We assess the using a qualitative case study conducted in Samarinda City. proportionate share that the Santer Program, a governance network, made to four Individual, relational, organizational, and institutional are dimensions of collaborative governance capacity. We discover that the network contributed only moderately to the capacity of the individual, the relationship, and the organization, but the institutional capacity held steady in spite of the network's existence. This research is a qualitative study that will be conducted by reviewing the literature and examining the existing facts and data. Based on these findings, we argue that governance networks are not a panacea. Continued efforts are needed to establish when, how, and in what contexts collaborative networks are effective for building collaborative capacity for sustainable development. It would be fruitful for future studies to investigate how collaborative capacity changed over time, and in particular if increases in collaborative governance ability persisted after the network had stopped. Abstract

The occurrence of crime or criminal acts in a region is not solely because someone simply wants to commit evil or accidentally commits a crime. Beyond that, the crimes that occur can be related to various elements of community life such as education, population, economy, politics, social, and culture. Every region in Indonesia certainly has different characteristics of these elements, so the tendency and types of crime will vary in each area. This research was conducted to identify the factors contributing to criminality in society, enabling the community to participate in the efforts to combat crime, both through general and specific preventive measures. The method used in this study is Socio-Legal, which examines crime based on the Anomie theory of criminology to help society recognize and prevent crime. Anomie theory correlates anomie with crime rates in society, where, when social rules and values are no longer consistently applied, individuals are more likely to break rules and engage in criminal behavior. This is due to the inability of individuals or society to provide clear recognition and guidance, including the failure of social institutions to implement effective policies in crime prevention. Therefore, based on the perspective of Anomie Theory, further study of crime factors and the active participation of the legal community in crime prevention can be a resolution for the state of anomie.

Abstract

According to the UN E-Government Survey, Indonesia achieved a High E-Government Development Index (EDGI) rating with a score of 0.6612 and ranked 88th out of 193 countries. However, monitoring and evaluation results conducted by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform presented a different outcome. The implementation of e-government at the regional government level shows that 20.63% still received a poor rating, and 50% received a fair rating. Meanwhile, in central institutions, only 7% received a poor rating, while 54% received a good rating and 13% received a very good rating. Based on this data, the implementation of e-government is not consistent or well distributed, and it is suspected that there is resistance to the implementation of e-government in some regional governments. This article uses a literature study approach by reviewing various relevant sources, including journals, books, scientific reports, and other documents. The results of this study indicate that the resistance at the regional government level is caused by several factors, namely mindset, human resource capacity, regulations, infrastructure, and finance.

Abstract

Chatbots have become an integral part of our digital lives, presenting new ways of interacting with machines and information. Communication is mediated through chatbots, where humans and machines exchange information and ideas through chats, opening up new communication opportunities and challenges. The library, as the main unit of a university, has the primary task of providing services for librarians to feel comfortable in finding and obtaining the necessary references. Based on the concepts of mediated communication, digital libraries, and chatbots, we will also use literary analysis, focused group discussions, and narrative analysis. The library must be able to adapt and adapt to technological developments, in providing its services to librarians. This article provides an overview of the form of communication media as a means of facilitating librarians in obtaining information quickly and accurately. A library is a service unit, so the input from a librarian is the ammunition for the existence of a library. Before getting a service, of course, sufficient information is needed, accurate and quick so that librarians can more easily browse the references in the library, especially in today's digital age, where we have to revolutionize ourselves to respond to technological changes. From the discussion and analysis of some literature, this article provides an overview of the need for mediated communication patterns in providing more effective and efficient services, in this case through Chatbot.
