Jurnal Motivasi Pendidikan Dan Bahasa
Jurnal Motivasi Pendidikan dan Bahasa merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian dan kajian konseptual yang berfokus pada motivasi dalam konteks pendidikan dan kebahasaan. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi wadah diseminasi ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik terbaik yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, pengajaran, dan pengembangan bahasa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Fokus Fokus utama jurnal ini meliputi: Motivasi belajar dan mengajar dalam pendidikan formal, nonformal, dan informal. Motivasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa, baik bahasa pertama, kedua, maupun bahasa asing. Psikologi pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan motivasi, minat, sikap, dan keterlibatan belajar. Inovasi dan strategi pembelajaran yang berdampak pada peningkatan motivasi peserta didik. Peran pendidik dan lingkungan belajar dalam membangun motivasi akademik dan kebahasaan. <![CDATA[Learning media is one of the most important things in the learning process, so innovation is needed so that the media can overcome problems that exist in schools. This study focuses on the development of interactive learning multimedia assisted by lectora inspire on the sub-element of food safety for students of SMK Kuliner Phase E. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of interactive learning multimedia assisted by lectora inspire software based on media expert tests, material expert tests and student responses. This research method uses R&D with the ADDIE development model, the process used through four stages, namely analysis, design, development and implementation. The data collection instruments used are material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. The results of this study show the percentage of material expert eligibility of 92%, media expert validation of 90% and student responses of 83% with very feasible criteria. Thus, interactive learning multimedia assisted by lectora inspire on the sub-element of food safety for students of SMK Kuliner Phase E that has been developed is feasible for use in learning]]>

<![CDATA[The role of educational leadership is very important in developing entrepreneurial skills in students, especially in the era of globalization that requires graduates to have independent and innovative abilities. Educational leadership acts as a catalyst in creating a conducive learning environment, facilitating an entrepreneurship-based curriculum, and integrating entrepreneurship programs into the learning process. This study aims to explore the role of educational leadership in developing entrepreneurial skills in students. Educational leadership has an important role in shaping students' character and skills, including entrepreneurial skills. The research method used is a literature study to collect data and information relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that effective educational leadership can provide encouragement and motivation to students to develop their entrepreneurial skills. The implication of this study is the need for an active role of educational leadership in creating a learning environment that supports the development of entrepreneurial skills in students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of student motivation in learning Indonesian, which is due to the limited availability of innovative learning media. Additionally, this research is tailored to the abilities of the students. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student motivation in using flash card media in Indonesian language subjects at the elementary school level. The method used is a qualitative approach by conducting field research, with data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, analysis, reduction, presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that the use of flash card media can enhance student motivation in learning materials on facts and opinions, create an enjoyable classroom atmosphere, and foster student enthusiasm. Moreover, it helps students become more actively engaged in the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts on contributions to education in Indonesia, with a special emphasis on educational goals and curriculum. According to Ki Hadjar Dewantara, the purpose of education is to develop each person's potential in terms of intellectual, moral, and social aspects. He emphasized the importance of education rooted in culture, principles, and society. The proposed curriculum integrates character development and academic elements as a whole. The results of this study show that education based on the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara can produce a generation that is not only intellectually smart but also possesses high morality and social responsibility. Therefore, it is hoped that education based on the principles of Ki Hadjar Dewantara will contribute to the development of the nation's character and culture.]]>

<![CDATA[Profession etymologically comes from the word profession (English) which comes from the Latin profess which means "capable or expert in work". A profession can be interpreted as a job or position that requires skills obtained through certain education and training according to special requirements, have certain responsibilities and codes of ethics. Teachers can be said to be a profession because not everyone can become a teacher, becoming a teacher must also go through formal education and training, and have a certain code of ethics. This research aims to understand more deeply the concept of teachers as a profession. The method used in this study uses qualitative research methods, in the form of literature studies. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of elementary school students. RME is a learning approach that connects mathematical concepts with real situations that students can find in everyday life. The research method used is qualitative research by reviewing the results of previous studies that are relevant in the context of mathematics learning in elementary schools. Based on the analysis of various studies, the results of the study indicate that the application of RME can improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This is evident in various materials such as geometry (circumference and area of trapezoids and kites), mixed arithmetic operations, and equivalent fractions. RME also plays a role in increasing students' self-esteem and self-efficacy in learning mathematics, which in turn strengthens their motivation and performance. In addition, the learning media used in RME, such as geoboards, can enrich students' learning experiences and facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts in a more concrete way. This study provides an overview that RME not only improves students' cognitive abilities, but also supports their emotional and social development in the context of mathematics learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is entitled "Development of the Education System in South Korea". This article was written with the aim of analyzing and clarifying the comparison of the Korean and Indonesian curricula in more detail. The type of research used in this research is library research. The data source for this research is a journal or scientific article. This research uses data and information collection methods using technology in the form of computers and various library and internet sources such as books, magazines, articles and similar research results. The aim of this research is to consider methods and steps that can be taken to improve the quality of education through comparative educational analysis research. This research shows that there are differences between the two countries, namely in their curriculum. The Korean curriculum focuses on providing students with skills that prepare them to enter the world of work. On the other hand, the Indonesian curriculum focuses on responding to the challenges of the 4.0 revolution era. Therefore, considering that there are still many unresolved unemployment problems in Indonesia, Indonesia needs to emulate several Korean education curricula, especially to prepare students to be ready to enter the world of work.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the problem of optimizing the selection of security team commanders at PT. Pelindo Daya Sejahtera (PDS) to increase operational effectiveness. The aim of the research is to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to select the best candidate to become the best security team commander. The data used includes alternative data as well as criteria such as work experience, leadership skills and technical security knowledge. The ARAS method allows the assessment of candidates based on scores that reflect their performance against established criteria. The result is a rating, which helps management select the most suitable commander based on the rating.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of directly appointing supervisors for non-state civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Medan Customs and Excise Laboratory (BLBC) creates obstacles, due to the absence of a comprehensive assessment such as the social and managerial competence of prospective mentors. This research aims to increase the accuracy of selecting PPNPN supervisors using the profile matching method. This method compares individual competency with position competency to find the gap value between the two. There are 10 alternative names that will be analyzed in this research. The results of this research are a ranking of the names. The alternative that gets the highest ranking is the one who has the right to become the PPNPN supervisor. From the results of the profile matching method calculations that have been carried out, it is found that the employee candidate who has the right to become the selected PPNPN supervisor is Eka Soraya Siregar with a score of 4.18.]]>

<![CDATA[In practice, the Cooperative Education Unit (SPK) does not provide the same space for every Indonesian citizen to get a quality education. SPK has becomea practice of educational capitalism that further widens the gap between one person and another and eliminates the principle of justice where everyone has the right to equal opportunities for education. The method used in this study is normative legal research that uses three approaches, namely the legislative approach, the case approach, andthe conceptual approach. With the analysis using the perspective of critical law and the theory of Justice John Rawls. The result of this study is a policy recommendation so that the Cooperative Education Unit (SPK) school policy as a product of government policy in the education area contained in Permendikbud No. 31 of 2024 should be reviewed, corrected and returned to be a policy in accordance with national education goals. In order to be in line with the constitutional mandate to educate the life of the nation and to provide space or access to every citizen to get his or her constitutional right to education.]]>
