Abstract

This research aims to find out whether work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Microfinance Institution (LKM) Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency. The data source uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were 16 employees of the Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency Microfinance Institution. The sample in this study was 16 people. Data analysis techniques include simple linear regression analysis coefficients, coefficients of determination, and T tests. The results of the t test show that the t value of the work discipline variable is greater than t table (7.312 > 1.761) or the sig value is (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that the work discipline variable has a significant effect. positive and significant on performance so that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the financial performance of the Purworejo District Health Office through a value for money approach. This study used descriptivequalitativemethod. -2027wasdeclaredquiteeconomical,namely88.27%in2017becauseitwasintherangeof80%<90%andfor3(three)years.2018-2020isdeclaredaseconomicalbecauseanaverageof92.47% lies in the range of 90% -100%. However, in 2021 it was again declared quite economical at 89.54%. While the pattern of development of the level of efficiency in the financial management of the Purworejo District Health Office for 5 (five) years 2017-2021 is declared inefficient because the efficiency value is more than 100%. This is due to the existence of different work programs each year with different sources of funds even though they have minimized spending with the target. However, in 2021 it was again declared very effective. The greater the level of effectiveness achieved, the better the performance of the PurworejoHealthOffice. This is because there is realization of the budget lower than the target.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and evaluate the results of the implementation of an android-based labor payroll system. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the system, application implementation, problems, and solutions on android-based payroll at Mitra Indo Agro. The results of the study obtained are used to evaluate the factors and parts of the payroll system for this android-based application that needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique where the research subjects as many as 4 employees who are directly related to the android-based payroll process. Data collection techniques are through field studies consisting of interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction steps, data exposure, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses source triangulation. The data presentation technique uses a program flow (flowchart) and fishbone diagrams (fish bones). The results of the research have shown that the Android-based GajiQ system helps provide large databases with the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) method , automate reports such as attendance recap, salary calculations, payroll history reports and make it easier to find labor data. The implementation of the Android-based GajiQ application can be a new medium of choice for companies to manage payroll in real time, quickly, and accurately that does not involve many parties in making payroll, payments, and payroll procedures. Problems found by the system are still bugs or crashes, error messages such as app force close appear.

Abstract

The principles of transparency and accountability must be upheld in the management of village funds. Second, as a key in implementing the program planned by the village government and ensuring that the amount of funds is allocated properly. This researcher entitled The Effect of Government Accountability and Transparency on Village Fund Management (Case Study Turus Village, Kemiri District, Purworejo Regency. The main purpose of this research is that the researcher wants to examine more deeply about the management of the Village Fund, especially in the village of Turus.Sources of data using primary and secondary data.The population in this study is the people who live in Turus Village.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique, with a total of 80 samples.Instrument testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test in the form of: 1) normality, 2) multicollinearity, 3) heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results show that 1) the regression coefficient (β) of Accountability (X1) on the management of village funds (Y) is 0.245 with a significant value of 0.008 (p value <0.05), which means that the Accountability variable has an effect on the management of Village Funds. 2) The test results show the regression coefficient value (β) of Transparency (X2) to the management of village funds (Y) of 0.588 with a significant value of 0.000 (p value <0.05), which means that variable transparency partially affects the management of Village Funds. 3) The value of sig p is 0.00, because the value of sig. p < 0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a simultaneous influence between the accountability variable and the transparency variable on the management of village funds. then it is known that F count = 36.467 which means that the variables of accountability andtransparency simultaneously affects the management of village funds. 4) The result of the coefficient of determination shows 0.486. It can be interpreted that the transparency and transparency variables simultaneously are 48.6%, while the variables outside the measured are (100%-48.6%) = 51.4%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-service quality on the decision to repurchase Prameks train tickets. The population in this study were KAI Access users who bought Prameks train tickets. The sampling technique in this study used purposive random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 96 people. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test which is processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the simple regression equation Y= 3.859+0.961X results in a constant coefficient of 3.859. The results of the price coefficient of determination show that the contribution of the e-service quality variable is 57.4%, while 46.2% is influenced by other variables not studied. Based on the t test, the e-service quality variable shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because the significance value obtained is (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction of the Siskeudes application in Bruno District. The research design used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling used was using the Slovin formula. The error rate was 10% from 122 PPKD (Village Financial Management Implementers) spread across 18 villages in Bruno District so that a total of 54 respondents were obtained. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, distributing questionnaires, documentation and heritage studies. Hypothesis testing was carried out using analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application program. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially there was a positive and significant influence between system quality on system user satisfaction, partially there was a positive and significant influence between information quality on system user satisfaction, simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence between system quality and information quality on satisfaction. siskeudes users. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality on the satisfaction of patients who visit RSU Palang Biru Kutoarjo. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and library studies. people. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and library studies. Data analysis techniques use , simple linear regression, t test and determination test research results. The simple linear regression line equation produces the equation Y= 29,271+0.601X1. The constant coefficient value results in 29,271. This means that if the value of the Health Services variable is 0 (zero), then the level or magnitude of the Patient Satisfaction variable is 29,271. The Health Services variable has a coefficient of 0.601. A value of 0.601 means that if the value of the Health Services variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered fixed or constant then the level of Patient Satisfaction is 0.601. Determination analysis produces an R Square of 0.326, this number is called the coefficient of determination value. The determination value is 0.326 or 32.6%. This figure means that 32.6% of patient satisfaction can be explained using the Health Service variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 67.4% (100%-32.6%) is likely influenced by other variables not studied such as comfort, facilities, etc. .Hypothesis testing (t test) shows that the Health Service variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction (Y). This means that the null hypothesis which states that there is no positive and significant influence between the Health Service variable on Patient Satisfaction is rejected and the working hypothesis (H1) which states that there is a positive and significant influence between Health Service and Patient Satisfaction is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction of the Grab online application in Purworejo. In the research, the population was Grab users in the Purworejo Regency area. The number of Grab users is unknown and can be said to be in the infinite category. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the hope that the researcher will obtain a representative sample based on the specified criteria. So the total research sample was 97 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, t test and f test. The research results from the multiple linear regression line equation produce the equation Y=-4.136+0.888X1+0.262X2. The constant coefficient value obtained is -4.136. This means that if the value of the e-servicequality and price variables is equal to 0, then the level or magnitude of the customer satisfaction variable is -4.136. The e-service quality variable has a coefficient of 0.888. A value of 0.888 means that if the value of the e-service quality variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.888. The price variable has a coefficient of 0.262. A value of 0.262 means that if the value of the price variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.262. Determination analysis produces an Ajusted R Square of 0.837, this figure means that 83% of the level of customer satisfaction can be explained using the e-service quality and price variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 17% may be influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example company image, promotion and brand ambassador factors. The t test shows that the e-service quality variable shows that the calculated t is greater than the t table (12,636> 1,661). This means that hypothesis 1 (H1) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between e-service quality on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The price variable obtained by t calculated is greater than t table (3267 > 1,661). This means that hypothesis 2 (H2) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The f test shows that F count > F table or (247,816 > 3.09) which means Hypothesis 3 (H3) which states that simultaneously there is a significant influence between e-service quality and price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The Reformation Era demands the implementation of regional autonomy, authority in the field of regional finance which includes collection of sources of regional income, administration, management, accountability, supervision of regional finances and of course the determination of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) becomes the authority of the region. The amount of the budget in a regional apparatus organization depends on the amount of the APBD of a region, the budget planning process is very important related to the implementation of programs and activities in public organizations or regional apparatus organizations as well as at the Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menegah dan Perdagangan.The budget preparation process is carried out by referring to the budgeting mechanism so that the implementation of programs and activities can run optimally. The analysis uses interactive analysis model data techniques from three main componen, data reduction, data presentation and data verifictation. Presentation of data either trought referrals or interviews with resource person from the planning sector at the office uses presentation that will clarify the research.Keyword: financial planing, bugeting mechanism
