Abstract

This study aims to The purpose of this study is to understand and describe locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in the Mappettuada tradition of the Bugis-Makassar ethnic group. The data in the study are in the form of linguistic units consisting of words, phrases, clauses, sentences of speech in the Bugis tribe's mappettuada tradition in online media (youtube). The results of the study revealed that the communication pattern of the Bugis tribe's mappettuada tradition is formed by the communication structure in a speech event between the speaker and the speech partner. The data in this study amounted to 29 data which were classified based on pragmatic theory, namely locutionary, illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts. Locutionary speech acts were found in three forms of speech acts in the form of 2 declarative data, 2 interrogative data, and 2 imperative data. This proves that locutionary speech acts greatly influence the conversation process in the form of negotiations in determining the amount of money in the mappettu event. Illocutionary speech acts consist of 5 types, namely assertive speech acts with 4 data, directive 8 data, expressive 4 data, commissive 1 data, declarative 4 data. The assertive speech acts found consist of four forms of speech, namely mentioning, showing, informing and stating. The directive speech acts found consist of five forms of speech, namely inviting, requesting, charging, suggesting, and challenging. The expressive speech acts consist of three forms of speech, namely saying thank you, blaming and flattering. The commissive speech acts found consist of two forms of speech, namely swearing and promising. The declarative speech acts consist of four forms of speech, namely deciding, canceling, prohibiting, and granting. The most dominant speech act found in the interaction of the mappettu event is the directive speech act. In the perlocutionary speech act, data was found on two types of perlocutionary speech acts found, namely invitation speech acts and orders. In addition, there are also reactions or responses from the interlocutor when hearing the speech. The responses or reactions that arise include happiness, being more motivated, the effect of accepting the invitation, being more enthusiastic, immediately carrying out orders and so on.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Value and Meaning of the Tebe Bei Mau Dance in the Kamanasa Village Community, Malaka Tengah District, Malaka Regency" The purpose of this study is to determine the Value and Meaning of the Tebe Bei Mau Dance to find out the Kamanasa village community maintains the Value and Meaning of the Tebe Bei Mau Dance. Primary data is data from informants whose literature provides data through interviews. While secondary data is data obtained from those related to the research period. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and literature studies. The method used in this writing is a descriptive method. The methods used and collected are analyzed systematically, objectively, and comprehensively. The results of the study indicate that the Value and Meaning of the Tebe Bei Mau Dance in the Kamanasa Village Community, Malaka Tengah District, Malaka Regency highly upholds the Value and Meaning of the Tebe Bei Bau Dance, so the Kamanasa Village community has considered it a culture that has been passed down from generation to generation. The Tebe Bei Mau Dance in the Kamanasa Village Community is performed when before eating young corn. The Tebe Bei Mau dance is performed for three days and three nights. Efforts are made to preserve the Tebe Bei Bau dance. The Tebe Bei Bau dance is carried out in accordance with the norms that apply for three consecutive years set by the ancestors who guard it. the purity and implementation of Tebe Bei Mau even though it faces external cultural threats. And passing on the Tebe Bei Mau Dance to the younger generation and walking, it is mandatory for young men and women and girls to participate in every event of the Tebe Bei Mau Dance. Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem in the school environment that can have a negative impact on students' psychological and social development. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of group counseling in reducing bullying behavior among UPT SMPN 9 Gresik students. Group counseling is used as an intervention approach that focuses on improving empathy, positive communication, and emotional control among students. This research method involves a quantitative approach, an experimental method with one group pretest-posttest desaign to measure changes in student behavior before and after participating in group counseling. The results showed that group counseling was able to significantly reduce the frequency of bullying behavior. Through counseling activities, students learn to understand the negative impact of bullying, build better social skills, and create a safer and more harmonious school environment. Abstract

This research aims to explore the dynamics of the lives of women who have worked as female sex workers in their efforts to live a life that is considered normal by society after being involved in the prostitution business. This research also seeks to identify the motivating factors that encourage these women to leave the profession and switch to a life that is in line with the values ​​and norms prevailing in society. The research methods used include in-depth interviews and participant observation to understand the challenges, adaptation process, and social support that play a role in their reintegration process. It is hoped that the research results will provide insight into their transformation journey, the social and psychological obstacles they face, as well as the crucial factors that play a role in helping them rediscover their identity and social roles that are recognized in their community. It is hoped that these findings can provide input for policy makers and social institutions in designing effective rehabilitation and reintegration programs.

Abstract

This article discusses efforts to empower Female Sex Workers (PSP) carried out by the Batang Empowerment Communication Forum (FKPB) through health education and economic training. Counseling in the form of education about HIV/AIDS prevention aims to increase PSP's understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health and preventing the spread of disease. Apart from that, economic empowerment is realized through ecoprint batik making workshops, which provide new skills and open up independent business opportunities for PSP. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and direct observation of the activities carried out. The research results show that this combination of health education and economic empowerment not only contributes to increasing PSP's knowledge about health, but also provides opportunities for them to develop more sustainable economic potential. FKPB has succeeded in creating an integrated empowerment model, which integrates health and economic aspects to provide a long-term positive impact on the lives of PSP.

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) is one of the subjects taught at the elementary / MI / SDLB level to SMP / MTs / SMP / SMPLB. IPS examines various claims, facts, assumptions, and generalizations related to social issues, by covering disciplines such as Geography, History, Sociology, and Economics in the SMP / MTs curriculum. Through social studies learning, students are encouraged to become active citizens, caring, politically aware, and have a global awareness and love of peace.This research uses a literature analysis method or literature review approach. Social studies covers a variety of subjects, including science, mathematics, and Indonesian language, thus placing it as a challenging field of study. Social studies learning seeks to answer various human rights issues and daily social problems faced by society. Abstract

This research aims to train the agility of extracurricular basketball students at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in dribbling the ball, identify mistakes that are often made when dribbling basketball, and provide treatment in the form of ladder drill exercises to get better dribbling results. A total of 20 students in this extracurricular activity were trained by researchers on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in the field of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau from 15.30 to 17.00. Data was collected using the zig-zag dribbling test, namely pre-test and post-test. The aim is to compare the initial dribbling test before being given treatment and after being given treatment. The results of the research showed that there were significant changes after being given treatment in the form of an increasing number of obstacles to overcome compared to before being given treatment. This research indicates thatthere is an influence of ladder drill training

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in conflict management within educational organizations. Conflicts, whether interpersonal or structural, are inevitable due to differences in backgrounds, interests, and objectives among individuals within the organization. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in identifying, managing, and effectively resolving conflicts. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores leadership styles such as transformational and collaborative leadership, which contribute to constructive conflict management. The results of the study indicate that leaders in educational organizations act as mediators, facilitators, and decision-makers capable of addressing conflicts through open and dialogical communication approaches. Furthermore, an inclusive, transparent, and justice-based organizational culture is identified as a key element in preventing future conflicts. Effective conflict management not only resolves issues but also strengthens interpersonal relationships and enhances overall organizational performance.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out how much interest there is in the members of the Volta mini soccer field in the city of Palembang. This research is quantitative descriptive research, with the method used is a survey with data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires. The subjects in this research were the interests of the mini volta field soccer members in the city of Palembang, totaling 96 members. The analysis technique used is in the form of percentages. Based on research that has been carried out on the two factors studied, including intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors, there are the same results from both factors. For the overall results, it was found that the results included in the very high category amounted to 47 or 48.5%, those included in the high category amounted to 47 people or 48.5%, those included in the low category amounted to 1 person or 1% and those included in the very low category amounted to 1 or 1%. So it can be seen from all the results obtained from the data that it has a very high category with a percentage of 85% of the 96 members who filled out the questionnaire.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of ethnomathematics-based learning media in improving students' understanding in elementary schools. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research identifies, evaluates and synthesizes relevant research results on related topics. The literature selection process was carried out systematically through searches in various accredited scientific journal databases, using certain keywords related to ethnomathematics, learning media, and basic education. The research results show that ethnomathematics-based learning media is effective in increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts through a contextual approach that utilizes local culture as a learning aid. This approach not only increases mathematical understanding, but also strengthens the link between mathematics learning and local wisdom. This research also reveals the importance of innovative learning media that suit regional cultural characteristics and student needs.
