Abstract

Kyai Hajj (KH) Muhammad (Akang) is one of the charismatic religious leader in the Cirebon. He is the founder of Pondok Pesantren (Boarding) Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon which now has 1500 male and female santri or students. In educating his students, he is more focused on the character building by providing basic guidance for daily behavior both inside and outside the cottage. This paper is applying a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods and for the data collection technique is using interviews, observation and documentation. The data are then analyzed with interactive analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study aims to describe the role of KH.Muhammad in the character building of students of Pondok Pesantren (Boarding) Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Babakan Ciwaringin. Among the roles of KH. Muhammad in shaping the character of the Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy santri was to organize the education system into two programs, namely the formal and non-formal (takhasus) program.  KH. Muhammad (Akang) adalah salah satu ulama kharismatik di wilayah Kabupaten Cirebon, Beliau adalah pendiri dari Pondok Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Pesantren Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon yang kini memiliki 1500 santri atau murid. Beliau dalam mendidik santrinya lebih menitik beratkan pada pembentukan karakter yang menjadi dasar dalam berperilaku sehari-hari baik di dalam maupun di luar pondok.Penulis menyajikan tulisan ini dalam bentuk pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis interaktif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran KH.Muhammad dalam membentuk karakter santri Pondok Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Pesantren Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon.Diantara peran KH. Muhammad dalam membentuk karakter santri Pondok Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy adalah mengatur sistem pendidikan melalui dua program, yaitu program santri formal dan non formal (takhasus).

Abstract

Persoalan budaya dan karakter bangsa masih menjadi sorotan banyak orang, lunturnya nilai-nilai karakter bangsa, hilangnya adab-adab kesopanan yang merupakan ciri karakter bangsa serta perkembangan teknologi dan pengaruh globalisasi menjadi tantangan tak terelakkan saat ini. Dalam kehidupan suatu negara pendidikan memegang peranan penting untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup negara dan bangsa, karena pendidikan merupakan wahana untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia yang bertakwa dan berakhlak mulia. Untuk membangun dan memperkuat karakter bangsa, haruslah diawali dari lingkup terkecil, yaitu pendidikan di keluarga dan sekolah. Upaya mewujudkan nila-nilai tersebut dapat dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran yang dapat mengadopsi semua nilai-nilai karakter bangsa yang akan di bangun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Historis-Filosofis yaitu penulis melakukan analisis data secara objektif tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya dari objek yang diteliti. Pada tahap pengumpulan data, dilakukan dengan cara menghimpun data dari berbagai literatur baik dari surat kabar, buku-buku dan jurnal internet yang berkaitan dengan obyek penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis isi (content analisys), dimana peneliti menjabarkan hasil penelitian berkaitan dengan implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum 2013 pada sekolah berbasis Pesantren di SMK NU Raudlatul Muta’allimin, mengklasifikasikannya menurut bagian yang telah ditentukan untuk kemudian dicocokkan dengan literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pelaksanaan Implementasi pendidikan karakter merupakan realisasi dari perencanaan kurikulum pendidikan karakter dan  program kegiatan pendidikan karakter yang telah disusun dan dimusyawarahkan sebelumnya bersama dalam kesatuan Tim Penyusun Kurikulum beserta stakeholder. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di  SMK NU Raudlatul Muta’allimin Singaraja Indramayu adalah (1) melalui pengintegrasian kedalam mata pelajaran, yaitu dengan merumuskan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter kedalam perangkat pembelajarn seperti silabus dan RPP, (2) pengintegrasian melalui mata pelajaran muatan lokal, (3) melalui pengembangan diri (Pembiasaan), terdiri dari kegiatan rutin, kegiatan terprogram, kegiatan spontan, kegiatan keteladanan, kegiatan penunjang, (4) melalui pembudayaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Selanjutnya guru bertugas memberikan pembelajaran tentang pendidikan karakter melalui ilmu pengetahuan yang diterapkan dalam kurikulum di sekolah, sedangkan keluarga dan masyarakat yang merupakan lingkungan tumbuh dan berkembangnya generasi muda memiliki peran yang lebih penting dalam proses pembentukan karakternya melalui agama dan norma-norma sosial yang dianut. Perlu adanya peran serta aktif semua komponen bangsa untuk membentuk pribadi generasi muda yang berkarakter dan religius, nasionalis, gotong-royong, dan integritasThe issue of culture and national character is still in the spotlight of many people, the fading of national character values, the loss of the courtesy of politeness that characterizes the nation's character and the development of technology and the influence of globalization are an inevitable challenge today. In the life of a country, education plays an important role to ensure the survival of the nation and nation, because education is a vehicle to improve and develop the quality of human resources who are virtuous and of good character. To build and strengthen the nation's character, it must start from the smallest scope, namely education in families and schools. Efforts to realize these values can be implemented through learning that can adopt all the values of the nation's character that will be built.This research is a qualitative study with the type of field research. In this study using the Historical-Philosophical approach, the writer conducts an objective analysis of data about the actual state of the object under study. At the data collection stage, it is done by collecting data from various literatures both from newspapers, books and internet journals related to the object of research. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, where researchers describe the results of research related to the implementation of character education in the 2013 curriculum in pesantren-based schools at SMK NU Raudlatul Muta'allimin, classifying them according to predetermined sections to then be matched with literature relevant.The results showed that: Implementation The implementation of character education is the realization of character education curriculum planning and character education program activities that have been prepared and discussed earlier together in the unity of the Curriculum Building Team and stakeholders. The implementation of character education at SMK NU Raudlatul Muta'allimin Singaraja Indramayu is (1) through integration into subjects, namely by formulating the values of character education into learning tools such as syllabi and lesson plans, (2) integration through local content subjects, (3) ) through self-development (habituation), consisting of routine activities, programmed activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary activities, supporting activities, (4) through civilizing character education in schools. Furthermore, the teacher is tasked with providing learning about character education through science that is applied in the curriculum in schools, while the family and community which are the environment for the growth and development of the younger generation have a more important role in the process of character formation through religion and social norms adopted. The active participation of all components of the nation is needed to shape the personality of the young generation of character and religious, nationalist, mutual cooperation, and integrity

Abstract

Abstract Teacher ethics is an important part in helping to improve quality education in Indonesia, in which not only transferring knowledge, but guiding and setting an example for students by becoming a person who has good character. This research is a library study using a descriptive research method and will be analyzed with Content Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the concept of teacher ethics according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari covers three things, namely the ethics of the teacher towards himself, the ethics of the teacher towards students, and the ethics of the teacher in learning. The tendency of KH. Hasyim Ash'ari can be read through his ideas. The goal of quality education now is to shape students into human beings who worship God Almighty. Thus, teacher ethics in KH. Hasyim Asy`ari is still relevant in realizing quality education proven by a teacher must be a model or uswatun hasanah for his students and must create an atmosphere of learning that always upholds and puts forward aspects of religious ethics and ta'zim. Keywords: Teacher Ethics, Hasyim Asy’ari and Adabul ‘Alim Wa-Al-Muta’Allim,AbstrakEtika guru merupakan bagian penting dalam membantu meningkatkan pendidikan bermutu di Indonesia, di dalamnya bukan hanya mentrasfer ilmu, melainkan membimbing dan menjadi teladan bagi peserta didik dengan menjadi pribadi yang memiliki karakter yang baik. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan (library Research) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan akan dianalisis dengan content Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep etika guru menurut KH. Hasyim Asy’ari meliputi tiga hal, yakni etika guru terhadap diri sendiri, etika guru terhadap anak didik,dan etika guru dalam pembelajaran. Kecenderungan pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari dapat terbaca melalui gagasan-gagasannya. Tujuan pendidikan bermutu sekarang ini adalah membentuk pribadi murid menjadi manusia yang beribadah kepada Allah SWT. Sehingga, etika guru dalam pemikiran KH. Abstract

                                    Teacher ethics is an important factor in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The teacher's responsibility is not only to transfer knowledge but to guide and set an example for students by becoming individuals with good character. This research is library research using descriptive research methods and will be analyzed by content analysis. The results of this study indicate the concept of teacher ethics according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari covers three things, namely teacher ethics towards oneself, teacher ethics towards students, and teacher ethics in learning can help generate Indonesian human qualities that are in line with national education goals. The teacher ethics concept was introduced by KH. Hasyim Asy`ari is still relevant in realizing quality education, one of which is by making the teacher a model or uswatun hasanah for his students and must create a learning atmosphere that always upholds and prioritizes aspects of religious ethics and respect or reverence for teachers.Keywords: Ethics, Teacher, Hasyim Asy’ari AbstrakEtika guru merupakan bagian penting dalam membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Abstract

AbstractEducational values are the spirit of education. Moreover, the moral dimension which is the core of Muhammad's prophethood with al-Qur'an as his greatest miracle. This article concludes that Surah Al-Hujurat: 11-13 and Luqman verses 12-19 are full of moral education values. The difference between the two letters is Al-Hujurat: 11-13 instills moral values which lead to social transgression while Luqman 12-19 is more on individual transgression. This research is a qualitative study, included in the category of library research. Data collection is based on primary data and secondary data which is done by reading, studying, researching and collecting books that contain theories, opinions or the views of relevant experts. Data analysis was performed using descriptive-analytic techniques, reasoning methods, and comparative methods.Keywords:  Educational Values, Morals, Al-Qur'an AbstrakNilai-nilai pendidikan merupakan ruh dalam pendidikan. Terlebih dimensi akhlak yang merupakan inti dari kenabian Muhammad SAW dengan al-Qur’an sebagai mukjizat terbesarnya. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa Surat Al-Hujurat: 11-13 dan Luqman ayat 12-19 sarat dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak. Perbedaan kedua surat tersebut adalah Al-Hujurat: 11-13  menanamkan nilai akhlak yang menuju pada kesalihan sosial sedangkan Luqman 12-19 lebih pada kesalihan individu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Pengumpulan data didasarkan pada data primer dan data skunder yang dilakukan dengan cara membaca, menelaah, meneliti dan mengumpulkan buku-buku yang berisi teori, pendapat atau pandangan para pakar yang terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif-analitik, metode penalaran dan metode komparatif.Kata Kunci:  Nilai Pendidikan, Akhlak, Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and describe how the strategy of Islamic Education Teachers and Budi Pekerti in implementing the revised Curriculum 2103 in grade III of SDN 1 Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive exploratory approach, exploring and understanding phenomena comprehensively that are directly related to the research subject. The results of this research indicate that the strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Human Rights in implementing the revised 2013 Curriculum learning in Class III Public Elementary School 1 Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon consists of learning planning strategies and learning implementation strategies. The planning strategy consists of reviewing the curriculum and syllabus, reviewing annual and semester programs and preparing lesson plans (RPP). The implementation of learning strategies includes preliminary activities, main activities and closing activities. The revised 2013 curriculum learning outcomes in class III SDN 1 Sumber can be seen from the results of the daily attitude competency assessment, knowledge and skills. The result shown that the attitude competence as well as knowledge and skill of students are good with an average score is 80.81and 81.74

Abstract

Teachers have a significant role in the educational system. In the Industrial Age 4.0, teachers are expected to continue to develop themselves to answer the challenges of today's education. This article describes the relationship between pedagogic competence and personality competence with the professionalism of Islamic education teachers in elementary schools in Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. This study uses correlational quantitative methods (correlation design). The results of this study indicate that increasing pedagogic competence and personality competence will increase teacher professionalism and can improve the quality of education.Guru menjadi ujung tombak utama keberhasilan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Di Era Industri 4.0, seorang guru diharapkan dapat terus mengembangkan dirinya untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan saat ini. Artikel ini menjelaskan hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi kepribadian dengan profesionalisme guru PAI di  SD di Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional (correlation design).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin meningkat kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi kepribadian maka akan meningkat profesionalisme guru dan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of emotional and spiritual intelligence in Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques carried out by interview and observation. Based on the results of the study revealed that in general students of the Tahfidz program had good emotional intelligence. There are several steps taken to develop emotional intelligence including increasing self-awareness, self-regulation, fostering motivation, increasing empathy, fostering good relationships among fellow community members at school. Both students of the Qur'an's tahfidz program have good spiritual intelligence. The method of development is like always getting closer to Allah, often following social activities, open to change and trying to do the slightest good

Abstract

This study aimed to find an overview as regards the evaluation concerning the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) at MIS 01 Lebong Tambang by using a qualitative approach. The data were obtained using observation and interview techniques. After collected, the data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana’s approach extending to data selection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study concluded that the evaluation of distribution and use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) conducted by the school became a very helpful medium for the school per se. Such evaluation was oriented towards increasing the resources of teaching staffs. Based on evaluation, it was found a mismatch between the budget ceiling of BOS and the teachers’ needs. School facilities and infrastructure such as the construction of new classrooms, let alone Worship facilities such as Musalla, could not use school operational assistance funds (BOS), so it was very difficult for the school because for RKB the budget had to be separated from the school operational assistance funds (BOS).

Abstract

AbstractThis research basically aims, among other things, to describe and explain the conceptions of character education based on local wisdom in the perspective of Islamic education, how the models of character education implemented in Indonesia and to find out the values of local wisdom prove in determining the development of character education . This research is a critical descriptive study and uses a qualitative approach that is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior which in this study places more emphasis on the power of analysis of sources and data exist by relying on existing theories and concepts to be interpreted based on the writings that lead to the discussion. These sources can be obtained from works written by competent experts about the title of this research discussion. The results of this study explain that local wisdom which is packaged, polished and well maintained can be used as a guideline for the formation of good and noble characters, that character education in the perspective of Islamic education is tantamount to moral education. Where the Prophet Muhammad was sent to perfect morals or seek the formation of good character (good character). In general, the values of local wisdom prove in determining the progress of the community. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kritis  serta menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif  yaitu  penelitian yang menghasilkan data secara deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati yang mana dalam penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada kekuatan analisis sumber-sumber dan data yang ada dengan mengandalkan teori-teori dan konsep-konsep yang ada untuk diinterpretasikan berdasarkan tulisan-tulisan yang mengarah kepada pembahasan. Sumber-sumber tersebut di dapat dari karya yang ditulis oleh para ahli yang berkompeten tentang judul pembahasan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kearifan lokal yang yang dikemas, dipoles serta dipelihara dengan baik dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman nilai untuk terbentuknya karakter-karakter yang baik dan luhur, bahwasanya pendidikan karakter itu dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam itu sama saja dengan pendidikan Akhlak. Dimana Rosulullah SAW diutus untuk menyempurnakan akhlak atau mengupayakan pembentukan karakter yang baik (good character). Secara umum nilai-nilai kearifan lokal membuktikan dalam menentukan kemajuan masyarakatnya.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Pendidikan Islam, Kearifan Lokal
