Abstract

Poverty is the most basic problem that is the government's main concern. The causes of poverty are very diverse in various regions. This research aims to analyze the influence of unemployment rates, years of schooling and life expectancy on poverty in districts/cities in Central Java Province. The data used in this research is secondary data for 2021-2023. The method used is the analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis using tables and graphs to become the best regression model. The research results show that the unemployment rate variable has a positive influence on the poverty rate. Meanwhile, the average length of schooling and life expectancy have a negative effect on poverty levels in districts/cities in Central Java Province. By using QGIS, it is hoped that more accurate patterns and distribution of poverty can be found which can become a basis for local governments in formulating more effective and sustainable poverty alleviation policies and programs in Central Java. The results of this research will become policy recommendations to make the region better, poverty reduced and society prosperous

Abstract

The People's Palm Oil Replanting Program (PSR) is an initiative to promote the development of community plantations, including government support in the form of investment credit and interest subsidies. This research focuses on the actors' roles in accelerating the implementation of the People's Palm Oil Replanting Program in the Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study aims to understand the functions of each party involved and the inhibiting factors in accelerating the People's Palm Oil Replanting Program in the Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research method used is qualitative, descriptive research employing Blackman's theory (2003),which consists of four variables: Informants, Consultants, Cooperation, and Control. The findings reveal that the roles of the actors are not yet optimal, there is a lack of found partners to assist farmer groups, and limitations in knowledge, funding, and inadequate infrastructure are inhibiting factors in accelerating the People's Palm Oil Replanting Program in the Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research suggests that the involved actors are expected to be more optimal in their respective roles

Abstract

This article tries to reveal the dynamics of communism in the history of the nation in Indonesia and the political state examines it within the framework of philosophical thought. Communism is based on the ideas of kinship, regionalism, religion, tribal identity, and others as binding and motivating each individual to put society first before his own interests as an individual. Communalism is closely related to public policy because of the existence of communalism in the political system. Always acting in the name of the public interest in forming political policies and communism requires the obedience of all citizens in its implementation. General community policy in Indonesia does not represent everyone's awareness of their rights and responsibilities, but represents the identity of the community, so that who becomes the leader and figure of the community determines the general order.

Abstract

Laws have an important role in encouraging and influencing the analysis of Pancasila. Pancasila as the basis of the Indonesian state requires a deep and contextual understanding so that it can be applied effectively in national and state life. Laws that are directly related to Pancasila cover various aspects of people's lives. One of them is the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This law is the highest legal basis in Indonesia and regulates the values of Pancasila which must be upheld by all citizens. Apart from the Constitution, there are also other regulations that directly or indirectly influence the analysis of Pancasila. Examples are the Law on Education which regulates character education based on Pancasila, as well as the Law on Culture which protects and preserves Indonesian cultural values based on Pancasila. The role of legal analysis of Pancasila can also be seen in the legislative process. When a law is discussed and passed, the Pancasila aspect becomes one of the main considerations in determining the policies and regulations that will apply. In this case, the law has an important role in ensuring that the values of Pancasila are realized in everyday life. However, the role of the Law in the analysis of Pancasila also has its own challenges. For example, in some cases, the interpretation and implementation of the Law can be complicated and give rise to differences of opinion. Therefore, synergy is needed between law and Pancasila analysis in order to achieve the common goal of building a harmonious national and state life. Laws have an important role in encouraging and influencing the analysis of Pancasila. The basic law is the law that regulates the values of Pancasila and ensures their implementation in everyday life. However, the challenges of interpretation and implementation also need to be overcome so that Pancasila can become a strong guideline in carrying out national and state life.

Abstract

Democracy demands a basic ideological agreement, order and freedom, so that in political struggle democracy has an important meaning for the people who use it because with democracy the people's right to determine the course of government organizations according to their wishes can be guaranteed. Efforts made by the police to deal with anarchic demonstrations can be carried out through non-penal or penal measures. In handling it, in general the public tends to judge the police SOP as not humanistic because they carry out anarchic actions. However, it turns out that the police have special rules that regulate this as stated in the Regulation of the Chief of the Indonesian National Police No. 9 of 2008 (Perkapolri 9/2008) concerning Procedures for Organizing, Serving, Securing and Handling Cases for Expressing Opinions in Public. This is intended to ensure that the demonstration can run well and in an orderly manner, so that things do not harm the community and then notify the relevant agencies in advance which will be the target of the demonstration and/or demonstration. In carrying out repressive actions, the police must carry out actions in accordance with (protap). This action was taken because the situation was no longer conducive and it was no longer possible to prevent it, so the police needed to take this action to anticipate so that the impact of the riot did not spread, as regulated in police protocol number 1 of 2010 concerning dealing with anarchy. Then the Police also made several efforts, namely by increasing the professionalism of Police members, coordinating with related agencies and providing legal education to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effectiveness of Market Levy Collection in the City of Prabumulih. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data used is based on the type is quantitative data and qualitative data while based on the source is primary data and secondary data. Data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Prabumulih City Regional Financial Agency; Head of UPTB Pasar Prabumulih City; Market Levy Officer Prabumulih City; and Traditional Market Traders / PTM Prabumulih City. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the study note that Market Levy Collection in the City of Prabumulih has not been effective because the realization of the achievement of market retribution is not in accordance with the target, where the percentage of achievements is only 57.48%. The contribution of revenue from market levies to local revenue from 2018 has increased even though the target has not been achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the importance of the church's political participation in its mission as a preacher of Christian ethics in society. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research method. What is qualitative research? It is social in nature by looking at various phenomena and behavior of animals and humans which are the objects of research. A qualitative approach is a method used to describe and describe the things being studied in detail. Researchers use a qualitative approach because it is considered appropriate and makes it easier to obtain data in the field regarding the problem being studied. So the following results were found: The Church's mission is to proclaim the principle of kindness to others, The mission of the Church is to declare that the most general principle of Church social education is the principle of general welfare (Bonham Commune); the mission of the Church is to declare the principle of solidarity; It is a declaration of defense of dignity. , and the mission of the Church to proclaim the principle of rejection of violence

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of accessibility on community satisfaction in the education sector in Kampar Kiri Hulu District. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study are heads of families who send their children to school and live in the territory of Kampar Kiri Hulu District. The total population is 3,386 heads of families and a sample of 358 heads of families. Researchers will obtain primary data in this research through questionnaires from people who have sent their children to school, websites, online journals, literature studies, and research-related references. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing. Data was processed using SPSS 0.26. The results of the research show that accessibility has an effect on community satisfaction with the t-calculated value for the Accessibility variable being 5.563 with a positive regression coefficient value which shows that accessibility has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, and the Sig level. 0,000. If seen from the tcount value, it is greater than the ttable value (5.563 > 1.649) and the Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the use of technology on the management of financial reports in the regional government of XYZ City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 49 Financial Administration Officials (PPK), a sample of 94 PPK. The data sources are primary data obtained through questionnaires from people who have sent their children to school and secondary data from websites, online journals, literature studies, and references related to research. The research variables consist of Information Technology Utilization (X) and Regional Financial Management (Y). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test. Data was processed using SPSS 0.26. The results of the research show that the use of IT has a positive and partially significant effect on the Financial Management of the Regional Government of XYZ City, where based on the results of testing the third hypothesis it is known that there is a significant influence of the use of IT on the financial management of the Regional Government of XYZ City. This is shown by obtaining a T value of 4.278 with a significance of 0.000 where 0.001 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely "there is an influence of IT utilization on the financial management of the Regional Government of XYZ City". This means that the better use of IT provided to employees, the better the resulting financial management and vice versa. Furthermore, the contribution amount of the Adjusted R Square value is 0.155. This means that the IT utilization variable (X) has a partial contribution of 0.155 or 15.5% to the financial management of the Regional Government of XYZ City (Y).

Abstract

International tax is a dynamic and evolving field, which is greatly influenced by changes in the global economy, policy, and technology. Effective handling of issues arising from international tax requires cooperation and coordination between countries, as well as adaptation to changes in the economic and technological environment. This new international tax system is in line with the spirit of national tax reform, which among other things aims to increase the tax base fairly. For emerging countries like Indonesia, this is important to optimize its domestic revenue sources. The cause of the low and continuing decline in Indonesia's tax to GDP ratio is the inability of the tax system to capture the increase in economic activity, one of which is due to BEPS (Base Erosion Profit Shifting). Indonesia's international tax rules, which relate to international trade activities such as imports and exports, are limited to tax subjects and objects located in Indonesian territory. However, this also relates to subjects and objects outside the territory of Indonesia that have close economic and state relations with the country. Indonesia's national tax law, particularly in terms of agreements to avoid double taxation and prevention of tax evasion, is reflected in the Income Tax Law.
