Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peningkatan kegiatan belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam melalui implementasi manajemen kelas di MTsN 1 Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini adalah mixed method. Dalam penelitian kualitatif subyek penelitian yaitu 3 orang guru PAI dan siswa-siswa kelas 8. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi mendalam, dokumentasi. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penyimpulan data. Sementara itu dalam penelitian kuantitatif populasi 10 dan 939 siswa dengan proportionate stratifield random sampling, yakni sebesar 5%, maka ada 47 siswa. Instumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Uji coba instrumen ditempuh melalui validitas dan reliabilitas. Tekhnik analisis menggunakan uji t. Temuan penelitian secara kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen kelas dalam proses belajar mengajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTsN 1 Kota Cirebon sudah berjalan cukup baik. Sementara itu secara kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi manajemen kelas di MTsN 1 Kota Cirebon dinilai positif persentase rerata implementasi manajemen kelas sebesar 76.30855% > 75%, (2) kegiatan belajar siswa di MTsN 1 Kota Cirebon dinilai positif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari persentase rerata kegiatan belajar siswa sebesar 83.0924848  % > 75%, (3) implementasi manajemen kelas positif dapat meningkatkan kegiatan belajar siswa secara signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai yang didapatkan lebih besar dari nilai yang dikeluarkan 1 > 0.928231747. Kata kunci: Manajemen kelas, aktivitas belajar, guru, siswa ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the extent of the increase in learning activities of Islamic education subjects through the implementation of classroom management in State Islamic Junior High School 1 Cirebon City. This study used a mixed-method. In qualitative research, the research subjects were 3 Islamic education subject teachers and 8th-grade students. The instruments were in-depth interviews, in-depth observations, and documentation. The analysis technique was taken through collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and concluding data. Meanwhile, in quantitative research, the population is 10 teachers. 5% of 939 students, proportionate stratified random sampling, were 47 students. The instrument was a questionnaire. The instrument trials were carried out through validity and reliability. The analysis technique was the t-test. The qualitative research findings indicated that the implementation of classroom management in the teaching and learning process of Islamic Education in state junior high school 1 Cirebon City ran quite well. Meanwhile quantitatively shown that (1) the implementation of class management in state junior high school 1 Cirebon city was positive. The average percentage of class management implementation was 76.30855%> 75%, (2) student learning activities in state junior high school 1 Cirebon city were positive. It was indicated from the average percentage of student learning activities was 83.0924848%> 75%, (3) implementation of classroom management could significantly enhance student learning activities. This was indicated from the obtained value was greater than the issued value, which was 1> 0.928231747. Keywords: Class management, learning activities, teachers, students

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya pendidikan karakter santri untuk memperbaiki degradasi moral generasi milenial pada era globalisasi saat ini. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para santri di pondok pesantren mahasiswa Universitas  Islam Indonesia, Yogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian inia adalah menganalisis revitalisasi character building pada santri pondok pesantren Universitas Islam Indonesia, serta menganlisis implikasi pendidikan character building terhadap perbaikan degradsi moral generasi milenial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui lima tahap, yakni: observasi, wawancara,studi dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan pendidikan karakter santri mempunyai peran signifikandalam mencegah degradasi milenial saat ini. Hal ini dikarenakan para santri mampu mengimplemetasikan pendidikan character building di dalam kehidupannya sehingga membawa dampak yang positif untuk orang-orang di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini memaparkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter ynag dikembangkan terhadap para santri Pondok Pesantren Universitas Islam Indonesia, proses dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembentukan pendidikan karakter santri,serta menjelaskan bagaimana para santri mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter yang telah diperoleh dari proses pembelajaran. Studi ini juga menjelaskan implikasi pendidikan karakter terhadap perilaku santri sebagai agent of change untuk memperbaiki degradasi moral yang terjadi pada generasi milenial saat ini. Kata Kunci: Degeadasi moral, Generasi milenial, Pendidikan karakter santri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara menyeluruh dan mendalam dari hasil mengkaji dan menganalisis pemikiran Thomas Lickona tentang hormat dan tanggung jawab sebagai nilai utama karakter yang penting untuk diinternalisasikan kemudian diintegrasikan dan diinterkonelsikan dengan Islam. Metode penelitian ini, menggunakan metode study library research dengan pendekatan integratif-interkonektif, sehingga mampu memberikan gambaran tentang hormat dan tanggung jawab perspektif Thomas Lickona dan perspektif Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gagasan Thomas Lickona tentang hormat dan tanggung jawab merupakan karakter utama yang dilandaskan pada hukum moral. Sehingga hormat dan tanggung jawab dalam pandangan Thomas Lickona dan Islam sangat dianjurkan. Hormat berarti memberikan penghargaan kepada diri sendiri, orang lain, dan semua bentuk kehidupan dan lingkungan yang menunjangnya. Sedangkan tanggung jawab adalah perluasan dari sikap hormat yang menekankan untuk melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban secara personal, vertikal, dan horizontal. Sehingga urgensi hormat dan tanggung jawab merupakan tempat berpijak untuk mencetak manusia yang secara etis memposisikan diri sebagai bagian dari masyarakat yang menjunjung tinggi sikap hormat dan tanggung jawab dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

Almost all circles of society in the world today are shadowed by an extraordinary fear of the plague that hits the world or the so-called the pandemic. In early 2020, Indonesia even also felt the same thing, and this has an implication for the issuance of several government policies in an effort to minimize the spread of the covid-19 outbreak by giving an appeal to the community to limit gatherings including school activities by switching them to the application of work from home (WFH) learning. In response to these conditions, many problems will arise and be faced by teachers, students, and parents. Departing from this phenomenon, this study aimed to find out the details of online learning at home undertaken by SMK IT Rabbi Radhiyya’s students using a qualitative approach. The data of this study were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques which were then analyzed to obtain a depiction of the online learning. This study concluded that the application of work from home (WFH) online learning during the covid-19 pandemic as a learning medium in SMK IT Rabbi Radhiyya ran smoothly. The depiction of learning was such as: The teacher gave assignments to students, and students worked on them via WhatsApp application and Google Classroom followed by collecting assignments in due course; Students memorized Al-Quran and Hadith and then sent the memorization videos with eyes closed to the teacher; the teacher gave an assignment for students to make videos about their busy routines during staying at home; and students made reports insofar as they were carrying out online learning at home.Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Media, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of online media and the number of lecture assignments on the learning satisfaction of Islamic Education students. The research method uses ex-post facto, conducted on 138 Islamic Religious Education students in the academic year 2019/2020. The data is retrieved through a Google Form that is distributed to all students. Validity and reliability tests are carried out on research instruments. Normality and Homogeneity testing is performed as a prerequisite for further tests. The data is analyzed through the help of SPSS 16.0. The results showed that the number of assignments and online media simultaneously proved not to affect student learning satisfaction. Other factors affect student learning satisfaction. This research recommends that further research be conducted related to student learning satisfaction.

Abstract

Qur’an is a guide to life. Reading it is worship, so the ability to read the Qur'an correctly, within the scope of Islamic religious education, is an important ability, students should master it.  This capability is continuously being developed in Islamic Primary Full Day School Sabilul Huda Cirebon City. This study aimed to reveal in-depth the management of learning to read Qur’an with the Qiroati method in Islamic Primary Full Day School Sabilul Huda Cirebon City. This research was a field qualitative case study research. Data collection instruments were in-depth observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis techniques were carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results showed that: (1) Qiroati learning planning was done carefully starting from teacher preparation, learning methods, learning time, learning targets, and teaching aids. (2) The Qiroati Learning used individual methods, individual classics, classical reading, drill, writing, and reading. Each class was guided by a Qiroati teacher.(3) Evaluation of Qiroati learning was carried out through daily evaluation, upgrading evaluation, and final evaluation.

Abstract

This study will parse the Application of The Learning Climate Lightening Strategy to Increase Learning Activities in Jurisprudence at MAN 1 Palembang. The research problem can be seen when the learning process of students tends to be more silent, only accepting material delivered by the teacher without giving questions or responses and so on. This research uses quantitative methods. In this study the sample of the study was class X. IPA.1 (27 people) as the control class and class X. IPA. 2 (33 people) experimental class. Research data were collected using the method of observation, questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using the inductive approach and using the t test technique (T test). The results of his research are to find out the learning activities of students in class X IPA.1 (control class) in Jurisprudence learning that do not use the learning strategy of Lightening The Learning Climate in MAN 1 Palembang, the researchers distributed questionnaires to students who became the sample in this study, 27 class respondents control with 32 item items is a matter that is made according to indicators of learning activities including visual, verbal, listening, writing, drawing, metric, mental and emotional activities. Based on the recapitulation of respondents' answers it is known that the mean (x ') of the control class is 81.34 and the standard deviation (sd) is 3.14 while the recapitulation of the answers of the experimental class respondents is known the mean (x') is 94.81 and the standard deviation (sd) is 4.22. Because "t0" = 15, 903 is greater than tt (both at the 5% and 1% significance levels), the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Means there is an influence on the application of the learning strategy of lightening the learning climate to improve learning activities in learning Fiqh in MAN 1 Palembang. The conclusion is that the use of the learning strategy of lightening the learning climate has a very significant influence on learning activities in learning Fiqh in MAN 1 Palembang.

Abstract

Learning is the process of fostering and developing the maximum human capacity that holds all dimensions of life, both regarding the soul, ideas, and heart that shape human character. But in reality, learning at this time still focuses on vocational aspects, on the contrary character is neglected, so that even the goals achieved have a partial character, not totality. It is fitting for the concept of learning to have a normative and integrative character, because there is a direction to be aimed in accordance with the thoughts of learning practitioners about the expected perfect qualifications of humans, which certainly link the spirit of the Koran in all aspects of life. Therefore, this research shares an overview of the involvement of all aspects of life in forming the concept of a perfect human being formed from the terms Bani Adam, Basyar, Insan, An-Naas, and 'Abdun.. The present study employed a qualitative approach in the form of literature study as a means of collecting data. Based on the study results and analyses, it was found that the ideal human concept established from the terms Bani Adam, Insan, An-Naas, Basyar and 'Abdun is a mention for humans viewed from various aspects, such as historical, psychological, sociological, biological, and theological aspects. In fact, these five aspects indeed indicate the perfection of humans as God's creatures. In particular, the ideal human being is a person who is aware of his status as a servant of Allah, aware of his role and function as khalifatullah, and also aware of his life's purpose to always makrifatullāh. The educational implications of this concept cover goals, roles, functions, principles, educators, students, teaching contents, methods, and educational media. All of those implications must have a positive impact on the mind and heart as a means of increasing all the potentials possessed by humans. Thus, all the components of education are used as a means of strengthening faith, straightening worship, and instilling noble character and conduct towards makrifatullah.

Abstract

The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia is inseparable from the decline in the quality of teachers. Looking at this kind of reality, surely a teacher is required to keep improving his competence well. The purpose of this study is to formulate competencies that must be possessed by PAI teachers, namely religious competence, this competence needs to be developed to carry out their educational duties. Religious competence shows the commitment of PAI teachers as the main criterion so that all problems of educational behavior are faced, considered, solved and placed in an Islamic perspective. This research design uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The research method used is literature study (literature study). The results of this study indicate that; first, the concept of religious competence with lūl 'ilmi character as a solution to improve the quality of PAI teachers. The word lūl 'ilmi is taken in the concept of the Qur'an which means a person who has knowledge based on reality, has broad insight, his intelligence is able to reach makrifat, and his heart is steadfast in monotheism because he has the level of khayyah like the scholars. Second, religious competence with lūl 'ilmi character has distinctive characteristics that are different from the others, namely that this character has Ilāhiyyah, spiritual and spiritual nuances. This feature covers 6 domains, namely the cognitive domain, the affective domain, the psychomotor domain, the social domain, the ethical realm and the spiritual realm. In conclusion, the main key to the character of lūl 'ilmi for PAI teachers is to create a strong khāyyah against his Rabb, as the cause of the knowledge he has.

Abstract                                             Covid-19 became a new pandemic at the beginning of 2020, this outbreak had an impact on all fields, including education, so education was forced to be done by a distance method due to quarantine and social distancing policies. However covid-19 also has an impact on the mental and psychological, giving rise to a negative mindset on students. In reviewing the above problems, the authors use the literature study method, which is a method that uses reading studies (literacy) so that the results can be obtained that, Covid-19 can have a significant impact on students, though not all of them, but mental blocks and stress can be experienced by students at any time, in addition to the two things boredom and decreased enthusiasm for learning due to lack of social interaction between peers and lack of time for recreation and looking for new experiences outside the home also lead to a sense of boredom to learn, this will certainly affect the ineffectiveness Learning Activities. Giving assignments alone will not be enough in transferring knowledge from educators to students and is less than optimal, in this condition the role of educators to always provide direction and motivation is very necessary for smooth learning, for the achievement of an ideal education. Keywords: Covid-19, Social Distancing , Mindset, Motivation, Islamic Education.       Abstrak Covid-19 menjadi pandemi baru diawal tahun 2020, wabah ini berdampak pada segala bidang, termasuk pendidikan, sehingga pendidikan terpaksa harus dilakukan dengan metode jarak jauh akibat kebijakan karantina dan social distancing. Akan tetapi covid-19 ini juga memberikan dampak pada mental dan psikis, hingga memunculkan mindset negatif pada mahasiswa. Dalam mengkaji persoalan diatas, penulis menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, yaitu metode yang menggunakan kajian bacaan (literasi) sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa, Covid–19 dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup berarti bagi mahasiswa, meskipun tidak semuanya, akan tetapi mental block dan stress dapat dialami oleh mahasiswa sewaktu–waktu, selain kedua hal tersebut rasa bosan dan menurunnnya semangat belajar akibat kurangnya interaksi sosial antar teman sebaya dan tidak adanya waktu untuk berekreasi serta mencari pengalaman baru diluar rumah juga mengakibatkan rasa jenuh untuk belajar, hal ini tentu akan berpengaruh pada kurang efektifnya kegiatan pembelajaran. Pemberian tugas saja tak akan cukup dalam mentransfer ilmu dari pendidik ke mahasiswa dan terbilang kurang maksimal, dalam kondisi ini peran pendidik untuk selalu memberikan arahan dan motivasi sangat diperlukan untuk kelancaran pembelajaran, demi tercapainya pendidikan yang ideal.  Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Jarak Sosial, Pola Pikir, Motivasi, Pendidikan Islam.
