Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara menggunakan bahasa Inggris di dunia pendidikan pada era modern menjadi sebuah keniscayaan yang dapat di dengarkan tidak terkecuali di Pondok Modern Daarul Abror. Sebagai sebuah lembaga yang memiliki visi Terciptanya Kader Ulama A’milin yang Berkualitas dan Memiliki Pemahaman Islam yang kaffah serta Menguasai IPTEK, menjadi sebuah keharusan untuk memberikan segenap santrinya program bahasa Inggris. Implementasi Program Bahasa Inggris menjadi elemen sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara santri. Setidaknya ada tiga hal untuk melihat sejauh mana Implementasi Program Bahasa Inggris dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kualitatif deskriptif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Dalam proses berjalannya program bahasa masih terdapat kekurangan, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi oleh pondok modern daarul abror ialah perlu adanya meningkatkan kualitas guru bahasa dan pembinaan kepada guru dan pengurus yang lebih baik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK MANAJEMEN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MEMBINA AFEKTIF SISWA (Studi Kasus di Madrasah Aliyah Terpadu Jada Bahrin Kecamatan Merawang Kabupaten Bangka) Oleh Gunadi NIM. 228101001 Maraknya berbagai kasus pelanggaran yang dialami oleh siswa menjadi alasan kuat dibutuhkannya manajemen kepala madrasah. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan sistem manajemen yang mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dapat membina afektif siswa. Madrasah Aliyah Terpadu Jada Bahrin merupakan madrasah yang mempunyai manajemen kepala madrasah untuk mengelola pembinaan kesiswaan, peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa dan mengatur siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji lebih rinci tentang manajemen kepala madrasah dalam membina afektif siswa. Sehingga dapat membantu siswa dalam menerapkan kewajibannya sebagai seorang pelajar di madarasah dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup prosedur pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tekhnik. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Manajemen kepala madrasah dalam membina afektif siswa melalui empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, organisasi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dengan menyusun program-program inovasi yang mendukung pembinaan afektif, organisasi dengan pembagian tugas, pelaksanakan dengan program-program inovasi, dan tahapan evaluasi dengan melibatkan tim internal madrasah. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen kepala madrasah dalam membina afektif siswa terdiri dari faktor internal dan ekstrenal. Faktor internal meliputi kepemimpjnan pribadi, keterampilan manajerial, dan visi pendidikan. Faktor eksternal terdiri dari regulasi pemerintah, dukungan komunitas, dan kondisi ekonomi. Pihak madrasah masih perlu mendapatkan pelatihan yang berkesinambungan terkait manajemen, kerjasama dengan komunitas dan regulasi pemerintahan.

Abstract

Inclusive education is a principle that highlights the significance of ensuring equitable educational opportunities for all students, including those with disabilities or other special requirements. Madrasahs, as Islamic educational institutions, bear a social and religious obligation to offer an all-encompassing educational setting for every child, irrespective of their background. The implementation of inclusive education in madrasahs encompasses multiple facets, such as learners, educators, curriculum, facilities, and infrastructure. This study utilizes a qualitative approach to investigate the implementation of inclusive education for students with special needs at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Bangka Tengah. This research aims to provide a detailed description of the implementation of inclusive education at MIN 1 Bangka Tengah. According to the findings, the implementation involved the identification and assessment of children with special needs, as observed by students. Educators still faced challenges in providing care for children with special needs. (c) In terms of the curriculum, the madrasah has not yet created a specific curriculum for students with special needs. (d) The madrasah is still developing its facilities and infrastructure. We have identified five factors that influence the implementation of inclusive education: a) knowledge of inclusive education; b) teacher training; c) teacher attitudes; d) teacher and learner communication; and e) the role of parents.

Abstract

Kitab Waṣāyā Al-Abāi Lil Abnāi merupakan sebuah kitab rujukan penting dalam pembinaan akhlak karya Syaikh Muhammad Syakir Al-Iskandari, berisi bimbingan akhlak yang harus diamalkan dan banyak manfaatnya dalam kehidupan sehari-sehari Penelitian ini fokus pada nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Waṣāyā al-Abāi Li al-Abnāi. Hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemerosotan akhlak pada peserta didik yang disebabkan oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di era digital dengan mudahnya mengakses informasi di internet dan media sosial. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kajian mengenai pendidikan akhlak yang dianggap sebagai upaya penanggulangan masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Waṣāyā Al-Abāi Li al-Abnāi karya Syaikh Muhammad Syakir (2) Relevansi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Waṣāyā Al-Abāi Lial-Abnāi di era digital. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kajian pustaka (library research). Peneliti berusaha mengkaji nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Waṣāyā Al-Abāi Li al-Abnāi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) yaitu peneliti menganalisis data tekstual menurut isinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) Nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Waṣāyā Al-Abāi Li al-Abnāi berisi nasehat tentang pendidikan akhlak yang didalamnya terdapat 20 bab pelajaran. Adapun nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Waṣāyā Al-Abāi Li al-Abnāi yang dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini yaitu akhlak kepada Allah Swt dan Rasulullah, akhlak terhadap diri sendiri, akhlak terhadap orang tua, dan akhlak terhadap masyarakat maupun lingkungan. (2) Relevansi nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Waṣāyā Al-Abāi Li al-Abnāi di era digital yaitu secara isinya masih relevan dikaji dan diaplikasikan di era digital saat ini, yang mana terdapat beberapa lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah dan pesantren masih mengajarkan kitab ini kepada peserta didiknya. Namun, dalam penyampaiannya dikemas dengan permasalahan kontekstual yang dihadapi di era digital, sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan kepada pendidik dan peserta didik dalam menghadapi dunia pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Ta'zim is one of the qualities that students must have. It is said that a student of knowledge will not receive blessings if he abandons the quality of piety. However, what is happening now is that many students do not show this attitude, even though Islamic boarding schools are taught about ways to glorify knowledge and science experts, one of which is the Hidayatul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to determine the implementation of ta'zimul ilmi wa Ahlihi and its implications for efforts to optimize the moral development of santri. The type of research used was descriptive with a qualitative approach carried out at the Hidayatul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School, Air Gegas District. The research subjects were Islamic boarding school caregivers, dormitory caregivers, and Islamic boarding school students at Hidayatul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Researchers use triangulation of sources and techniques to test the validity of the data. The results of the research show that the implementation of ta'zimul ilmi wa Ahlihi at the Hidayatul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School goes through several processes, namely planning which is carried out by requiring all students to have a book of ta'lim al-Muta'allim, arranging schedules, and determining study methods and media. book. The implementation stage is using the bandongan, advice, pilot and habituation methods. The media used are yellow books and blackboards. The supervision stage is carried out by directly observing the dormitory caretaker, supervision of fellow students, and through Islamic boarding school regulations. The evaluation is carried out with sorogan and deliberation of the boarding school administrators. The implication of ta'zimul ilmi wa Ahlihi for santri is to increase their insight into the attitude of glorifying knowledge and experts, santri ethics and politeness, and being able to position themselves as seekers of knowledge.

Abstract

This study examines the methods used by the Hidayatussalikin Islamic boarding school in Pangkalpinang to teach 'aqidatul-'awam's values, as well as the factors that contribute to their success or failure. The study employs a qualitative methodology within the context of field research. The findings revealed that the book "Aqidatul Awam" served as a tool for teaching Islamic values. The Hidayatussalikin Pangkalpinang is Islamic. Religious activities such as prayer, dhikr, reading al-Qur'an, studying tafsir, learning about prophets and messengers, studying hadith, reading Surah Al-Mulk, Yasin, Al-Kahfi, Ar-Rahman, Al-Waqi'ah, Tahlilan, and fasting facilitated the teaching of these values. Factors such as adequate facilities and prasana, teacher cohesiveness, and a background aligned with their duties support the values outlined in the book 'Aqidatul-'Awam in Hidayatussalikin Pangkalpinang Islamic boarding school. Inhibiting factors include the santri's ignorance of religious activities, the government's ban on corporal punishment, and the parents' lack of sincerity in entrusting their children

Abstract

A motivator is a teacher who mobilizes other teachers in independent learning to develop students' potential holistically. The mobilizing teacher also has the ability to develop innovative and creative learning strategies so that PAI learning becomes more intriguing and meaningful for students. Therefore, conducting research on the role of mobilizing teachers in enhancing PAI learning motivation is crucial. We anticipate that this research will aid in the advancement of Islamic education theory and practice in Indonesia, thereby enhancing the quality of Islamic education and bolstering students' learning motivation. In learning Islamic religious education, it is also necessary to promote the contribution of teachers to increase students' learning motivation. Teachers' contributions to enhancing PAI learning motivation on Bangka Island can lead to modifications in learning strategies, thereby significantly boosting student motivation. This type of research involves collecting data directly from informants, specifically PAI teachers who have taken on the role of mobilizing teachers at SDN 6 Riau Silip Bangka and SMAN 1 Koba Central Bangka. We employed a descriptive qualitative research method, utilizing both primary and secondary data. The findings demonstrated the role of activist teachers in enhancing PAI learning, as demonstrated by their shift in perspective towards student-centered learning and their ability to foster a positive learning environment, thereby boosting student motivation in PAI learning. This suggests that the more PAI teachers participate in the Mobilizing Teacher program, the greater the potential for significant changes in PAI learning. PAI teachers who have become teacher activists are more active in the learning community, sharing best practices with their colleagues and accepting opportunities to become principals. This allows them to easily create activity programs related to PAI learning and apply the knowledge they have gained during the teacher activist program

Abstract

This study specifically examines the strategy of PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers in instilling religious values in students of state junior high schools in the Kelapa District, West Bangka Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used in instilling religious values in students at Kelapa State Junior High School. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach in field research. The methods used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. The research concludes that Islamic education teachers must implement the appropriate strategy for instilling religious values to achieve these goals. a. Developing the habit of cultivating 3S—Greetings, Smiles, Greetings; b. Providing direct examples of positive behavior for students to emulate; c. Behaving respectfully wherever and whenever; d. Giving explanations about the importance of having ethical morals. Give an explanation about the importance of having ethical morals, and give an understanding of how important it is to be respectful and have ethical morals to teachers, parents, friends, and the environment.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam tesis ini yaitu bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran materi zakat dengan model membelajaran problem based learning di kelas 5 SDN 1 Sungaiselan dan hambatan yang di jumpai dalam penerapannya. Metodologi yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi yang beragam, termasuk pendekatan pedagogis, psikologis, yuridis, dan sosiologis. Sumber data yang digunakan mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen utama menggunakan panduan observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara berkelanjutan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan pengecekan keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran problem based learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran materi zakat di kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sungaiselan meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa hambatan, namun kegiatan pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik dilihat dari capaian hasil belajar yang meningkat setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model problem based learning dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi yang penting, dengan harapan agar pendidik Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning ini dengan efektif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. pendidik diharapkan dapat melakukan evaluasi, perbaikan, dan pengembangan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian secara sistematis. Tujuan utamanya adalah menciptakan pembelajaran yang berfokus pada peserta didik.

Abstract

The zoning system policy in Accepting New Students (PPDB) at Pangkalpinang City State Middle Schools is implemented with the aim of equalizing access and quality of education. This research aims to analyze the zoning system policy in the distribution of study groups in Pangkalpinang City State Middle Schools. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the zoning system policy at Pangkalpinang City Public Middle Schools has not been fully effective in evenly distributing study groups. This is caused by several factors, including: Uneven population distribution, different school capacities, student interests and abilities, PPDB policies that are not yet completely consistent. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the zoning system policy needs to be evaluated and improved so that it is more effective in distributing study groups in Pangkalpinang City State Middle Schools. Some of the recommendations put forward in this research are: Equal distribution of school infrastructure and facilities, Improvement of teacher quality, More intensive outreach to the community regarding zoning system policies, More strict enforcement of PPDB regulations.
