Abstract

Many cases of Covid-19 were found in workers, including teachers. Currently, many schools have been opened, therefore the implementation of health protocols in schools must be considered and good behavior towards health protocols is always maintained. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of the workforce and the implementation of the health protocol discipline program during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI NURUL HUDA PANGENAN. This study uses a qualitative method with research informants consisting of 4 informants selected based on the suitability and adequacy of the data. The key informant consisted of one person, namely the principal, then for the core informant there were 3 people, namely 2 teachers and one janitor. The variables contained in this study were knowledge, attitudes, sanitation and hygiene facilities, availability of PPE, health protocol policies, and application of health protocols in schools. The results obtained are that most of them have good knowledge and also have a positive attitude, the availability of sanitation and hygiene facilities is adequate, but for PPE, namely masks are not yet available, then the absence of written policies affects the application of health protocols so that the implementation of health protocols is based on policies in education units. it's enough but it can't be said to be very good but the behavior of implementing the health protocol for the workforce has been good.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan bidang usaha di Koperasi Karyawan PDAM TIRTA JATI, mengetahui kinerja keuangan Koperasi PDAM TIRTA JATI, mengetahui faktor pendukung pelaksanaan bidang usaha Koperasi Karyawan PDAM TIRTA JATI serta bagaimana mengoptimalkan faktor pendukung tersebut, mengetahui faktor penghambat pelaksanaan bidang usaha Koperasi Karyawan PDAM TIRTA JATI serta bagaimana mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sumber data informan, tempat penelitian, dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk mengembangkan bidang usaha Koperasi Karyawan PDAM TIRTA JATI melakukan inovasi dan membuat rencana produk baru, mengedepankan kepercayaan anggota, adanya kebijakan perusahaan untuk bermitra dengan KOPERASI KARYAWAN ini, kinerja keuangan Koperasi Karyawan PDAM TIRTA JATI dihitung dengan analisis rasio keuangan likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan rentabilitas. Dari perhitungan terhadap beberapa bidang usaha di koperasi ini, menunjukkan bahwa semua bidang usaha koperasi ini memiliki kinerja yang baik dan mampu menghasilkan keuntungan bersih guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi anggotanya. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan bidang usaha Koperasi Karyawan PDAM TIRTA JATI adalah kepercayaan dari anggota koperasi, modal yang besar yang dimiliki oleh koperasi ini, tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang baik.

Abstract

The writing of this article explains the urgency of character education in the face of juvenile delinquency. This study was conducted on students of mi nurul huda. This research method uses descriptive methods with trigulation data collection techniques. Based on observations made, the formation of important characters is applied early on to prepare themselves so as not to be affected by association. Character education is not only with material but also requires habituation and monitoring of Teachers and parents.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam keberlangsungan dan kualitas lembaga pendidikan, komponen keuangan, dan pembiayaan merupakan salah satu indikator tercapainya tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Dengan adanya manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang baik merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan untuk memajukan serta meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Adapun tujuan pembahasan adalah untuk mengetahui sumber pembiayaan yang diperoleh MTs Annajah Kalimukti, mengetahui pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti, serta mengetahui pengawasan keuangan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan Kepala Sekolah MTs. Annajah Kalimukti. Teknis analisis data menggunakan observasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Sumber dana pendidikan di MTs Annajah diperoleh dari 2 sumber, pertama dari dana BOS dan kedua dari usaha mandiri sekolah/kantin. 2) Pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti sama seperti pengelolaan umumnya. 3) Pengawasan keuangan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti dilakukan oleh : pertama, Kementrian Agama Cirebon dan kedua, Yayasan Pendidikan Wakaf Islamiyah (YPWI) Pondok Pesantren Madinatunnajah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetuhi apakah implementasi prinsp-prinsip pendidikan islam sudah diterapkan secara baik atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada di sekolah. hasil penilitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan islam di SMPIT Fatahillah sudah cukup baik. Baik meliputi prinsip-prinsip jujur, adil, bertanggung jawab, ikhlas, amal ma’ruf nahi munkar dan hubungan pergaulan yang baik. 2) Prinsip manajemen pendidikan islam menurut Hasan Langgulung, salah satunya hubungan pergaulan yang baik. Dalam mewujudkan prinsip manajemen tersebut SMPIT membuat program apel pagi dan do’a bersama. Pertemuan dengan wali murid setiap 3 bulan sekali dan program wirausaha.

Abstract

Every individu or group has a concern for the environment, the Astapada people are aware of togetherness in order to preserve the environment so that it can be passed to preserve the environment so that it can be passed on to future generations. In this study, respondents were selected directly by the researcher who was called the research target, namely 10 people. The results of this study indicate that the community cares about the environment is one way for the community to preserve nature and save the ecosystem of nature. to live a healthy life in the village of Astapada. Abstract

In fact, there are 5 programs that we carry out in the Ahsar Koran, namely 1. Arabic Language Learning Service, 2. Calligraphy Service Activities, 3. Worship Practice Service Activities, 4. Children's Daily Prayer Service Activities, 5. Story Service Activities. Islamic. In all of these 5 activities, we got the results that children nowadays are easily bored or watched so that the obstacles for every teacher of the Koran in every prayer room must have a method of reciting it so that children always have interesting things, as we programmed in terms of ahsar reciting we make The interesting thing is that after the Koran is finished, they continue to be given learning together in Arabic, by playing with fun saying nouns in Arabic, and also the art of calligraphy so that children can write or color calligraphy. feel like writing calligraphy very enthusiastically follow it, and also we apply the practice of worship that can know the movement and reading of the prayer, in terms of Islamic stories so that children take stories in lessons about Islamic stories that can be practiced for daily activities

Abstract

The education fund is one of the most important things for a child to receive at school, which makes it an attractive thing for both Banks and insurance companies to make a child’s education product, the BKC bank, which is one of the cirebon Banks, also brings out the child’s savings products (tanas). The goal of this study is to understand that children’s savings products at BKC bank could be one of the alternatives to child education. Hence, the study USES descriptive qualitative methods and the techniques used are interviews and observations. Studies suggest that schoolchildren’s savings may provide an alternative to the child’s education fund with the benefit of educating and enhancing children’s interest in savings early on, that all child education needs are readily available, and participating in development in cirebon district.

Abstract

All financial institutions, including KSPPS Perambabulan, in providing murabahah financing do not want their financing to be problematic, however problems often arise. This study aims to determine the strategy used by KSPPS Perambabulan Babadan in dealing with problematic murabahah financing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Methods of data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that KSPPS Perambabulan applied 3R (Restructuring, Rescheduling, Reconditioning) in dealing with problematic murabahah financing. In addition, if the above method does not work well, the cooperative will advise the customer to sell the collateral object, then the customer only needs to pay the principal to the cooperative. The remaining sales are the full rights of the customer. This strategy has been proven to be able to overcome the problematic murabahah financing problems that occur and have a good impact on the customer's responsibility in fulfilling their obligations.
