Abstract

This study aims to find out how the public perceives the phenomenon of women getting pregnant before marriage or known as married by accident. In this study using qualitative methods. The sebjek in this study is the community around Solo Raya starting from the low-educated community, educated people and religious leaders. Data collection techniques use interviews which are then analyzed with descriptive-qualitative techniques. The results of research in the field show differences in perceptions where there are some people who firmly refuse because it is contrary to community norms and culture. On the other hand, there are also people who accept because this is destiny and has happened and is considered to be a common thing for youth today. There are various factors that are considered to be the cause of this phenomenon, including promiscuity, lack of parental attention, and lack of religious understanding. Abstract

This research aimed to identify the role of English for Specific Purpose (ESP) to the learning performance of the accounting students and the impact of understanding English on the performance of accounting students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This research was conducted by using qualitative approach and descriptive method. The population of this study were accounting students and used random sampling for the sampling technique. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that were arranged in closed-ended and open-ended questionnaires. The research showed the importance of English for Specific Purpose (ESP) in accounting students, not only in improving their ability to understand the accounting courses, but also in improving their performance especially in making financial reports. Abstract

This study aims to examine the buying interest of students in Febi One Mart in terms of service quality and trust as independent variables. The subject of this research were students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta who had made purchase transaction at Febi One Mart. The research data were obtained from the distribution of online questionnaires. The research data processing used multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS 23. The results showed that the service quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on buying interest with a t-count value of 6.947 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000. Trust variable (X2) has a positive effect on buying interest with a t-count value of 6.853 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000. Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Shopee Paylater transaction in the perspective of Islamic economic law. Using this type of qualitative research which is carried out directly to the field to collect data needed by researchers. The samples used were several students of Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta. Shopee Paylater is one of the credit payment features in the Shopee application which provides loans to customers to buy the items they need. The results show that Shopee Paylater transactions are included in Riba and Qard. There is also another opinion to avoid the usury, the fine funds are diverted to social funds. Meanwhile, if you are unable to pay the fine due to force majeure, infaq here becomes sunnah. Keywords: Islamic Economics; Loan; Shopee PayLater

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the use of Indonesian language can increase sales in businesses or businesses that apply marketing strategies through tiktok shop such as accounts @Skintific_id, @Tantelalapunyacerita, @Minisoindonesia, @Oliviafashion, and @ceokedasbeauty. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The object of our research is the use of Indonesian as a marketing language in tiktok shop sales accounts. The data collection technique is an interactive technique that consists of four stages, namely the data collection stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the conclusion drawing stage. The result of the research is that the use of Indonesian language is very important in the marketing promotion of tiktok shop accounts. Not only foreign languages are able to attract consumers, Indonesian language greatly affects the number of buyers in online shops, especially in tiktok shops. So the use of Indonesian in marketing is also able to increase the performance of product sales in a business through the promotion of tiktok shop. Abstract

KIP-Kuliah scholarships are considered sufficient to support educational issues for students who have financial limitations to pursue higher education. Apart from helping to finance education, the use of this scholarship also supports the development of soft skills for students, in which the soft skills in question are soft skill development activities designed by student affairs, specifically for KIP-College Students. Talking about the appropriate attitude for scholarship recipients referring to the challenges of the 5.0 era of society, KIP-College students should be able to make more use of the scholarships they get, both as supports in the academic and non-academic realms. The purpose of this study was to determine the personality model of KIP-College Recipient Students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta which can be implemented in the academic (campus) and non-academic (social community) spheres. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The data used uses primary data and secondary data, where secondary data is used to obtain additional data in research. Primary data was obtained by means of interviews, while for secondary data obtained through journal articles. The results of the study show that the personality models of KIP-College students are in accordance with the challenges of the 5.0 era of society as follows: 1) Confident, 2) Ethical, 3) Self-control, 4) Proficient in Socializing, 5) Capable of Making Decisions, 6) Adaptation. Abstract

Millennial generation tends to prefer cashless transactions because of their convenience and practicality. However, preliminary studies show that millennial students use COD as an option for online shopping. This study aims to find out the reasons underlying the use of the COD system in Shopee shopping transactions and its impact on millennial student behavior. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The sample of this research is students who use the Cash on Delivery system at Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta. Sources of data in this study were obtained through semi-structured interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the main reason students use the COD payment system is the convenience and security of transactions, as well as the offer of free shipping discounts. The impact of using COD is the emergence of consumptive behavior and the fulfillment of student needs. Keywords: COD; Determinant; Impact

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that hinder students in completing the preparation of thesis. Thesis is mandatory for final year students as one of the requirements for completing the undergraduate program. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Descriptive approach is a method that explains, describes and describes the phenomena that occur as they should. This research departs from final semester students at Raden Mas Said Surakarta State Islamic University who have difficulty writing a thesis. Data collection was carried out by interviewing 5 students from different faculties, namely the Ushuludin Da'wah Faculty, the Sharia Faculty, the Adab and Language Faculty, the Tarbiyah Faculty, and the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty. The results of this study revealed that students who experienced problems in completing their thesis were caused by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors from within a person which include self-motivation, emotions, thesis writing ability, and activities outside of academics. While external factors are factors that come from outside, including family factors, communication with peers, as well as faculty policies and meetings with supervisors. Abstract

Ilmu Kantong Bolong was one of the ideas propounded by R.M.P sosrokartono. It is the teaching that gives understanding to man that in life all the material riches that a man has should not be kept in tight order, but should always be directed to his fellowmen who need them. Wealth does not belong to absolute humans but only to those in need. Through literature studies (library research), it has been produced that in a moral perspective the doctrine of Ilmu Kantong Bolong contained the doctrine of humanity. It is that people should help one another and give to one another. So in its implementation of life today, successive generations can apply that moral teaching so as not to choose to be selfish and individualistic only for themselves. Abstract

Writing a thesis is one of the problems in completing student studies.  Based on the results of observations, there are still many students of UIN Raden Mas Said who have not completed their thesis on time.  This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe the inhibiting factors in the completion of the thesis.  The subjects in this study were students of UIN Raden Mas Said who had not graduated with a study period of more than four years.  The results showed that there were 9 factors that hindered the completion of the script.  Of the 9 factors, researchers grouped into 2 factors, namely internal factors and external factors.  Internal factors in the form of physical and mental health and academic ability.  While external factors in the form of lecturer guidance and references, the environment of friends and family and other activities.
