Abstract

ArtikeJ ini berjudul : "Analisis Pengaruh Pasar Domestik Dan Pasar Ekspor Terbadap Foreign Direct Investment di Indonesia". Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pasar domestic dan pasar eskpor terhadap foreign direct investment di Indonesia baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari produk domestic bruto data ekspor di Indonesia diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia dan dari BPS dari tahun 1980 sampai dengan tahun 2011. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial menunjukan bahwa produk domestic bruto dan ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan secara simultan baik dalam jangka pandek dan jangka panjang variable bebas terhadap variable terikat menunjukan pengaruh signifikan temuan bahwa pada taraf 99 persen, dengan nilai F sebesar 13,94 dan prob. 0,000 Sedangkan R square 0,520984 yang berrti masih 47,90 dipengaruhi factor lain. untuk jangka pendek, sedangkan untuk jangka panjang R square 0,594505 yang berarti masih 40,55 persen dipengaruhi factor lain. Kata Kunci : foreign direct investment, produk domestic bruto, ekspor error correction model jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan koperasi dan kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh positif dan significan terhadap Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil serta mempunyai R square 0,521 artinya pengaruh koperasi dan kewirausahaan terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Wijaya Kusuma sebesar 52,1 % sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara Parsial Koperasi berpengaruh positif dan significan terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Wijaya Kusuma Di Kelurahan Cipinang Melayu Jakarta serta mempunyai R square 0,334 artinya pengaruh koperasi terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil sebesar 33,4 % sisanya dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara parsial kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh positif dan significan terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Wijaya Kusuma Di Kelurahan Cipinang Melayu Jakarta Timurserta mempunyai R square 0,463 artinya pengaruh kewirausahaan terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Wijaya 46,3 % sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti Kata Kunci : Koperasi Dan Kewirausahan Berperanan Terhadap Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil

Abstract

The Purpose of the Study was to investigate the Financial Feasibility qt Agribusiness. Farmer Cashew Agribusiness. The Research Method was surveys in West Lombok Districts.11w respondent were 96 people in West Lombok district, consisting of 74 Farmers, 14 Merchant, 6 Government Officers, 1 Banker and 1 Cashew manufacturing. They were selected by purposive random sampling. The data was collected through questionnaire, interview, and field observation. Abstract

Cicih Ratnasih; Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap keputusan Konsumen dalam Membeli Mobil Merck Honda (studi kasus PT Niaga Bangka Automobile Pangkal Pinang). Tujuan penelitian adalah ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh strategi pemasaran dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli mobil merek Honda. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan sampel 200 pengguna mobil merek Honda di Pangkal Pinang. Metode yang digunakan dengan regresi berganda, dengan asumsi bahwa strategi manakah yang perlu diperhatikan untuk penjualan Mobil Honda ke depan. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan, namun secara parsial variable harga yang tidak signifikan, artinya variable promosi, produk, dan distribusi perlu mendapatkan perhatian perusahaan.

Abstract

This research is aim to get about the performance comparated for Sentra UKM has receipted KUR and Sentra UKM has not receipted KUR with the analysis of Labour Cost Structure, Production Cost Structure and their impact for the return to equity structure. The labour cost structure are not significant correlated and positive effect with the return to equity structure for UKM with KUR and UKM without KUR. The Production Cost Structure are better significant correlated and negative effect with the return to equity structure for UKM with KUR, but not significant correlatet and positive effect for UKM without KUR. The simultan approach, the labour cost structure and the production cost structure are not significant correlated and negatif effect with the return to equity structure for UKM with KUR and UKM without KUR. There are the another variables are most significant correlated and effect for the return to equity structure. Well, the diffi-ent about UKM with KUR and UKM without KUR are :1) better significant correlated and negatif effect for UKM with KUR and 2) not significant correlated and positif effect for UKM without KUR. Sugested for the related institution with UKM for give cozy accessibility for UKM Sentra Industri Kayu and Meubel at Kecamatan Cakung Jakarta Timur inside to institusional banking overall training programm. The training programm are about finance, accounting, marketing system, and production system, And then, to give the sustainable developing and coaching. For the banking institusional, is sugested to make the simplicity for credit administration and procedure, to decrease the credit interest and credit collateral.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Tingkat Pelayanan Hotel Dalam Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel Topas Galeria Bandung. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari hasil penyebaran Kuesioner ( angket terhadap 68 pelanggan yang telah menginap di hotel Topas Galeria Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan secara Probability Sampling dengan metode acak sederhana. Hasil data dianalisis dengan metode Servqual dengan mengukur tingkat 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan Hotel yang memberikan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Wujud Hotel sebesar 82,021%, Keandalan 76,549%, Daya tanggap 81,949%, Kepastian 81,761% dan Empati 75,544%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hotel Topas Galeria dinilai baik dimana pelayanan Hotel telah memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggannya. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Hotel, Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel.

Abstract

The problem of this research is whether are the influence of production and price to LPG export in Indonesia. The research method is explanatory method using associative and quantitative research. The result of this research showed that the influence of production to LPG export in Indonesia is strong enough (r = 0,574). The influence of price to LPG export in Indonesia is very strong (r= -0,906). The influence of production and price together to LPG export in Indonesia is very strong (l? = 0, 908). l'he influence contribution of production and price to LPG export in Indonesia is 82,5% (R2 = 0,825). Key Words : production, price, export and LPG.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using sun,ey research methods to the population. Respondents data were tested using the test of assumptions of classical instruments. analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple correlation analysis and determination analysis used in order to see the relationship and influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. Independent variables in this study is organizational culture, leadership, and motivation, while the dependent variable is performance. This research tests the hypothesis using simultaneous and partial. Based on the results of research and the discussion shows there is a significant variable influences organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly on the perforrnance of employees of PT. Bank Panin Tbk Pangkalpinang Branch, it can be seen from the results of I: test with the significant/probability (0.000) <a (0.05) and Fhitung (9.274)> Frabel (2.883), these results shows that integratedly the organizational culture, leadership, and motivation have a signific effect on performance. Multiple regression equation was Y = 11.916 + 0.576 X1 + 0.086 0.078 X3. The value R = 0.863, which means the influence of organizational culture, leaders p and motivation integraledly have a very strong relationship to performance. Determination coefficient = 0.745, this value can be defined that 74.5% of performance vanables •an be explained by organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly, the remaming 25.5% of the other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

Peranan insentif terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu sarana yang dapat memotivasi untuk bekeija lebth bersemangat sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kelja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh insentif terhadap produktifitas keija karya wan pada PT.Eka Sari Lorena Transport Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah insentif dan produktifitas kerja karyawan yang dmllrkr penisahaan sejak perusahaan berdiri. Sampel penelitian ini adalah data junilah insentg data jumlah karyawan, dan data jumlah produksi, serta jumlah produktifitas keija karyawan selama 10 tahun 2001 - 2011. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada karyawan PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh insentif terhadap produktifiias keija karyawan sangat kuat dan positil yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pen garuh insentif terhadap produktifitas keija karyawan pada PT. Eka Sari Lorena Transport. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh atau persentasi konfribusi insentifterhadap produktifitas keija karyawan. Kata Kunci Insentif dan Produktifitas

Abstract

Problems Identified in this study are : (1) How does the internal environment RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ? ; (2) How External environment RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ? (3) How to formulate a marketing strategy on RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ? ; (4) How does the syatem marketing information on RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ?. Hermina Daan Mogot RSIA hospital that specialized in maternal and child health. In support of its activities, marketing strategy is needed which can be used as a guide for hospitals to implement marketing activities. Therefore, it is important for hospitals to find out how internal and external environment influences companies to produce the correct marketing strategy for the company. Methodology in carrying out the author traveled through one step method. Method of descriptive method with a type study examples on RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot. The study was conducted on the basis of a survey by interviewing and questionnaires for staff and management at the secondary and higher. When analyzing data matrix Aids CRM/EFAS, SWOT diagrams, internal-external matrix and SWOT matrix. On the basis of the analysis was done, the alternative strategies that should be run hospital consolidation strategy. This strategy can be realized by increasing advertising in the media more effectively. To support this strategy, the authors analyze the marketing executive information systems. This system is expected to need Executive reporting in the form of charts and tables that have been completed at the site expand and drill through can be met, so that managers can get the data and information as possible in accordance with their needs.
