Abstract

The background is that there is productive use of land around irrigation by the community which is an asset of the Regional Government, so according to applicable regulations levies/retributions are imposed which will become a source of Regional Original Income. Optimizing income must maintain the sustainability of wealth sources without changing ownership status, the implementation stage is carried out well, efficiently, effectively and sustainably. The aim of the research is to determine the growth rate of levy receipts and determine the effectiveness of levy receipts from 2019 to 2023 at the Progo Bogowonto Luk Ulo PSDA Hall, Kedu Ex-Karisidenan Area. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis, data is obtained through observation, documentation and interviews, then the data is analyzed using the Growth Formula and Effectiveness Formula. Research Results (1) The results of the analysis calculations show negative growth in 2020 (-5.49%), positive growth in 2021 (22.12%), positive growth in 2022 (1.91%), positivegrowth in 2023 (9, 56%). (2) The results of effectiveness analysis calculations show that in 2019 (98.61%) the criteria were effective, in 2020 (109.36%) the criteria were very effective, in 2021 (100.06%) the criteria were very effective, in 2022 (100.92%) %) very effective criteria, in 2023 (101.35%) very effective criteria. Conclusion The results of the growth analysis show a dominant positive percentage, the results of the effectiveness analysis show a dominant percentage with very effective criteria, factors that influence optimization include awareness of levy users, levy management services, applicable regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential for developing the coconut sugar industry to encourage the implementation of the SDGs and determine the factors that support and hinder the development of the coconut sugar industry in Durenombo II Hamlet, Durensari Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data was collected by interviews, documentation, literature study and observation. The research results show that (1) The potential for developing the coconut sugar industry in Durenombo II Hamlet, Durensari Village, has succeeded in encouraging the implementation of village SDGs, including: Villages without poverty, Villages without hunger, Healthy and prosperous villages, Quality village education, Villages worthy of clean water and sanitation, and Partnership for village development. (2) Supporting factors, namely, the existence of the Business Partner Cooperative helps craftsmen in marketing coconut sugar, provides capital, and improves the organizational and management capabilities of the community. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors are limited raw materials, limited labor, and limited equipment for producing coconut sugar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on Tri SIM card customer satisfaction in Purworejo.The population is Tri SIM card customers in Purworejo with unknown data. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were validity testing, reliability testing, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.The validity test results show that all statement items have a Pearson correlation value above the critical value limit, namely 0.3. The reliability test results show that the Cronbach's alpha value is more than0.70. The results of the correlation coefficient test show that the Pearson correlation value for product quality is 0.422, and service quality is 0.537. The results of the multiple linear regression test show a constant of 0.384, a b1 value of 0.309 and b2 of 0.541. The coefficient of determination test results show an Adjusted R square value of 0.312. The results of the t test show that the calculated t value for product quality is 2.345 (> 1.661) with a sig value of 0.021 (< 0.05), and the calculated t value for service quality is 4.625 (> 1.661) with a sig value of 0.003 (< 0.05). The F test results show an F value > 4, and a sig value of 0.000 (< 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate village community empowerment activities funded by Village Funds in Mudalrejo Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency. Village Funds allocated by the central government are expected to encourage increased community welfare through empowerment programs that involve active community participation in the planning and implementation process. This evaluation was conducted using a qualitative approach that combines in-depth interview methods, observation, and documentation studies of the implementation of empowerment activities using Village Funds. The focus of this study covers three main aspects, namely: effectiveness of fund use, level of community participation, and socio-economic impacts on village communities. The results of the study indicate that although there are several challenges in implementation, such as lack of understanding of budget management and limited human resource capacity, empowerment activities funded by Mudalrejo Village Funds have had a positive impact on improving people's standard of living, especially in the economic and village infrastructure sectors. The community showed active participation in the activities carried out, although there were several obstacles related to the involvement of marginalized groups. This study recommends the need to increase human resource capacity, transparency in fund management, and improve communication between the village government and the community for the sustainability of empowerment in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The variables studied include promotion (X1), price (X2), product completeness (X3), and product quality (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to active Shopee users. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a specific sampling technique (eg purposive sampling). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that all independent variables, namely promotion, price, product completeness, and product quality, simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially, the variables promotion (X1), price (X2), product completeness (X3), and product quality (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) have the greatest influence on purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of a marketing strategy that focuses on attractive promotions, competitive pricing, completeness of products offered, and improving product quality to improve consumer purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. This research is expected to contribute to the development of marketing strategies in e-commerce, especially for Shopee, as well as being a reference for further research in similar fields.Keywords: purchasing decisions, promotions, prices, product completeness, product quality, Shopee e-commerce

Abstract

The study aims to determine whether partially and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of the independent variables—price, promotion, and brand image—on the dependent variable, which is the purchase decision. The population in this research consists of Honda motorcycle consumers in Purworejo Regency. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires with alternative answer choices based on a Likert scale consisting of 5 options. The questionnaires were pre-tested and fulfilled the requirements for validity and reliability.The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through t-tests and F-tests. The independent variables are price, promotion, and brand image, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The results of the study show that, partially, price has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions; promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions; and brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, price, promotion, and brand image collectively have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas dan raiso aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah KSPPS An- Nuur Kutoarjo, serta objek penelitiannya yaitu likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas serta profitabilitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Statistik dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktivitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas, (2) likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (3) Solvabilias berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (4) Aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di bidang pertanian tersebut maka diperlukan basis dimasyarakat untuk mengembangkan usaha dan produktivitas hasil pertanian tertama bagi para petani. Pemberdayaan petani melalui Pendidikan non formal dengan pendekatan secara kelompok atau social group work diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang ada dikalangan petani dan juga mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Salah satu basis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani adalah dengan adanya Gabungan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air atau GP3A. GP3A “Tirta Mulyo Makmur” merupakan kelembagaan yang bersifat sosial dan sukarela yang anggotanya para petani yang mendapatkan manfaat dalam satu sistem Daerah Irigasi Mranti. Oleh karena itu untuk membuktikan pengaruh dan kontribusi GP3A dalam mensejahterakan anggotanya maka diangkatlah penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran GP3A “Tirta Mulyo Makmur” terbentuk dan peran sertanya dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya, mendeskripsikan efektivitas progam kegiatan GP3A, serta menggambarkan kondisi perekonomian anggota GP3A setelah kelembagaan berjalan. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survei langsung dilapangan dan mewawancarai orang-orang yang berkepentingan di GP3A. Temuan dilapangan adalah masalah ketersediaan air irigasi untuk mengaliri sawah. Sehingga salah satu implikasi dan peran GP3A adalah pemberian air irigasi kepada petani secara adil. Selain itu kegiatan GP3A Tirta Mulyo Makmur Daerah Irigasi Mranti aktif mengusulkan progam- progam kepada Pemerintah seperti perbaikan saluran irigasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions at the Tomika 7 minimarket. Price is an important factor in influencing consumer behavior, especially in the context of fiercely competitive minimarkets. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were Tomika 7 minimarket customers. The research results showed that price had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Factors such as affordability, suitability of price to product quality, and promotions or discounts are the main elements that influence customer perceptions of price. Data analysis using linear regression shows that the price variable contributes 65% to purchasing decisions, while the rest is influenced by other factors such as location, service and product variety. Thus, Tomika 7 minimarkets are advised to continue to maintain a competitive pricing strategy and provide added value through discounts or customer loyalty programs to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study focuses on the identification and resolution of Factors Affecting Employee Job Satisfaction (Salary, Working Conditions, Co-workers) of Bayan Police, Purworejo Police. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 24 employees of Bayan Police, Purworejo Police. As respondents in this study using the Likert scale formula as a sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used 3 variables, namely salary, working conditions and co-workers. The results of the study showed that respondents agreed that when viewed from the salary variable, it stated that Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police agreed with the salary according to rank and position. The working conditions variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police, which was proven by respondents agreeing that when viewed from the working conditions variable, it stated that Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police agreed with safe working conditions, free from danger and clean. Respondents were neutral that when viewed from the co- workers variable, it stated that Bayan Police employees, Purworejo Police were neutral, which means they have an attitude of impartiality between one member and another, willing to help me when facing difficulties.
