Abstract

Stunting remains a major challenge to human development in Indonesia, as it directly affects the quality of human resources and long-term economic productivity. Central Java Province is among the national priority areas for stunting reduction; however, the efficiency of its intervention programs remains suboptimal. This study aims to analyze the technical efficiency of stunting intervention programs in Central Java Province during the 2019–2023 period by applying a Two-Stage Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach. The study employs secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Central Java Provincial Health Office, and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Input variables include the percentage of infants receiving exclusive breastfeeding, the percentage of infants with complete basic immunization, the percentage of deliveries in health facilities, and the percentage of households with access to safe drinking water and proper sanitation. The output variable is represented by the percentage of children under five with normal nutritional status (height-for-age). The findings reveal that only 5.71 percent of districts or municipalities in Central Java achieved perfect technical efficiency, namely Banjarnegara and Grobogan Regencies. This indicates that most regions have not yet optimized their resources and health service capacities to achieve effective stunting interventions. The study highlights the need for strengthened intersectoral coordination, improvement of basic health service facilities, and better allocation of nutrition-related budgets to enhance systemic efficiency in reducing stunting prevalence at the regional level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of sharia accounting in murabahah and mudharabah contracts in sharia financial institutions based on PSAK 102 and PSAK 105. Murabahah is a sale and purchase contract with a profit margin, while mudharabah is a cooperation contract between the fund owner and the fund manager with a profit sharing system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies and analysis of financial report documents from several sharia financial institutions. The results of the study indicate that the application of PSAK 102 and PSAK 105 is quite consistent, although there are challenges in terms of risk recognition and transparency of profit sharing in mudharabah contracts. Improvement of the accounting information system and HR training is needed to support accountability in recording sharia-based transactions.

Abstract

This study examines corporate growth strategies in the wedding decoration industry with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and local cultural adaptation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores how wedding decoration companies in Indonesia, particularly in Nusa Tenggara Barat, integrate creative business models and environmentally responsible practices to achieve long-term competitiveness. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from leading local enterprises, including Cristall Party Planner and Yazid Decoration. The findings reveal that sustainable growth in this sector is driven by four key factors: product innovation, digital marketing optimization, partnership building with wedding organizers and venues, and the incorporation of local cultural elements into modern design concepts. In addition, the study highlights the implementation of green wedding principles—such as reducing waste, reusing decorative materials, and sourcing locally—which contribute to both environmental protection and brand differentiation. The application of the Ansoff Matrix framework demonstrates how businesses can balance market expansion with risk management through market penetration, product diversification, and strategic collaboration. This study concludes that sustainability-oriented innovation and adaptive corporate growth strategies are essential for maintaining competitiveness in Indonesia’s creative wedding industry.

The results of this study are that the seller will sell his rice field within a specified time limit, when the agreed time the rice field will return to the seller's property without having to redeem it to the buyer. This kind of sale and purchase is an imperfect sale and purchase because the object does not transfer ownership completely forever. The sale and purchase of rice fields in Bebie Hamlet, Mekar Damai Village, Central Lombok Regency has ambiguity in its contract, namely a sale and purchase contract but tends more towards renting. Islamic jurists have different opinions on this matter, some say it is invalid because the rice field does not transfer ownership completely according to the intent of the sale and purchase contract. However, there are also those who allow it based on the basis of mutual consent and has become a custom or habit of the community in Bebie Hamlet, Mekar Damai Village, Central Lombok Regency.
