Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara koleksi buku dan pelayanan terhadap mina baca siswa pada perpustakaan SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena data penelitian menggunakan angka untuk menyimpulkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada perpustakaan SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo yang berjumlah 571 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 58 siswa dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu : regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F.Berdasarkan penelitian oleh penulis akhirnya diperoleh hasil regresi berganda yaitu Y = (-0,416) + 0,639(X1) + 0,306(X2). Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan angka adjusted R Square sebesar 0,131 atau 13,1%. Angka tersebut berarti bahwa sebesar 13,1% minat baca siswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel koleksi buku dan pelayanan. Sedangkan sisanya 86,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian seperti faktor pembawaan, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, kesehatan, keadaan jiwa dan kebiasaan.Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil t tabel sebesar 1,672, t hitung variabel koleksi buku sebesar 1,962 dengan nilai sig 0,055 sehingga H1 diterima. Sedangkan t hitung variabel pelayanan sebesar 1,412 dengan nilai sig 0,163 sehingga H2 ditolak. Uji f menunjukkan angka f tabel 3,158 dengan tingkat keyakinan 0,05 dan f hitung sebesar 5,371 dengan nilai sig 0,007, maka H3 yang menyatakan secara simultan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel koleksi buku dan pelayanan terhadap minat baca siswa pada perpustakaan SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo diterima dan Ho ditolak.Kata Kunci : Koleksi Buku, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Minat Baca

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana persepsi pegawai terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo, (2) Upaya apa sajakah yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh karena jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo yang berjumlah 53 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik kuisioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan rekapitulasi data hasil kuisioner dan memaparkan hasil kuisioner.Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat 81,13% pegawai yang ada di kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo merasa nyaman dan puas terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik secara langsung. Dan masih ada 18,87% yang belum merasa puas dan nyaman dengan keadaan lingkungan kerja fisik di kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo. Terdapat 81,57% pegawai yang ada di kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo merasa nyaman dan puas terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik yang memiliki perantara atau lingkungan umum. Dan masih ada 18,43% yang belum merasa puas dan nyaman dengan keadaan lingkungan kerja fisik yang memiliki perantara atau lingkungan umumdi kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk lebih meningkatkan kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik yaitu dengan cara seperti mendesasin ulang kantor, lebih dapat mengidentifikasi gangguan yang ada di lingkungan kantor karena letak berada di pinggir jalan, sarana penerangan dan pencahayaan di ruang kerja terpenuhi, perpaduan warna yang tidak mengganggu pegawai dan kualitas udara yang terdapat di kantor lebih di tingkatkan dengan dengan fentilasi yang cukup.Keyword: Persepsi Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on the profitability of textile and garment manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019. The sample selection method used purposive sampling. This study uses multiple regression analysis methods, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and T test) to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variables used to measure working capital are cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover. And the dependent variable used to measure profitability is Return On Assets (ROA). The number of research samples is as many as 6 textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019. The results of this study indicate that the variables of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have a significant effect on ROA.Keywords: Working Capital, Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover and ROA

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and company size on the integrity of financial statements (in the plastic and packaging sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study is the plastics sub-sector company. and packaging listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019 were 15 companies.The sampling method used was purposive sampling, where samples that met the criteria were 6 companies over a period of 3 years, so the number of samples of research data was 18. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and company size affect the integrity of financial statements.Keyword: institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and company size

Abstract

The business world in 2020 is said to be a golden year. There is no end to discussing business developments in the country. This is because Indonesia itself is a country that has extraordinary business development potential. Many analysts and observers say that Indonesia is a very large market to be a good habitat for business development followed by the development of the existing internet. Shopee is a buying and selling site or online market place that specifically provides buying and selling transactions. These advertisements often appear on internet or online social media. Likewise with the public, when they see Shoope advertisements in online media, many consumers are interested and carry out buying and selling transactions. They often buy products such as clothes, beauty equipment and other accessory products. Shopee advertisements appear almost all the time on Social Media, Shopee advertisements also offer discounts, free shipping and quality goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether partially general interior, store layout, and interior display have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and to simultaneously determine whether store exterior, general interior, store layout, and interior display have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The research was conducted on consumers at Jodo Plaza Purworejo. The study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with t-tests and F-tests involving the variables store exterior (X1), general interior (X2), store layout (X3), interior display (X4), and purchase decisions (Y). The calculation results yielded the regression equation Y = 2.466 + 0.784 X1 + 0.254 X2 + 0.354 X3 - 0.112 X4 + e. This means that if the values of store exterior, general interior, store layout, and interior display variables on the research object are equal to zero, then the level or magnitude of the purchase decision variable is 2.466. The testing of the first hypothesis (H1) resulted in a significance value (sig) of 0.00 (P<0.05) and a positive value of 8.660, meaning that partially, store exterior (X1) has a significant effect on purchase decisions (Y) and is accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) yielded a sig value of 0.002 (p < 0.05) and a positive value of 3.192, meaning that partially, general interior (X2) has a significant effect on purchase decisions (Y) and is accepted. The third hypothesis (H3) produced a sig value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a positive value of 4.763, meaning that partially, store layout (X3) has a significant effect on purchase decisions (Y) and is accepted. The fourth hypothesis (H4) resulted in a value of 0.153, and the t-test showed -1.441. With a sig value of 0.153 (p > 0.05) and a negative value of -1.441, it means that partially, interior display (X4) has a significant effect on purchase decisions (Y) and is rejected. The ANOVA test yielded an F-value of 102.521, with a positive significant value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the fifth hypothesis (H5) that store exterior, general interior, store layout, and interior display simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decisions (Y) and is accepted.

Abstract

This research examines empirically the effect of Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Quick Ratio (QR), and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) to Company Values in manufacturing companiesin the consumer goods industry sector, food and beverage sub sector for the period 2020 – 2022. The ones in this research are all finance reports of food and baverage sub sector manufacturing companies that passed the sampling criteria for 3 years from 2020 – 2022. The sampling method was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The type of data analysis used in this research is quantitative data, with descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression, coefficient of determination and multiple correlation, partial test (T test) and simultaneous test (F test) using the SPSS version 16 application. This research shows that Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Quick Ratio (QR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) have a positive effect on Company alue in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector, food and baverage sub-sector for period 2020 – 2022. Based on simultaneous testing, it states that Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Quick Ratio (QR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industrial sector, food and beverage sub-sector for the period 2020 – 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and evaluate the results of the implementation of an android-based labor payroll system. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the system, application implementation, problems, and solutions on android-based payroll at Mitra Indo Agro. The results of the study obtained are used to evaluate the factors and parts of the payroll system for this android-based application that needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique where the research subjects as many as 4 employees who are directly related to the android-based payroll process. Data collection techniques are through field studies consisting of interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction steps, data exposure, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses source triangulation. The data presentation technique uses a program flow (flowchart) and fishbone diagrams (fish bones). The results of the research have shown that the Android-based GajiQ system helps provide large databases with the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) method, automate reports such as attendance recap, salary calculations, payroll history reports and make it easier to find labor data. The implementation of the Android-based GajiQ application can be a new medium of choice for companies to manage payroll in real time, quickly, and accurately that does not involve many parties in making payroll, payments, and payroll procedures. Problems found by the system are still bugs or crashes, error messages such as app force close appear.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of package price and network quality on customer loyalty of Telkomsel cards in the Kaliglagah Village area. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability technique, namely the incidental sampling technique. The population of Telkomsel card users is infinite so that the number of samples in this study was calculated using the Lemeshow formula with the results of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were the Likert scale, validity and reliability tests. Correlation coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, determination analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the multiple linear regression test calculation number Y = 6.105 + 0.411X1 + 0.252X2 showed that every increase in one score for the package price variable is an increase in customer loyalty by 0.411, every increase in one score for the network quality variable will be an increase in customer loyalty by 0.252. The determination test obtained a determination coefficient of 0.559 that the customer loyalty variable can be influenced by the package price and network quality variables by 55.9%. From the t-test, it can be concluded that the package price variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty variable because it has a significance of 0.000 (P>0.05) and a calculated t value> t table (4.601> 1.984), meaning that the package price variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). The same applies to the network quality variable (X2) which has a significance of 0.000 (P>0.05) and a calculated t value> t table (3.086> 1.984), so it can be concluded that the network quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Customer loyalty can be increased by providing additional facilities on the card in the form of affordable Telkomsel card prices, and maintaining stable network quality.

Abstract

Modern retailers must have the right strategy so that consumers are interested in making purchases and especially consumers have impulsive purchases. There are several factors that can influence impulsive purchases, including hedonic and store atmosphere. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting a study entitled "The Effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Store Atmosphere on Impulsive Purchases (Study on Consumers of Laris Department Stores & Supermarkets in Purworejo)". The population in this study were consumers of Laris Department Stores & Supermarkets in Purworejo with an unknown number because there was no data. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that the purchase variables of hedonic shopping motivation and store atmosphere have a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases, both partially and simultaneously, thus both variables are important factors that influence impulsive purchasing decisions at Laris Toserba and Supermarket Purworejo.
