Abstract

Al-Muqoddas Modern Islamic Boarding School Sumber-Cirebon is a waqf boarding school where the staff give full responsibility to the board of the boarding school to manage all the affairs of the boarding school. The focus in this study is to determine the implementation of Waqf Management at the Modern Al-Muqoddas Modern Sumber Islamic Boarding School SumberCirebon and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of waqf at Al- Al-Muqoddas Modern Islamic Boarding School Sumber-Cirebon. The method that researchers use is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques through observation and indepth interviews, and data analysis is carried out by means of descriptiveanalytic.The research found that the management of waqf in the Al-Muqoddas Modern Islamic Boarding School is supported by qualified teachers, extensive relationships with various parties, financial support, clear educational concepts, prioritizing discipline. students and official languages.Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Muqoddas Sumber-Cirebon termasuk pondok wakaf yang mana para wakifnya memberikan tanggung jawab sepenuhnya kepada para pengurus pondok untuk mengelola semua urusan pondok. Salah satu upaya dalam pemanfaatan harta wakaf adalah dalam bentuk jenjang pendidikan SMP IT dan SMA IT Al-Muqoddas. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi Pengelolaan Wakaf di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Muqoddas Sumber-Cirebon dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengelolaan wakaf di  Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Muqoddas Sumber-Cirebon. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam, serta analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif-analistis. Peneliti menemukan bahwa pengelolaan wakaf yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Muqoddas sudah sesuai dengan tujuan yayasan, faktor pendukung internal diantaranya kualitas pengajar yang mumpuni, relasi yang luas dengan berbagai pihak, dukungan finansial, konsep pendidikan yang jelas, mengedepankan kedisiplinan santri dan bahasa resmi (Arab & Inggris), Faktor penghambat internal diantaranya kurangnya pengarahan dan pengawalan terhadap guru-guru junior, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai bagi santri. Faktor pendukung eksternal diantaranya banyaknya para muhsinin dari luar, dukungan dari para alumni Gontor. Faktor peghambat eksternal kurang balance antara kebutuhan dan masukan karena kebutuhan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan pemasukan, legalitas formal, dianggap formal kalau berbentuk sertifikat wakaf, hambatan administrasi dan birokrasi yang terjadi di Kementrian Agama dan BPN.

Abstract

Planning is an activity process that are expected to minimize problems that arise so that an activity can achieve the goals that have been set. Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats or SWOT in planning learning in education is carried out for measuring the success of learning programs in schools through lesson plans and syllabi which are used as guidelines in implementing learning. This article aims to find out the results of the SWOT analysis of offline learning planning carried out at Asy-Syuhada Junior High School during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data obtained through the search for literature studies in various references to add the discussion in the article. The references used are the results of surveys, observations and interviews. The research method in this article is a descriptive qualitative research method that describes the occurrence of a learning process in an inclusive education setting. From this study, it can be concluded that the results of the SWOT analysis as the main strength factor for learning planning are the availability of adequate facilities for the continuity of the teaching and learning process. The weakness of schools in learning planning is that the preparation of lesson plans and syllabus by subject teachers is not in accordance with the conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Opportunities for schools to monitor students more effectively in the implementation of learning because school activity teaching and learning activities are carried out in the boarding school environment, besides that teachers who are not busy in school activity teaching and learning activities are a threat to schools because there will be outside activities so that there is a decrease in teacher loyalty to schools.Keywords           : Lesson Planning, New Normal, Covid-19. AbstrakPerencanaan adalah sebuah proses kegiatan yang disipakan dan disertai dengan berbagai langkah yang diharapkan dapat meminimalisir persoalan yang timbul agar sebuah kegiatan tersebut dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats atau SWOT pada perencanaan pembelajaran dalam pendidikan merupakan cara mengukur keberhasilan program pembelajaran di sekolah melalui RPP dan silabus yang dijadikan pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis SWOT perencanaan pembelajaran luring yang dilakukan di SMP Asy-Syuhada pada masa pandemi Covid-19.Data yang diperoleh melalui pencarian studi literatur di berbagai referensi untuk menambah pembahasan didalamartikel. Referensi yang digunakan adalah hasil survei, observasi dan wawancara. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan tentang kejadian suatu proses pembelajaran dalam setting pendidikan inklusif. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis SWOT sebagai faktor kekuatan utama perencanaan pembelajaran adalah tersedianya fasilitas yang memadai dalam keberlangsungan proses KBM. Sedangkan kelemahan sekolah dalam perencanaan pembelajaran adalah penyusunan RPP dan silabus oleh guru mata pelajaran belum sesuai dengan kondisi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Peluang bagi sekolah dalam memantau siswa lebih efektif dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran karena kegiatan KBM dilaksanakan didalam lingkungan pesantren, terlepas dari ini guru-guru yang tidak disibukkan dalam aktivitas KBM menjadi ancaman bagi sekolah karena akan mempunyai aktivitas diluar sehingga terjadi penurunan loyalitas guru kepada sekolah.Kata kunci: PerencanaanPembelajaran, New Normal, Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the importance of multicultural values and peace education from the perspective of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature review (library research). The data collection uses the documentation method, while the data analysis technique is carried out by content analysis. The analysis was carried out by examining the works of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid related to multicultural values and peace education. The results of this study indicate that the ideas of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid about multiculturalism can be used as material and reference in peace education, so that those people who are full of hatred and anger to commit various acts of violence, conflict, intolerance and radicalism eventually become peaceful, full of love, and tolerant people. It leads to a more tolerant, just, and peaceful society.

Abstract

Education aims to improve not only children intellectuality and skill, but also build moral and ethical values of the children. This research was conducted to reveal the planning, implementation and evaluation of home visits as a counseling program with an Islamic perspecetive and at SMK Cut Nyak Dien Semarang City. The objectives of this study are to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of home visits as an Islamic counseling program. This research was using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data is collected through a several process of  collecting data such as observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the home visit with an Islamic counseling guidance program is appropriate. This success was influenced by the planning, implementation and evaluation carried out by the teacher which is in accordance with the standard home visit operational procedures and in accordance with the Islamic guidance and counseling function.Keywords: Home visit, Islamic Counseling, Teacher Counseling

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between prophetic education management and quality assurance planning with the development of comprehensive human resources at MTs Darul Hikam, Cirebon City. The research approach used in this study is quantitative, with a correlation research design. The population used by the researcher is a limited population, with a sample of 77 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire as the main instrument. The results of the study state that: (1) There is a relationship between prophetic education management and the development of comprehensive human resources at MTs Darul Hikam, Cirebon City, based on the t-count value of 6.34 > t-table 1.665, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected, with a correlation value of rxy = 0.527, which means that the relationship between the two variables is quite strong. (2) There is a relationship between quality assurance planning and the development of comprehensive human resources at MTs Darul Hikam, Cirebon City, based on the t-count value of 6.22 > t-table 1.665, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected, with a correlation value of rxy = 0.582, which means that the relationship between the two variables is quite strong. (3) There is a strong relationship between prophetic education management and quality assurance planning with the development of comprehensive human resources at MTs Darul Hikam, Cirebon City. Based on statistical processing, the significance of the F change value is 0.00, because the Sig. value of 0.00 ≤ 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected, with a correlation value of 0.621, which indicates a strong correlation range. These results indicate that the better the prophetic education management and quality assurance planning, the better the comprehensive human resources will be.

Abstract

This study discusses the stages of children's moral development in the perspective of and Islamic psychological education. The topics discussed in this study including the definition of morals according to experts, the stages of children's moral development, and what factors influence children's moral development. This study uses a qualitative approach, and literature study by taking data sources from books and several journals on the internet related to the stage of moral development of children from the perspective of Islamic education psychology. The results of the study are: in Islamic psychological education, education is not merely about increasing children's intellectuality and skills, but more importantly, it aims to develop moral values in children. Therefore, children are expected to have good morals and can reflect moral values as well as human values, so that children can respect themselves as well as respect other people, whether in terms of physical, opinion and differences in race, ethnicity, and religion.Keywords : Psychological Study, moral Development, Islamic psychological Perspective.

Abstract

The PAUD curriculum gives direction to the stimulation process that is carried out carefully, carefully, according to the characteristics of the child and assessed comprehensively from authentic data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum for Early Childhood Education at RA Al-Hidayah, TK Tunas Bhakti Pertiwi and Kober Anggia Putra. In the implementation of early childhood education, the 2013 PAUD curriculum plays a very important role as a tool to achieve educational goals. However, in its implementation there are still various obstacles. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the implementation of the Early Childhood Education curriculum which is oriented towards increasing children's cognitive and socio-religious abilities. The research method uses a descriptive method. The data collection instrument used observation, interviews and document studies. The analysis technique is done through data reduction, data display and data inference. The findings of this study indicate that one way is by conducting trainings with the aim of providing socialization related to the implementation and management of PAUD curriculum management, especially in RA, TK and Kober. The existence of expert presentations, discussions, and questions and answers went well so that RA, TK and Kober teachers could face problems regarding the implementation of the curriculum that had been carried out so far.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is the most effective tools to change human paradigm as with this humans can acquired the knowledge. Sufism teaches us to have inner peace and sincerity that prioritizes humanity above all. The problems in this research are (1) Who is Buya Syakur Yasin; (2) How is the concept of Sufism education in Buya Syakur Yasin's perspective; (3) How are the teachings of Buya Syakur Yasin's Sufism education. This study has the objectives to: (a) find out Buya Syakur Yasin; (b) Knowing the concept of Sufism education in Buya Syakur Yasin's perspective (c) Knowing the teachings of Buya Syakur Yasin Sufism education. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research is conducted through a series of observations, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that Buya Syakur Yasin was born in Indramayu on February 2. According to Buya Syakur Yasin, Sufism is a process of educating our hearts in choosing between good and bad; and Buya Syakur's Sufism Education Teachings including the dhikr istighosah, tahlilan and wiridan ar-razaq, and Kholwat which is held once in a year every 1 dzulkodah to 10 dzulhijah and take a place in the forest for 40 days; by fasting and reciting ar-razaq and wiridan.Keywords :Education, Sufism, Buya Syakur Yasin

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership of KH. Muhammad Sanusi in building the disciplinary character of students in pesantren, focusing on the application of Islamic values and exemplary behaviors that influence student conduct. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, utilizing observations, interviews, and documentation studies with students, pesantren administrators, and other related parties. The results show that the charismatic and authoritative leadership of KH. Muhammad Sanusi effectively instilled a strong sense of discipline in students. He implemented discipline through direct example, firm rules regarding worship, dress code, and daily behavior. Although KH. Muhammad Sanusi has passed away, the values he taught remain alive and continue to guide students in their daily lives within the pesantren. Thus, this study highlights that consistent, charismatic leadership can have a lasting impact in shaping the disciplinary character of students

Abstract

This research aims to explain the management of the Aswaja local content curriculum. The Aswaja local content curriculum implemented follows the management steps known as the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) theory or principles. This study seeks to address issues regarding the curriculum management process from beginning to end. The data collection techniques in this study were conducted through three steps: observation, documentation, and interviews. The research results show that: 1) The planning of the Aswaja local content curriculum involves determining the subjects, appointing the teachers, identifying funding sources, and selecting learning resources; 2) The implementation of the curriculum includes reviewing the syllabus, creating lesson plans, and preparing assessments; 3) The evaluation of the curriculum involves evaluating the local content program and its outcomes. However, the strategy implemented by the head of the madrasah in the local content curriculum has not been fully effective, as there are frequent changes in teachers for local content subjects, and the teachers' abilities in designing and applying learning tools are still lacking. The head of the madrasah has not been innovative in developing the local content curriculum and the teaching methods applied, and the supervision of the implementation of the Aswaja local content curriculum has been insufficient.
