Abstract

This study aims to find out how the picture of a mother's resilience towards her child who is a Covid-19 patient in the city of Salatiga. This research is a type of qualitative research with purposive sampling. The number of research participants involved in this study were three mothers with an age range of 25-60 years and whose children were diagnosed with Covid-19. The results of the study found that the three participants had a different picture of resilience. The first participant (SM) showed that he managed to fulfill the seven resilience aspects). While in the second participant (SA) only four aspects of resilience were met, namely emotion regulation, self-efficacy, impulse control, and problem-analyzing ability. Then the third party (IP) fulfills six aspects, namely emotion regulation, optimism, empathy, self-efficacy, impulse control, and control. This study also found other supporting aspects of resilience besides those described by Reivich & Shatte (2002), in the form of aspects of social support (family and close people) and religion.

Abstract

This research is to know the concept of education marketing management based on target market determination strategy. This research is a qualitative type through literature study. Literature study is another term for literature review, literature review, theoretical study, theoretical basis, literature review, and theoretical review. When determining market segments, it is necessary to pay attention to key market segment variables, such as demographic, psychographic, geographic and benefit segmentation. These four segmentations divide the consumer market in order from the general and massive to the most specific, namely a) demographic segmentation, namely: segments that make market groups based on age, education, gender, family size and income identification; b) geographic segmentation, namely identifying based on area, climate, population density or market physical conditions; c) psychographic segmentation, namely the segment that identifies consumers based on people's lifestyles and consumer personalities by observing a person's activities, tastes, opinions or interests; and d) benefit segmentation, which is a segment that focuses on the expected use of a product or service that is offered and provided.

Abstract

Crimes committed by a criminal will have a risk that must be borne by a criminal, this risk may result in the perpetrator of the crime having to account for his actions in the form of confinement which of course is based on the provisions stated in positive Indonesian law, namely according to what is stated in the law. In the Criminal Code, accountability is one of the forms of crime that must be accounted for by the perpetrator of the crime, in committing the crime it is known that there are several factors that cause the perpetrator to commit a crime, the result of a crime committed by the perpetrator has an impact on the victim, resulting in the victim the condition of his health became bad, due to the persecution in the form of beatings by the perpetrators.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal how Islamic religious education teachers utilize information and communication technology media in the form of computer multimedia in learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, research sources consist of events, teachers and several students selected purposively, data is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies, the data that has been collected is then analyzed using an interactive approach. The results of the research show that the principal determines ICT-based learning by using multimedia computers in each lesson, PAI teachers carry out ICT-based PAI learning planning using multimedia computers, evaluation of the use of multimedia computers in PAI learning is carried out by PAI teachers themselves to find deficiencies in the implementation of learning. using a multimedia computer.

Abstract

Well-managed education program management will be able to improve the quality of education even though it is through a gradual process . The purpose of this research was to find out how the package C equivalence management process at SKB Tasikmalaya City in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted because several problems were found that could affect the quality of education, including only a few students who mastered IT, the learning process was not controlled, the dissemination of information on ICT-based learning was not evenly distributed, students wanted easy and fast services, and the difficulty of students adapting with other participants. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, which are problem solving obtained by describing the state of the object or research subject based on facts in the field. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data obtained from eight informants and institutional administrative data. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used are observation and interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the management of the package C equivalence education program which includes aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, monitoring and evaluating functions, Overall, it has been in accordance with and is running in a structured manner and has achieved the expected goals. It can be concluded that the management of the package C equivalence education program at the Tasikmalaya City SKB can gradually improve the quality of education.

Abstract

All religions teach their adherents to do good and create unity with solid brotherly ties in the life of the nation and state. In writing this article, several problem formulations are the subject of discussion, including; (1) the re-actualization thoughts of KH Hasyim Asy'ari on national unity; and (2) the urgency of national unity during the Covid-19 pandemic to reflect on the history of the founding of the Indonesian nation and state, which was built on unity and integrity with a complete sense of nationalism that accommodates common interests without discrimination. Then, this article is a study of library research with a qualitative type based on complex and comprehensively identified social phenomena through a descriptive-analytic approach. Furthermore, the results of this article state that KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is a national figure whose thoughts are widely used as the basis for acting in the face of various imperialist powers with the spirit of national unity, which different groups accept. Once fueled the nature of national unity. In today's life, KH. Hasyim Asy'ari can be practised and imitated to rise together against the Covid-19 pandemic by being united through the spirit of solidarity and national brotherhood to complement each other to create a good and prosperous order during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to describe capital letter errors, word writing errors and errors in using punctuation marks on advertising banners in the city of Namlea, Buru Regency. The data used in this research is the writing on banners in the city of Namlea, Buru Regency. The instruments in this research are the researchers' own research and research. using tools in the form of General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI) and the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI). Data collection techniques in this research are observation and documentation techniques, then identification of descriptions and classification of data based on errors contained in advertising banners in Namlea City using using a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis results from the data collected contained Indonesian spelling errors on advertising banners in Namlea, Buruse Regency, consisting of 51 cases of errors. Errors in the use of capital letters, errors in writing words, and errors in the use of punctuation marks. Furthermore, the implementation of banners on every road plays an important role in supporting the success of the learning process in schools. Because banners are indirect communication for each person and student, then it is a one-way communication that we seem to be aware of, therefore if the writing on the advertising banner that we see or read changes the letters in each word then this will affect knowledge. for everyone who reads it.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of parents in developing children's morals during the pademic period at RT 64 Gang Mawa IV Purwakarta. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The theory used for the parental role variable is BkkbN eight family functions and al-Ghazali's concept of morals. The results of research on children's moral development during the pandemic by parents are getting used to and teaching children to perform the five daily prayers, getting children used to saying greetings when they want to enter or leave the house, getting used to and teaching children to recite the Koran, and providing supervision in children's social interactions. . Supporting factors for moral development are the participation of religious figures by giving warnings to children who behave badly, the participation of religious figures providing counseling to parents on how to carry out moral formation during the pandemic, families who also supervise children's interactions. The inhibiting factors experienced by parents in developing children's morals are parents' indecisiveness in giving warnings to children, children's inappropriate behavior.

Abstract

In the products of Bank Syariah Mandiri, the Bogor branch office is often referred to as funding or fundraising, namely BSM Savings products, BSM Giro products, and BSM Bank Syariah Mandiri Time Deposit products, Bogor branch offices have good potential to attract new customers with the support of modern technological developments owned by Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor branch office. This study agreed to determine customer preferences in the use of funding products to increase the collection of BSM Savings, BSM Current Accounts, and BSM Time Deposits from customers and the impact of using funding products in increasing customer interest in raising funds for Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor branch offices. In this study using primary data from direct BSM customers with a total of 36 respondents for data collection using a structured questionnaire distribution carried out with google From for one week starting from 7 June to 14 June 2020 for research methods using descriptive and data processing using frequency calculations to determine the number the percentage of Very Like and Very Dislike. In the product funding of Bank Syariah Mandiri branch offices in Bogor, it can be seen that the percentage results of this researcher show that the dominant customer really likes BSM Savings products because customers really like the BSM Savings product as a place to store money in accordance with sharia regulations and can be retrieved when the customer needs it. for the second, based on the percentage of dominant customers in BSM Deposit products because customers want to invest their funds to be collected again by the Bogor branch office of Bank Syariah Mandiri and get aprofit impact with a profit sharing system in accordance with sharia provisions and the third there are some dominant customers who really like to use checks or Bilyet Giro to make transactions easier and save time without spending a lot of money on transactions.

Abstract

Indonesia is a unitary state with Pancasila as the state ideology. This has the consequence that all life arrangements in the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia must be based on the values contained in Pancasila, including the order in industrial relations. This research is legal research in relation to academic activities. Disputes regarding layoffs are always related to the fulfillment of workers' rights, compensation or severance pay and the obligations of employers to fulfill their obligations. Industrial relations disputes arise because of differences of opinion that lead to conflict. Whether this is experienced by entrepreneurs or combinations of entrepreneurs and laborers or workers. Conclusion 1. there are quite significant differences in regulations regarding the resolution of employment termination disputes after the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, 2. quite significant regulatory differences have an impact on cases of employment termination disputes which are in the process of being resolved legally
