Abstract

The observations show that the inventory system at sumberrejo drug store used a manual system. It was done by calculating and processing drug inventory data into an inventory book so it can result in late delivery of information to the owner and the accuracy of the calculation is less guaranteed. This research aims to design Sumberrejo drug store information system and implement the system. Data collection used 3 methods, namely observation, dokumentation and interviews. Based on the problems, objectives, research, analysis results, discussion and test results of the previous information system applcation program at sumberrejo drug store, data analysis was still manual using books as the main media in recording and had been improved by making the drug store information system application. Therefore, the application is in accordance with the system needs. The application design of drug store information system sumberrejo includes: drug data, supplier data, transaction data, stock reports, drug sales and purchases. The results of of testing using the black box testing method of drug store information system of employees and managers of sumberrejo drug store show that the designed of drug store information system is easily understood in terms of appearance, so it is user friendly and is considered quite satisfying to the user. In addition, the drug store information system application is sufficient to meet the objectives.

Abstract

Sahid University Surakarta is a university which located in Jl. Adi Sucipto No.154, Jajar, Laweyan, Surakarta, Central Java. The Student Executive Board (BEM) is an intra-campus student organization and executive organization in university. In recording of voting election from BEM leader, it is conducted manually and has several weaknesses. This study aims to design and implementan e-voting application in the election of BEM leader at Sahid Surakarta University. System design method based on OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) while the data collection methods cover observation, interviews, and literature review. The software development procedure uses the waterfall model. The procedure of development consists of need analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Meanwhile, the research respondent were 30 students of informatics engineering at Sahid Surakarta University. The rulests of this study show that (1) evoting application for the election of BEM leader at Sahid Surakarta University has the method of results report on the election, the details of the candidates and the candidate pair, open and close voting. Besides, there are features of the voter export, election period and voting results analyzing (2) the application of e-voting runs 100% with no errors in the functional aspects. Moreover, in the aspects of user testing with the survey method, the total value obtained an average of 3.35 with interpretation strongly agrees to the system anf tools.

Abstract

SMK (Vocational Senior High School) Batik 1 Surakarta has an extracurricular organization PMR Wira SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. PMR has activities such as registeringnew members to increase the number of members. PMR encountered problems with the registration process manually by filling out the registration form. Therefore, it is necessary to build a website-based of PMR Wira SMK Batik 1 Surakarta information system using the CodeIgniter framework. It aims to assist members in the member registration process and to help users get information about the PMR organization as needed. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation and questionnaires. Furthermore, this study used a system development method of waterfall method which consist of six stages, namely system analyst and design, software requirements analys, system design, coding, testing and system maintenance. This application was build with the CodeIgniter framework, PHP programming language and Mysql database. The result of testing the system using the webqual method show that the quality of usability has a negative effect on user satisfaction because it has a significance of 0.610 > 0.05, while information quality has a negative effect on user satisfaction since it has a significance value of 0.204 > 0.05. Moreover, the quality of service interactions has a positiveeffect on satisfaction users since it has a significance of 0.007 < 0.05.Quality of usability, information quality and service quality of interaction simultaneously affect user satisfaction because it has a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the user feels satisfied with the system created.

Abstract

Dangue Fever (Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) is one of the main problems in Indonesia with the low value of the national larvae rate (Angka Bebas Jentik(ABJ) in 2017 of 46.7%. This value is still under the program target set by the government of ≥ 95%, so it needs socialization. With the development of android smartphone technology, socialization can be interestingly and easily understood. DBD socialization is more interesting with information, images and animated videos about DBD with the android-based application. The banefit of this application is people gain insight into DBD from prevention, symptoms, and treatment. This application development used the waterfall methodology and android studio software. In addition, After Effect CC was used to make animated videos. The research resulted in an android-bases DBD socialization application with a minimum version of Lollipop and short animations about DBD. Moreover, testing result using two version of android Lollipop and Pie shows that the application managed to run smoothly.

Abstract

CV. Ladapedas Creative Surakarta is a service company focused on the yearbook. At present, Ladapedas employees have not used the presence and the calculation of employee salaries is manually, namely the company leader calculates the basic salary plus the bonus projects that are carried out by the employee. It makes difficult to get attendance information, discipline and inefficiency in the process of calculating employee salaries. The objectives of this research is to make a Civil Service Application CV. Web-Based Creative Surakarta Ladapedas is expected to accelerate the process of filling employee attendance and the process of calculating employee salaries. Data collection technique used observation, interviews and documentation. The system development method used the waterfall method which consists of four stages namely analysis, design, coding and testing. This application was built using the CodeIgniter framework, the PHP programming language and the MySQL Database while testing using the Webqual method. Based on the concept and design, it can be concluded that the CV staffing application has been built. Ladapedas Creative Surakarta can be accessed by two user namely admin and employee. On the admin page, the are employee data menus, attendance data menus, permit data menus and payroll menus. On the employee page, there is a presence menu, permit menu, view presence menu and salary data menu. The webqual system test result show that the quality of usability, quality of information, quality of interaction simultaneously affect user satisfaction as indicated by the significance value of 0.000<0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the user is satisfied with the employement application of CV. Ladapedas Creative Surakarta.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kedungtuban merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta yang masih menggunakan proses manual dalam mengolah data pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Sistem pengarsipan surat di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kedungtuban masih menggunakan media kertas sebagai arsip utama sehingga sering mengalami kesulitan atau kendala dalam pencarian data, kesalahan dalam penulisan data, dan kehilangan data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kedungtuban sehingga dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam pengelolaan arsip surat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan waterfall yang merupakan metode pengembangan sistem informasi terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap pembuatan desain sistem, tahap pembuatan sistem, dan tahap uji coba. Tahap uji coba dilakukan black box testing. Dalam membuat database aplikasi ini, program yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Access 2007 dengan membuat tabel yang diperlukan, antarmuka dan form input surat dibuat pada Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (VB Net) dan laporan surat dibuat menggunakan SAP Crystal Report Viewer 13.0.19. Aplikasi ini terbagi atas dua pengguna, yaitu admin yang memanage sistem dan user yang menjalankan aplikasi. Hasil dari pengujian dengan sistem blackbox testing menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka, form input surat dan tombol yang ada dalam aplikasi telah berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

MOPIN: Art Project is a workshop in the arts and provides various artistic products. The problem faced by MOPIN: Art Project is a sales system that is still manual, with consumers having to come directly to the workshop if they want to buy products. The research aims to build an e-commerce application for creative crafts on MOPIN: Art Project so it produces an online store that can be used properly. The method used a waterfall approach. The waterfall method is used to develop the system through sequential stages, namely analysis, design, coding, and testing. System analysis used PIECES method and system design used (UML) Unified Modelling Lenguage. This research produces a website-based e-commerce application with Home, Products, Contacts, Shopping Cart, Admin Pages, and Member Pages menus. The results of webqual testing of 4 factors, namely Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction, and Overall, shows the results from the total quality of the website are 64.7%, so it can be concluded that the quality of the website is quite good

Abstract

The development of technology and completeness of electronic equipment do not cause changes in society. It is indicated by the fact that the community still uses a simple key sistem. In opening and closing the door, they still use conventional keys such as child locks and sliding locks. This type of locking has been applied as a general locking method. However , the obstacles that occur in manual locking are the difficulty in opening the lock, for example, a jammed lock that requires extra effort to open. The use of manual locks is easy to duplicate, is prone to lose if taken away, and can allow other people to enter private homes or rooms. Therefore we need a door locking system that can provide ease of use from conventional locking, namely using automatic locking with a knock pattern. This research aims to design an automatic lock using an Arduino – based knock pattern, which provides another alternative in locking the door. This study uses a trial and error method, where the tool will continue to be tested until it is successfully implemented. This study uses a piezoelectric as a reader of vibrations resulting from a given beat. Furthermore, the given vibration will be stored by the system as a password to unlock the door. Relays are used to cut or supply voltage to the solenoid. Red led and green led is used as user indicators. Push – button is used to rest when entering a new password on the system. The result of this research is that the automatic unlocking system can identify the number of beats. If the number of beats detected is less than or equal to 20 (twenty), then the beats are correct, and the beats are wrong if the number of beats is more that 20 (twenty). The automatic unlocking system can also identift the slow and loud knocks when you want to unlock the door. The sound produced from a knock recorded using a smartphone device cannot be used as a door opener or cannot be used as an access control method. It is since the recorded knock sound does not provide sufficient vibration to be identified as a beat by the system.

Abstract

Blind people are individuals who have visual impairments. Blindness can be classified into two groups, namely: total blindness (blind) and low vision. According to the indonesian Ministry of Health, the number of blind people in Indonesia is 1.5%. If Indonesia’s current population is 2.5 mmillion, there are at least 3.750.000 blind people, both in the blind and visually impaired category. Blind people have limitations in the sense of sight so that the mobility of the blind can use the stick. Conventional sticks are generally straight, long,, foldable, and in the form of the hollow aluminum tube with and outer radius of 6 mm and a density of 103 kg 2.7 ‘md. Blind conventional sticks still have many shortcomings, so that the development of technology in the form sensors makes it possible to make blind sticks with Arduino-based hole and puddle detection. This study aims to design and implement a blind sticks to detect holes and puddles-based Arduino. The data collection method used literature study, tool design and making as well as tool testing. The results show that when the stick moved forward, the sonsor succeeded in detecting a hole with a depth of 90cm – 140cm, and the sensor was also successful in detection and warning of the puddle with a depth of more then 1cm.

Abstract

Warung sate kambing Mbak Wid memiliki luas ruangan 3m x 5m dengan 1 kipas angin di dalam ruangannya. Kipas angin di warung sate kambing Mbak Wid cara pengoperasiannya masih manual dengan cara memutar potensiometer jika ada pembeli dan suhu di dalam ruangan tersebut panas, jika tidak ada pembeli kipas angin akan dimatikan. Pengoperasian kipas angin yang manual dapat merepotkan pegawai dan pemilik sate kambing Mbak Wid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengaturan kipas angin otomatis menggunakan sensor LM35 berbasis arduino di warung sate kambing Mbak Wid. Perancangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, literatur, eksperimen, dan dokumentasi. Pengaturan kipas angin otomatis menggunakan software Arduino IDE untuk memasukkan perintah dan Processing IDE digunakan untuk mengolah nilai suhu. Sensor LM35 mampu mendeteksi suhu ruangan dengan akurat pada jarak 1,5m - 2,5m. Pada jarak 3m sensor masih bisa mendeteksi suhu tetapi kurang akurat, sedangkan pada jarak 3,5 meter sensor akan mendeteksi suhu loncat tidak beraturan. Hasil dari penelitian ini pengaturan kipas angin otomatis dapat menyalakan dan mematikan kipas angin secara otomatis. Pengaturan kipas angin otomatis dapat menyalakan kipas angin secara otomatis pada suhu ≥ 270C dan dapat mematikan kipas angin secara otomatis pada suhu < 270C. Kipas angin dapat menyala dan mati secara otomatis pada pukul 09.00 - 10.00. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada pukul 09.00 - 10.00 terdapat suhu < 270C dan ≥ 270C. Pada pukul 11.00 - 16.00 kipas angin akan terus menyala, karena pada pukul 11.00 - 16.00 suhu selalu ≥ 270C. Mati dan menyala kipas angin belum stabil. Deteksi perubahan suhu dan waktu aktif berubah - ubah secara signifikan.
