Abstract

GNSS CORS merupakan dasar dari penelitian verifikasi TDT Orde 2 BPN Grobogan dengan stasiun CORS BPN-RI Kabupaten Grobogan. Pengamatan dilakukan pada enam titik TDT orde 2 BPN menggunakan dua stasiun CORS berbeda yaitu stasiun CORS BPN Grobogan dan stasiun CORS BAKO. Koordinat yang dihasilkan akan dibandingkan dengan koordinat TDT orde 2 BPN. Pengolahan koordinat menggunakan software ilmiah GAMIT 10.4 (GPS Analysis Package Developed at Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Masing-masing kooordinat hasil pengikatan ke stasiun CORS dan BAKO akan dilakukan transformasi koordinat Affine dan Helmert.Berdasar standar deviasi yang diperoleh dari transformasi koordinat, koordinat hasil olahan dengan titik ikat CORS BPN menggunakan sistem transformasi helmert lebih bagus daripada koordinat hasil olahan dengan titik ikat CORS BAKO yaitu sebesar 0,00004204827821 m.Keywords : GNSS CORS, GAMIT, TDT orde 2, Transformasi Koordinat.

Abstract

As the development of human life, roads as a means of transportation facing increasingly complex problems, which affect the use of the road network is mainly related to the travel time required to reach a location. Tawang railway station in Semarang City is one of the common facilities are often used by people as a long-distance mass transportation infrastructure During the development, people needs to reach Tawang railway station fast and optimal, views of time to reach the location at an interval of morning, afternoon, and evening.This research aimed to obtain information about the approximate travel time of traffic that will be very useful for the users of the road so that the road users can pick and choose the best travel interval at a predetermined route before traveling. Geographic Information Systems can be used as an alternative to analyze the road network and the travel time which determines the most optimal track towards the Tawang railway station, as well as analyzing the time the plan is prepared to road users could get the location on time. The calculation of travel time based on Travel Time Reliability that will give result Planning Time.The results obtained for an optimal route in the Mangkang Bus Station – Tawang Railway Station Route is via Jl. Imam Bonjol in the evening which has a length of 17.099 km road with Travel Time is 26.34 minutes, 48.79 minutes for Planning Time, and Validation Time is 30.81 minutes; the Terboyo Bus Station – Tawang Railway Station Route is via Jl. Letjend Suprapto at afternoon which has a length of 5.707 km road with Travel Time is 9.04 minutes, Planning Time is 16.79 minutes and 15.51 minutes for the Validation Time; the Penggaron Bus Station – Tawang Railway Station Route via Jl. Soekarno Hatta in the evening of a long road that has 10,694 km with Travel Time is 19.96 minutes, 35.82 minutes for Planning Time, and Validation Time is 20.49 minutes; and the Banyumanik Bus Station – Tawang Railway Station Route via Jl. MT. Haryono in the afternoon which has a length of 13.851 km road with Travel Time is 23.28 minutes, Planning Time is 48.79 minutes and 31.18 minutes for the Validation Time.Keywords : Geographic Information System, ArcGIS, Network Analysis, optimal track.

Abstract

Rain that occurs anytime make rainfall information become needed. Rainfall information is one of the important information and needed by almost all fields. Moreover for Java isle, the most populous isle in Indonesia, and with all sorts of activities .     This study aims to make rainfall information in rainfall maps by utilizing geostationary meteorological satellite’s data, MTSAT-1R. The making of rainfall map created by the brightness temperature values is recorded in the infrared channel-1 (IR1) on MTSAT satellite imagery. MTSAT image data used starting on May 1, 2013 until August 31, 2013 as many as 2.931 data set.     Research methods include 1) conversing PGM data format to ERS one, 2) correcting geometric or doing registration on coordinate system, 3) incorporating data in every hour into daily, 4) converting digital value number to brightness temperature values, 5) grouping brightness temperatures values into rainfall classification, 6) layouting rainfall map using ArcGIS, 7) making rainfall map animations, and 8) making the websites     Results obtained in the form of rainfall map. To support the cloud movements and see the potential rainfall area, this study also create animated rainfall maps. Abstract

Condition of roads in an area influenced by the type of soil that is underneath. An area generally have different soil types. Different soil types will have different levels of hardness. With the variety of soil types of an area will affect the state of development in the region. It also affects the condition of the road.This research was conducted in the districts of North Semarang, Semarang Central, South Semarang, West Semarang and East Semarang. This study was conducted to determine the distribution of road damage to the soil type in the study site using a Geographic Information System, which provides the function of roads, road conditions, street paving types, and soil types.Research in 2012 showed more road damage occurring on alluvial soil types at 15481.492 meters. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded road damage occurs in many types of soil that is soft and hardening unfavorable road.  Keywords : Geographic Information Systems , Damage Roads , Soil Type

Abstract

Developments and requirement about mapping survei in Indonesia are getting faster and the lack of availability of basic point technique used as a point of the belt as well as the least amount of human resources who understand the job of mapping surveis, is one of the factors restricting to produce a map of the situation quickly (real time) and can also provide data quality and a good position. Then it needs a system of measurement that can give results that can satisfy the needs of mapping in Indonesia.Associated with these problems, in this final task has been carried research measurements using GPS CORS (Continuosly Operating Reference Stations) system. By analyzing the influence of the length of the baseline against the accuracy of the measurement situation using GNSS RTK-NTRIP method and using Total Station measurement data as definitive data.The purpose of this measurement is to know the horizontal, vertikal accuracy and scale for plotting the map. The results of analysis and statistical tests will be found horizontal accuration  and vertical accuration )it is  : the measurement with the long baseline 1 km has a value of  =  ±0,092 m and  = ±0,047 m, with long baseline 15,6 km has a value of  = ±0,181 m and  = ±0,179 m, and with long baseline 57,6 km has a value of σHZ = ±0,765 m and  = ±0,258 m. Refers to the accuration scale map, for long baseline 1 km include of 1: 500 scale map, while the long baseline 15,6 km include of 1: 1.000 scale map, and long baseline 57,6 km include of 1: 1.000 scale map.Keywords: Topographic Mapping, Measurements of GPS, GNSS, RTK (Real Time Kinematic), NTRIP (RTCM Transport Networked via Internet Protocol)

Abstract

Pemeruman adalah proses dan aktivitas yang ditujukan untuk memperoleh gambaran (model) bentuk permukaan (topografi) dasar perairan (seabed surface). Proses penggambaran dasar perairan tersebut (sejak pengukuran, pengolahan hingga visualisasi) disebut dengan survei batimetri. Model batimetri (kontur kedalaman) diperoleh dengan menginterpolasikan titi-titik pengukuran kedalaman bergantung pada skala model yang hendak dibuat.Titik-titik pengukuran kedalaman berada pada lajur-lajur pengukuran kedalaman yang disebut sebagai lajur perum (sounding line). Jarak antar titik-titik fiks perum pada suatu lajur pemeruman setidak-tidaknya sama dengan atau lebih rapat dari interval lajur perum. Salah satu fungsi dari hasil pemeruman adalah untuk reklamasi pantai.Pasang surut adalah fenomena naik turunnya muka laut secara berkala akibat adanya gaya tarik benda-benda angkasa terutama matahari dan bulan terhadap massa air di bumi. Namun ada pula yang sepakat bahwa pasang surut adalah suatu fenomena pergerakan naik turunnya permukaan air laut secara berkala yang diakibatkan oleh kombinasi gaya gravitasi dan gaya tarik menarik dari benda-benda astronomi terutama oleh matahari, bumi dan bulan. Pada pemeruman kali ini penulis akan menggunakan alat Echosounder Hi Target HD 370.Kata Kunci : Pemeruman, Reklamasi pantai, Pasang surut, Jenis alat yang digunakan.

Abstract

Pembuangan limbah batik yang belum dikelola dengan baik di Kota Pekalongan Pembuangan limbah batik yang belum dikelola dengan baik di Kota Pekalongan khususnya di Kecamatan Buaran mengakibatkan pencemaran sungai yang berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Pembuatan jaringan pembuangan limbah batik dan permodelan secara spasial berfungsi sebagai basis data distribusi pembuangan limbah pabrik batik serta untuk mengetahui luasan area yang terkena pencemaran limbah cair yang berasal dari pabrik batik tersebut. Untuk mengetahui klasifikasi pencemaran yang terjadi di Sungai Pekalongan, digunakan Metode Indeks Pencemaran berdasarkan Kep-MENLH N0.115 tahun 2003. Selanjutnya untuk menganalisis area yang tercemar digunakan software ArcGIS sehingga mendapatkan area yang mengalami pencemaran. Data yang digunakan antara lain nilai BOD (Biochemical Oksigen Demand), dan COD (Chemical Oksigen Demand) insitu tahun 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui klasifikasi tingkat pencemaran yang terjadi dan memetakan sebaran spasial daerah yang mengalami pencemaran pada tahun 2010, 2011, 2012, dan 2013.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Metode Indeks Pencemaran pada tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2013, Sungai Pekalongan berada pada tingkat cemar ringan, dengan hasil sebaran tahun 2010 hingga 2013 nilai tertinggi untuk BOD berkisar antara 10-20 mg/L sedangkan untuk COD berkisar antara 60-98 mg/L dan daerah yang mengalami cemar ringan secara empat tahun berturut-turut adalah wilayah Kuripan Lor, Sapuro, dan Kaputran. Hasil klasifikasi tersebut akan disajikan sebagai model spasial dalam SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis). Kata kunci: Jaringan Pembuangan Limbah Batik, Nilai Indeks Pencemaran, SIG

Abstract

One of the tasks of BPN in Indonesia is doing the measurement of a Horizontal control points. The result of the measurement is a monument which has a definitive and coordinate values are implicitly understood by the term static datum. But in actual fact the Earth is dynamic and can be quantified as well, the position of the monument base or point of technique to physically change from time to time, consequently the coordinates values will change.Associated with these problems, in this final task has been carried research measurement Basic Point of Technique of Order 3 by using the system of CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station). By conducting measurements of GNSS RTK method on the basic point of the order of 3 techniques analyzed how big a difference the coordinates of the measuring results and coordinates BPN.The results of this research show that result of plotting vector different coordinate value of Basic Point of Technique of Order 3 measurements of GNSS Real Time Kinematic method against of Basic Point of Technique of Order 3 BPN is not systematic in coordinate value. Abstract

Indonesia is the country that has the potential for major natural disasters due to a ring of fire around . One of the risk is tsunami . Kebumen is a district in Central Java has the potential to be exposed to the risk of a tsunami . Kebumen geographically located at 7 ° 27 ' - 7 ° 50 ' south latitude and 109 ° 22 ' - 109 ° 50 ' which has 35 km along the southern coast . Prevention needs to be a systematic way of determining the risks and vulnerabilities to prevent the disaster victims .The method used in this study is the determination of risk is the Run - Up Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No.06/PRT/M/2009 . In addition to satellite imagery used is the image of ALOS ( Advanced Land Observing Satellite ) is from Japan . Vulnerability parameters to be obtained in the form Slope , population density , distance from the coast .Vulnerability of the parameters obtained will be weighted by Pairwise Comparison method . After that it will be overlay by risk . Then formed Vulnerability and Risk maps Kebumen tsunami . Then formed Vulnerability and Risk Tsunami in Kebumen . From result that area in kebumen have impact with tsunami for elevation run-up 0-16 m is 44,16%, then area save from tsunami is 56,484%. Mirit, Ambal, Buluspesantren, Kuwarasan and Ayah is districk with more risk than any other  area.Keywords : Kebumen, , Run-Up, Tsunami, Vulnerability, risks

Abstract

Districts of West Unggaran is a district located in Semarang regency . This sub-district is a district that holds a lot of potential biological and human potential , create a heterogeneous society ungaran district west into areas rich in culture . West ungaran also known as water catchment areas and the lungs of the city of Semarang . Because of its natural beauty , West Unggaran also often uses as an object of natural and cultural tourism development . Such condition can lead to changes in land use that have an impact on changes in the value of land .This research was originally conducted as mapping zone land value Unggaran District West with Data Processing Application software ArcView 3.3 BPN version for 2006 and 2010, the next step is making land use map changes price ArcGIS 9.3 software . In the final stage overlay between  with a map of changes in land with  zone map land value , to find changes of  the land value  for 2006 and 2010 .Research results indicates that  the span of 2006 to 2010 changes occurred in the largest land prices for residential zone Rp.4.230.000 , -. Where buildings / grounds changes  into the building / grounds in the Village Bandarjo , while the smallest price change happened zone agricultural land amounting to Rp 13,000 , - ie a change rainfed rainfed Branjang Village . it can be concluded there are differences in the average increase in the market value of the land . For the spread pattern of land prices can be concluded on the market price is higher than the residential zone by zone fields . Keywords : Change of land and land values .
