The current era of modernization means that all humans have to keep up with changing times which are increasingly rapid and sophisticated. When a pandemic occurs, it finally makes us learn how to learn and teach student. One of them is the online and offline model. Conditions during the pandemic are not allowed face-to-face learning in class, so it is only allowed in small groups. The strategy of mapping the area adjacent to where you live and then grouping it can be the right choice. Active Knowledge Sharing learning method is a cooperative learning activity and then group members share tasks with each other to solve problems. Through the Active Knowledge Sharing learning method, it is hoped that each student can provide input to other group members according to their experience and knowledge. The Active Knowledge Sharing method can encourage students' motivation to be more active and will be able to..encourage..students..to..improv..mastery..of the..material. Sharing experiences with fellow group members and sharing with the whole class will motivate students to learn. So the..Active..Knowledge.Sharing learning.method is a..cooperative learning activity, students are placed in heterogeneous groups and then group members share tasks with each other to solve problems. Through the Active Knowledge Sharing learning method, it is hoped that each student can provide input to other group members according to their experience and knowledge.

Teachers play an important role in the world of education. For this reason, as a teacher, you must have the principle of lifelong learning in order to find the best way to educate. The teacher plays a role in controlling the course of the learning process, which is expected to carry out the task as well as possible.The reward method is one way to motivate students to achieve achievements. This reward method is motivated by the concept of behavioristic theory, namely that learning is a change in behavior as a result of the interaction between stimulus and response (Ginanjar. 2013:2). Motivated students are initiated and motivated by a need. According to Abraham Maslow reward (award) is one of the basic needs that encourage a person to actualize himself (Wantah. 2005:164).Human needs consist of five levels from the lowest to the highest, starting from physiological needs, security, belonging and being loved, self-esteem, and self-actualization. If, a level of need has been met, then the need no longer functions as a motivator. This will then be able to strengthen the teacher regarding the appropriate response so that it can stimulate students. In addition to the basic needs factor, the student's family background also affects the strength of the response given by the student.

The success of producing the next generation of competent and reliable people begins with family education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental motivation on mathematics learning achievement for grade VI students at SD Negeri Lengahsari 01 for the 2019/2020 academic year. The approach in this research is to use the Simple Random technique. After the research data was obtained using a measuring instrument that was compiled, then a quantitative data analysis was carried out. This is done to answer the problem through testing the research hypothesis. Mathematics learning achievement of students is influenced by students' learning motivation. It can be seen from the simple ANOVA calculation that the p-value is smaller than 0.05, thus Ho is rejected, Y or X regression is significant or Learning Motivation has an effect on Mathematics Learning Achievement, with the equation Y = 48.673 + 0.351X, thus the hypothesis research is supported by empirical data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Mathematics Learning Motivation has an effect on Mathematics Learning Achievement. Thus, if a teacher wants to be successful in carrying out learning activities, he must be able to provide stimulation to students to be interested in participating in the process of learning activities. If students are interested, they will catch and understand easily what the teacher is saying.

One of the micro and small business actors in the informal sector who has felt a significant impact from the Covid-19 pandemic is street vendors (PKL). This research aims to explain the business strategies of street vendors so that they are able to maintain their survival in the businesses that will be carried out (PKL) during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is included in qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 7 street vendors at SD Karangasem. From the research results, the marketing strategy used by street vendors in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is by using social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram, as well as joining other online businesses such as Shopee, Go-Food, and Grap- food. By using social media, buyers and traders can easily carry out transactions without having to touch each other. So it can be explained that the survival strategy can work as expected by paying attention to consumer purchasing power during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Arabic is a very special language. In addition to being the language of the holy book of the al-Qur'an, Arabic is also an international language agreed upon by the United Nations. However, not many people can communicate or speak Arabic in Indonesia. Many factors are the cause, such as a lack of vocabulary savings and not being used to speaking Arabic. From the emergence of these problems, it raises the question of how to make many people who have a lot of Arabic vocabulary so that they can speak Arabic fluently. To overcome this problem, the author conducted a study on the effect of using Duolingo application as a media innovation to improve Arabic speaking skills. The author uses a survey method by giving several questions to fifteen respondents from the Cipulus Wanayasa Islamic Boarding School students as a tool to collect data. The results showed that 74.6% respondents' answers agreed that Duolingo application had an effect on improving Arabic speaking skills and 25.4% respondents' answers gave an ordinary opinion that had no effect. From the results, the authors can conclude that there is an effect of Duolingo application for improving students' Arabic speaking skills. This application is very useful for those who want to learn Arabic on their own.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of fairy tales as a medium for character development in early childhood. Fairy tale itself is a story that did not really happen or an imaginary story, and character cultivation is the provision of an education that forms morals or character that distinguishes one person from another. The sample taken was the TBM group (Taman Belajar Membaca) which consisted of 20 children aged 5-6 years. The method used is a type of qualitative research, with data collection from observations and interviews. The results of the research obtained are fairy tales as a medium in character development are very effective to be applied to early childhood and the need for habituation and good examples to grow the character of children.

Purpose study this is for know influence implementation study at home to motivation study students at the Class IX SMPIT Gita Wirabangsa. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire given to student force class IX with sample 20% of population, sample used researcher as many as 314 students. The results showed that the implementation of home learning activities had a positive effect on students' learning motivation, and the correlation value of home learning on students' learning motivation was in a weak position.

The introduction of the basics of Islam from an early age is something that is important because the age of a child is very crucial or something that really needs attention in building and educating the character of the child. Early childhood learning and experiences are things that will stick in the minds of children and affect a little or a lot during their adolescence and adulthood. The purpose of introducing the basics of religion is to instill the foundation of Islam in children's lives and hope that they will become human beings who have a good and good Islamic spirit. The method that will be used is to ask questions and give rewards and punishments. Because children from an early age curiosity must use a reward or punishment, something simple, and the punishment is light. This follows the inclination of children's nature. The importance of introducing Islam from an early age is because it is to help children become good and good Muslims according to Allah SWT, the Rasulullah, the Ulama.

Learning aqidah morality greatly affects the character of students, because by educating good character, students will understand how to foster and guide themselves in everyday life. From the results of the pre-survey, it is stated that there are still students who do not have a good personality in their lives, even though basically they have been given education in their schools. Meanwhile, this study aims to determine the effect of moral learning on the character of students at SMP AL BAROKAH Purwakarta. This type of research is quantitative research. The total population in this study were students of class VIII at SMP AL BAROKAH Purwakarta, totaling 200 students. as for the sampling technique in this study using a random sampling technique that is taking 20% of the total population so that a sample of 40 students is obtained. This study uses data collection tools in the form of observation and documentation. Thus, the hypothesis that the authors propose is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the conclusion is that there is an effect of moral learning on the character of class VIII students at SMP AL BAROKAH Purwakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year.
