namely pesantren, needs to make policies that are gender responsive.Abstract: Telaah Kebijakan Segregasi Gender di Pesantren Terhadap Ragam Orientasi Seksual SantriPenelitian ini berupaya menganalisis tentang kebijakan segregasi gender di pesantren yang berdampak pada perkembangan orientasi seksual santri. Segregasi tersebut didasarkan pada hukum Islam, namun tidak memperhatikan aspek orientasi seksual, sehingga akibatnya memunculkan beragam orientasi seksual yang justru dinilai abnormal dan amoral (dalam konsep agama dan konstruksi sosial). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pesantren Fathul ‘Ilmi, Madura. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan triangulasi dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Pemilihan informan berdasarkan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) di Pesantren Fathul ‘Ilmi melakukan segregasi gender yang ketat, 2) terdapat beragam orientasi seksual santri yakni heteroseksual, homoseksual, dan biseksual. 3) solusi atas permasalahan orientasi seksual santri yakni pesantren perlu membuat kebijakan yang responsif gender.

Abstract: Analysis of the Problems of Planning and Implementation of Online Learning for Civic Education Teachers in Solok CityThis study analyzes the problems of planning and implementing online learning for Civics teachers at SMA Negeri Solok City during the COVID 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe the difficulties of Civics teachers in planning and implementing online learning at SMA Negeri Solok City and finding solutions. Based on the analysis of the research results, it is concluded: 1) The initial problem in planning online learning is that all teachers have not been able to analyze, choose, determine strategies and online learning methods and have not supported the ability of teachers. to use IT tools; 2). The initial problem in the implementation of online learning (PJJ) is that the ability to create classes,manage and evaluate classes that are integrated with the ability to use and experience mastery of IT tools for the implementation of distance learning; 3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in planning and implementing online learning at SMA Negeri Solok City are by participating in socialization activities, technical guidance, online training that improves pedagogic competence and online learning professional competence (PJJ). The implication of the research is that the analytical ability of teachers in selecting, determining learning strategies and methods and using IT tools for planning and implementing distance learningis very important to improve because efforts to increase teacher pedagogic and professional competencies will have an impact on improving the quality of learning. classroom learning.Abstract: Analisis Problematika Perencanaan Dan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Daring Guru PPKN SMA Kota SolokPenelitian ini menganalisis problematika perencanaan dan pelaksaan pembelajaran daring Guru PPKn SLTA Kota Solok saat pandemi COVID 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kesulitan guru PPKn dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran daring di SLTA Kota Solok dan mencarikan solusi pemecahannya. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian disimpulkan: 1) Masalah awal dalam perencanaan pembelajaran daring belum mampunya seluruh guru untuk menganalisis, memilih, menetapkan strategi dan metode pembelajaran daring serta belum mendukungnya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan perangkat TI; 2). Masalah awal dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring (PJJ) belum optimalnya kemampuan pembuatan kelas, pengelolaan kelas dan evaluasi yang terintegrasi dengan kemampuan penggunaan dan pengalaman penguasaan perangkat TI untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh; 3) Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SLTA Kota Solok adalah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi, bimbingan teknis, pelatihan on line yang meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional pembelajaran daring (PJJ). Implikasi penelitian bahwa kemampuan analisis guru dalam memilih, menetapkan strategi dan metode pembelajaran serta penggunakan perangkat TI
