Abstract

Repurchase intention is a commitment held by consumers to repurchase the same product due to the positive impression of the product or service. The aim of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of E-WOM on repurchase intention and the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the influence of E-WOM on repurchase intention at Lusi & Pakan Bali. The sample in this study consists of 96 respondents, selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling based on partial least squares (SEM- PLS). The results show that E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, and customer satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of E-WOM on repurchase intention. The implication of this research is that Lusi & Pakan Bali can consider E-WOM and customer satisfaction in formulating policies to pay attention to or enhance electronic word of mouth, thereby increasing customer satisfaction which can drive the creation of repurchase intention.

Abstract

Midas cichlid fish (Amphilophus citrinellus) is often referred to as a pest fish because it is a fish that can only prey but does not produce sufficient economic value, because it reproduces very quickly. This research aims to determine the length-weight relationship, growth patterns and condition of Midas cichlid fish as well as the water conditions of Lake Batur. The research was carried out using quantitative descriptive methods, with a purposive sampling method for sampling. The sampling locations were at three stations. The fishing gear used is gill nets. The total number of fish caught during data collection was 287 individuals. Based on the results of the analysis of the length-weight relationship of midas cichlid fish (Amphilophus citrinellus) in Lake Batur, the equation W=0.0215L2.92 was obtained, where from this equation the value b = 2.92 was obtained. The t test was carried out and it was found that the b value was <3 so it could be concluded that the growth pattern was negative allometric. The relative condition (Kn) of male and female Midas cichlid fish in Lake Batur is in good condition (1.01), with a less flattened body shape (fusiform). The condition of the water parameters in Lake Batur during the research was classified as good and stable for the survival of aquatic biota, one of which was the Midas cichlid fish with a pH value of 7.1-7.5; DO 5.3-6.5 mg/L; Temperature 27.8-29.6°C and brightness 1.5-1.9 m.

Abstract

Theatrical arts have been an important part of human culture for centuries and have been able to improve the image of the theatre arts community in this modern era. This research focuses on Internet of Things (IoT) technology as a bridge for innovation in theatre arts, especially in increasing the interest on visiting theatre arts performances in Bandung. The author will discuss how the application of IoT technology has changed the way we understand, create, and enjoy theatre arts, and how IoT technology provides the ability to integrate various elements in theatre productions, including lighting, sound, special effects, and interaction, thereby increasing audience interest. This study uses a quantitative approach with mediating variables and uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test direct and indirect effects. The population was not specified but the sample was at least 200 respondents. The research was conducted from September to November 2023 on potential audiences or connoisseurs of performing arts but never watched theatre arts, especially at the Baraya Theatre Community in Bandung City with a focus on brand image, consumer interest, and the use of IoT in theatrical performances

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining interest in the certified public accounting profession in Indonesia, even though this profession offers many career opportunities. This study aims to examine the influence of social cognitive career theory on the goal of becoming a certified public accountant, with a focus on self-efficacy variables and outcome expectations. The research method used purposive sampling to select a sample of public accounting firm employees, with a total of 100 respondents. However, there were 10 incomplete questionnaires so that 90 respondents were used. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that self-efficacy and outcome expectations have a significant positive influence on the goal of becoming a certified public accountant. The conclusions of this study confirm that the higher a person's self-efficacy and outcome expectations, the more likely they are to pursue CPA certification. The implication of the results of this research is the importance of strengthening self- efficacy and outcome expectations in individuals through various education and training strategies, in order to increase interest and commitment to the certified public accounting profession in Indonesia. The practical implications of this research provide material for consideration to help educational institutions and accounting training institutions in developing more effective programs to prepare participants to achieve the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title, with a focus on increasing self-efficacy and outcome expectations.
